T\u00fcrkiye yenilenebilir enerjiden elektrik \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nemli bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme kaydetti. Yenilenebilir enerjiye dayal\u0131 kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan Avrupa\u2019da lider \u00fclkeler aras\u0131ndaki konumumuzun peki\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Teknolojiyi de oda\u011f\u0131na alan yenilenebilir enerjide b\u00fcy\u00fcme perspektifinin, \u00fclkemizin enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, \u00e7evresel performans\u0131, katma-de\u011feri y\u00fcksek sanayile\u015fme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, pek \u00e7ok alanda, \u00e7ok boyutlu faydalar\u0131 olacak.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi olarak, <strong>enerji<\/strong> ve <strong>iklim<\/strong> konular\u0131na uzun s\u00fcredir \u00f6ncelik verdiklerini vurgulayan G\u00fcler Sabanc\u0131, \u201c11 y\u0131l \u00f6nce, IICEC\u2019i, daha g\u00fcvenli ve temiz, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme, sosyal geli\u015fme ve yeni nesil i\u00e7in daha iyi bir enerji gelece\u011fine katk\u0131 sunmak \u00fczere, kamu-end\u00fcstri-akademi <strong>\u2018Ba\u015far\u0131 \u00dc\u00e7geni\u2019 modeli<\/strong> i\u00e7erisinde, ortak ak\u0131l \u00fcretmek \u00fczere kurduk. IICEC\u2019in bu hedeflere katk\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmekten \u00e7ok memnunum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>IICEC\u2019in ge\u00e7en y\u0131l Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilke imza atarak \u201cTurkey Energy Outlook\u201d \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan\u00a0<strong>G\u00fcler Sabanc\u0131<\/strong>, s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma sekt\u00f6r payda\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sahiplenildi ve \u00e7ok olumlu geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fler ald\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki \u00f6nemli bir ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan <strong>\u201cTurkey Energy Outlook\u201d<\/strong> referans \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma niteli\u011finde oldu. Bu y\u0131l, IICEC&#8217;in bir di\u011fer b\u00fcy\u00fck projesi, <strong>\u201cTurkey Electric Vehicles Outlook\u201d (T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Elektrikli Ara\u00e7lar G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc)<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de elektrikli ara\u00e7lar,<strong> e-mobilite ekosistemi<\/strong> ve <strong>b\u00fcy\u00fcme perspektifi<\/strong> kapsaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde sunulacak. IICEC, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde de yine \u00f6nc\u00fc ve \u00f6rnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yoluyla,<strong> daha g\u00fcvenli<\/strong> ve<strong> temiz enerji gelece\u011fine<\/strong> katk\u0131 sunmaya devam edecek.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Dr. Fatih Birol\u00a0<\/strong>konu\u015fmas\u0131nda<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda salg\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok olumsuz etkisi oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatarak 2021 y\u0131l\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00f6nemli de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>Pandeminin en b\u00fcy\u00fck etkisi insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na olan olumsuz etkisi elbette. Ama ayn\u0131 zamanda d\u00fcnya ekonomisinde \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6rd\u00fck.\u00a0Hemen her \u00fclke bu ekonomik buhrandan pay\u0131n\u0131 ald\u0131. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise ekonomik beklentiler pozitife d\u00f6nd\u00fc. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n salg\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine, temiz<\/strong> ve <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir enerji<\/strong>ye do\u011fru y\u00f6nelimin artaca\u011f\u0131 beklentisi olu\u015ftu. Biz bu beklentilere ihtiyatla yakla\u015ft\u0131k. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kadar <strong>enerji politikalar\u0131, enerji teknolojileri, ekonomik maliyetleri<\/strong> gibi fakt\u00f6rlerin \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk <strong>3 aydaki<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeleri biliyoruz ve bu y\u0131l d\u00fcnyadaki <strong>emisyon art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> \u00e7ok h\u0131zlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, tarihteki en b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>2&#8217;inci emisyon art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.\u201c <strong>Avrupa, Japonya, ABD, \u00c7in<\/strong>, bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke emisyonlar\u0131 <strong>2050\u2019de s\u0131f\u0131ra<\/strong> getirece\u011fini taahh\u00fct etti\u011fini, beklenti <strong>emisyonlarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f olmas\u0131<\/strong> y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ama rakamlara bak\u0131nca taahh\u00fctlerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeler aras\u0131nda giderek b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bir u\u00e7urum oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Emisyonlar\u0131n h\u0131zla artmas\u0131 <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan<\/strong> endi\u015fe verici.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKaramsar diyebilece\u011fimiz bu tabloda g\u00fczel bir haber var, yenilenebilir enerji b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye devam ediyor.\u201d diyen <strong>Dr. Fatih Birol,<\/strong> \u201c2021\u2019de yenilenebilir enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyada <strong>y\u00fczde 30\u2019a<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Bu, sanayi devriminden bu yana en b\u00fcy\u00fck oran. Bunun iki nedeni var, biri h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin verdi\u011fi te\u015fvikler. \u0130kincisi maliyetlerin d\u00fc\u015fmesi. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 <strong>Fatih D\u00f6nmez<\/strong>, k\u00fcresel ekonominin <strong>Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> g\u00f6lgesinde ciddi bir darbo\u011fazdan ge\u00e7ti\u011fini belirterek \u201cB\u00f6ylesine bir herc\u00fcmercin i\u00e7inde b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek \u00e7\u0131kan nadir sekt\u00f6rlerden biri yenilenebilir enerji oldu. Yenilenebilir enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc Covid-19 krizini alt etti desek \u00e7ok da yanl\u0131\u015f bir de\u011ferlendirme yapm\u0131\u015f olmay\u0131z. Sekt\u00f6r, krizin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olumsuzluklara kar\u015f\u0131 bir nevi antikor geli\u015ftirdi.\u201d dedi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn <strong>97 bin MW<\/strong> seviyesini ge\u00e7ti\u011fini ve bu y\u0131l<strong> 100 bin MW\u2019\u0131n<\/strong> a\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten <strong>Bakan D\u00f6nmez<\/strong>, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cSon 20 y\u0131lda kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te ya\u015fanan 3 katl\u0131k art\u0131\u015fta \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck. Bug\u00fcn kamunun elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama <strong>y\u00fczde 15-20<\/strong> civar\u0131nda. \u00d6zellikle 2011 sonras\u0131 \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan y\u0131ll\u0131k kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, kamunun y\u0131ll\u0131k kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 geride b\u0131rakt\u0131. Bug\u00fcn kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn, <strong>y\u00fczde 52,3\u2019l\u00fck<\/strong> k\u0131sm\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan olu\u015fuyor. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda<strong> y\u00fczde 25,4<\/strong> olan yenilenebilir kaynaklar\u0131n elektrik \u00fcretimimizdeki pay\u0131, 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>y\u00fczde 43,9<\/strong>; 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise <strong>y\u00fczde 42,4<\/strong> oldu. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n <strong>ilk 3 ay\u0131nda<\/strong> devreye ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn <strong>y\u00fczde 98\u2019ini<\/strong> yenilenebilir kaynaklar olu\u015fturdu. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda yenilenebilir kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyada <strong>12\u2019inci.<\/strong>, Avrupa\u2019da <strong>5\u2019inci<\/strong> s\u0131raya y\u00fckseldik. <strong>2002-2020 d\u00f6neminde<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerji kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc en \u00e7ok art\u0131ran d\u00fcnyada 9&#8217;uncu, Avrupa\u2019da ise <strong>4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc<\/strong> \u00fclke olduk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji teknolojilerinde<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;yi \u00f6nemli bir <strong>AR-GE<\/strong> ve <strong>inovasyon<\/strong> \u00fcss\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek ve bu alan\u0131 katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek bir ihracat kalemi haline getirmek hedeflerini de vurgulayan Bakan D\u00f6nmez, <em>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin yenilenebilir enerji hik\u00e2yesi, bug\u00fcn gen\u00e7lik d\u00f6nemini ya\u015f\u0131yor diyebiliriz.
