F\u0131rsat adaletini \u00f6n planda tutarak <strong>81 ilde<\/strong> \u00fccretsiz internet ve 700 bin tablet bilgisayarla, say\u0131lar\u0131 15 bini a\u015fan <strong>EBA Destek Noktalar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>Mobil EBA Destek Ara\u00e7lar\u0131,<\/strong> 115 bin dersli\u011fe sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>web kameralar\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>e\u011fitime eri\u015fimi<\/strong> en \u00fcst seviyeye \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in s\u00fcrekli bir \u00e7aba i\u00e7indeyiz. \u00d6ncelikle <strong>T\u00fcrkiye Vodafone Vakf\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>Habitat Derne\u011fi\u2019<\/strong>ne bu \u00e7abalar\u0131m\u0131zda bize destek verdikleri i\u00e7in \u015f\u00fckranlar\u0131m\u0131 sunuyorum. Verilen destek iki y\u00f6nl\u00fc \u00e7ok de\u011ferli; birincisi <strong>30 k\u00f6y okulumuza<\/strong> daha <strong>EBA Destek Noktas\u0131<\/strong> kurulmu\u015f olacak, ikincisi ve bence daha da de\u011ferlisi, <strong>2023 E\u011fitim Vizyonu<\/strong> \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde bili\u015fim yetkinlikleri ile donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, \u00fcreten, inovasyon yapan \u00e7ocuklar yeti\u015ftirme hedefimize katk\u0131 sunulmu\u015f olacak. Yeni d\u00f6nemde <strong>70 bin \u00e7ocu\u011fa<\/strong> daha ula\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. \u2018Yar\u0131n\u0131 Kodlayanlar\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda bir sonraki ad\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z, k\u00f6ylerde teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 kurmak olacak. Bu s\u0131n\u0131flar ayn\u0131 zamanda <strong>EBA Destek Noktalar\u0131<\/strong> olarak kullan\u0131labilecek. Bu projeyle, dezavantajl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerdeki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitsizli\u011fi sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak, onlara sadece ba\u011flant\u0131 hizmeti sunmakla kalmay\u0131p tam donan\u0131ml\u0131 teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda e\u011fitimlerini aksatmadan s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmeleri i\u00e7in destek olmak istiyoruz. Proje kapsam\u0131nda \u00fclkemizin her k\u00f6\u015fesinden <strong>7-14 ya\u015f aras\u0131<\/strong> \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za kodlama \u00f6\u011fretiyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc biliyoruz ki \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda kodlama bilmek okuma yazma bilmek kadar \u00f6nemli hale gelecek. Bug\u00fcne kadar <strong>81<\/strong> ilde <strong>120 binin \u00fczerinde<\/strong> \u00e7ocu\u011fumuza <strong>21. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n<\/strong> en \u00f6nemli yetkinliklerinden biri olan kodlamay\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7in ula\u015ft\u0131k. Maalesef, <strong>Covid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> bir\u00e7ok alan\u0131 etkiledi\u011fi gibi \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitimi de derinden etkiledi ve <strong>\u00e7evrimi\u00e7i<\/strong> ortamda verilen e\u011fitim faaliyetlerinin ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile e\u011fitimde f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini de her zamankinden daha \u00e7ok tart\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Bu ba\u011flamda bizler de <strong>\u00e7evrimi\u00e7i e\u011fitime eri\u015fim<\/strong> konusunda dezavantajl\u0131 olan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131za<strong> f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi yaratabilmek<\/strong> amac\u0131yla <strong>\u2018Yar\u0131n\u0131 Kodlayanlar\u2019 projemizin<\/strong> kapsam\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletiyor ve <strong>30 k\u00f6y<\/strong> okulumuzda tam donan\u0131ml\u0131 teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131yor olaca\u011f\u0131z. B\u00f6ylece e\u011fitime ve teknolojiye eri\u015fimi t\u00fcm \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in art\u0131rmak istiyoruz. Bu geli\u015fmeyi <strong>23 Nisan Ulusal Egemenlik ve \u00c7ocuk Bayram\u0131 haftas\u0131<\/strong> gibi anlaml\u0131 bir zaman diliminde payla\u015fmaktan da ayr\u0131ca mutluluk duymaktay\u0131z.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc geli\u015fecek<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u201cYar\u0131n\u0131 Kodlayanlar\u201d<\/strong> \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda k\u00f6y okullar\u0131nda kurulacak teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131yla, k\u0131rsal b\u00f6lgelerde e\u011fitime ve teknolojiye eri\u015fimin kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7imde art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, <strong>internetin<\/strong> ve <strong>teknolojinin verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong>, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hayal g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin farkl\u0131 bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131yla geli\u015ftirilmesi, di\u011fer <strong>teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131yla k\u00f6pr\u00fc ileti\u015fim kurularak<\/strong> hem <strong>sosyalle\u015fme alanlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> hem de <strong>ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131<\/strong> hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cTeknoloji karde\u015fli\u011fi\u201d sa\u011flanacak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>K\u00f6y okullar\u0131nda kurulacak teknoloji s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131, \u201cYar\u0131n\u0131 Kodlayanlar\u201d okullar\u0131 ve <strong>kul\u00fcpleri olu\u015fturulmas\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra okullararas\u0131 uzman bulu\u015fmalar\u0131 gibi <strong>\u201cteknoloji karde\u015fli\u011fine\u201d<\/strong> y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da f\u0131rsat sunacak. E\u011fitimlerde \u00e7ocuklara programlama hakk\u0131nda fikir sahibi olma, yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapma, kendi hayal d\u00fcnyalar\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturma, kendi oyunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcretme imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunuluyor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda <strong>son 1 y\u0131lda elde edilen<\/strong> toplam sosyal de\u011fer yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>6,6 milyon TL<\/strong> olurken, projeye yap\u0131lan her<strong>\u00a01 TL\u2019lik<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131m <strong>4,4 TL<\/strong> de\u011ferinde sosyal fayda yaratt\u0131.
