so\u011futma faaliyetleri<\/strong>nde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor\u201d <\/em>a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>YEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130R ENERJ\u0130 KULLANIM SE\u00c7ENEKLER\u0130\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>HEMEN HER \u00dcLKEN\u0130N G\u00dcNDEM\u0130NDE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><u>2019 ve 2020\u2019de \u015fehirlerde yenilenebilir enerji eylem planlar\u0131n\u0131n daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/u>, bu alanda ulusal d\u00fczeydeki <strong>e\u011filimlerin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>yeni politikalar\u0131n yay\u0131nland\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. <strong>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda belediyelerin enerji ve iklim konular\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndemlerine alarak bu konularda liderlik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi\u00a0 biliniyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> ba\u015flayan salg\u0131nla m\u00fccadele edebilmek i\u00e7in yeni stratejiler geli\u015ftiren \u00fclkelerin bir yandan da <strong>\u015fehirlerde yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Dr. F\u00fcsun Tut Hakl\u0131d\u0131r <\/strong>a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131n\u0131 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPandemi ba\u015f\u0131nda ekonomik faaliyetlerin h\u0131zla d\u00fc\u015fmesi sonucu <strong>h\u00fck\u00fcmetler<\/strong> ve <strong>belediyeler<\/strong> enerji konusundaki stratejilerinde \u00f6nceliklerini de\u011fi\u015ftirmek durumunda kald\u0131lar. <u>Pandemi halen devam ederken \u00f6zellikle <strong>2021\u2019in ba\u015flar\u0131ndan<\/strong> itibaren h\u0131zlanan <strong>yerel ekonomik kalk\u0131nma, istihdam yaratma<\/strong> ve baz\u0131 belediyelerde <strong>ye\u015fil iyile\u015ftirme-kurtarma paketleri<\/strong> duyurulmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/u> <strong>Ayr\u0131ca yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m se\u00e7eneklerinin, Ortado\u011fu \u00fclkeleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere her \u00fclkenin stratejik planlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisine girdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>YEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130R ENERJ\u0130 KAYNAKLARI KULLANIM POL\u0130T\u0130KALARI\u00a0<\/strong><strong>B\u00dcY\u00dcK \u0130LG\u0130 G\u00d6R\u00dcYOR<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyada <strong>72 \u00fclkede ve 834 \u015fehirde en az bir sekt\u00f6rde yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131 hedefi<\/strong> sonucu yenilenebilir enerjiden <strong>elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong>nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra<strong> \u0131s\u0131tma<\/strong> ve<strong> so\u011futma<\/strong> alan\u0131nda da yararlan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>H\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin de destek planlar\u0131yla \u015fehir genelinde binalarda ve ula\u015f\u0131mda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 politikalar\u0131<\/strong> <strong>ABD<\/strong> ile<strong> Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n<\/strong> yan\u0131 s\u0131ra<strong> Asya, Latin Amerika-Karayip<\/strong> ve <strong>Avustralya\u2019da<\/strong> da ilgi uyand\u0131rd\u0131 diyen <strong><u>Dr. F\u00fcsun Tut Hakl\u0131d\u0131r;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6zellikle Seul (G\u00fcney Kore) ve Jakarta (Endonezya) gibi Global Gridded Model of Carbon Footprints (GGMCF) indeksinde <strong>d<\/strong><strong>\u00fcnyada en y\u00fcksek karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131na neden olan \u015fehirler 2040\u2019a dek kademeli olarak %70\u2019e varan emisyon azaltma hedeflerini ortaya koyarak, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisini daha yayg\u0131n kullanma yoluna gideceklerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u201d<\/strong><\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cT\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019DE YEN\u0130LENEB\u0130L\u0130R ENERJ\u0130 KAYNAKLARI KULLANIMI ARTIRILMALI\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>GGMCF indeksine g\u00f6re<\/strong> <u>karbon emisyonu s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda <strong>189 \u015fehir<\/strong> aras\u0131nda;<\/u> <strong>\u0130stanbul 26, Ankara\u2019n\u0131n ise 80. s\u0131rada<\/strong> bulundu\u011funu belirten <strong><u>Dr. F\u00fcsun Tut Hakl\u0131d\u0131r<\/u><\/strong> bu s\u0131ralamaya g\u00f6re \u015fehirlerimizde <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini vurgularken a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu \u015fekilde devam etti:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMevcut ko\u015fullarda EPDK <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak ay\u0131<\/strong> verilerine g\u00f6re <strong>96 GWe<\/strong>\u2019l\u0131k kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn yar\u0131ya yak\u0131n\u0131 <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan<\/strong> sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Ancak <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirde lisansl\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretim kapasitelerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<\/strong> \u0130stanbul\u2019da\u00a0<strong>1220 MWe<\/strong> (r\u00fczgar ve biyok\u00fctle), \u0130zmir\u2019de\u00a0<strong>1872 MWe<\/strong> (r\u00fczgar, biyok\u00fctle, jeotermal), Ankara\u2019da<strong> 599 MWe<\/strong> (hidroelektrik, biyok\u00fctle) kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 bulunurken lisanss\u0131z olarak; \u0130stanbul\u2019da sadece <strong>14 MWe<\/strong> (g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar),\u00a0 \u0130zmir\u2019de\u00a0 <strong>287 MWe<\/strong> (g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar, biyok\u00fctle), Ankara\u2019da <strong>379 MWe<\/strong> (g\u00fcne\u015f ,hidrolik, biyok\u00fctle) bir kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 bulunuyor. Devam eden <strong>YEKDEM te\u015fvikleri<\/strong> <u>ve \u00f6zellikle<strong> g\u00fcne\u015f enerji<\/strong> sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde <strong>d\u00fc\u015fen panel maliyetleriyle<\/strong> b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde <strong>yenilenebilir enerji uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n <strong>2025 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> dek art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 bekleniyor.\u201d<\/u><\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
