Bu durumun, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde hava kirlili\u011finden kaynaklanan 37.813 \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc (%95 g\u00fcven aral\u0131\u011f\u0131: 31.894-44.226) engelledi\u011fi tahmin ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilen di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k etkileri aras\u0131nda <strong>10 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcn\u00fc kayb\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong>, <strong>\u00e7ocuklarda 17.000 daha az yeni ast\u0131m vakas\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong>, <strong>ast\u0131m ata\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle 29.000 kez acil servis<\/strong> giri\u015finin ve <strong>4700 erken do\u011fumun<\/strong> \u00f6nlenmesi de yer al\u0131yor. Kronik hava kirlili\u011fine maruziyet ile ili\u015fkili olan bu sa\u011fl\u0131k etkilerinin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde gecikmeyle de olsa yine ger\u00e7ekle\u015fece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada T\u00fcrkiye de var<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, bu olumsuz sa\u011fl\u0131k etkilerinin en \u00e7ok Almanya, Polonya, \u0130talya ve \u0130ngiltere\u2019de \u00f6nlendi\u011fini, kent \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde en etkin performans\u0131n Paris, Roma, Zagreb, Atina, Lizbon ve Var\u015fova\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. Raporun sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re,\u00a0<strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise\u00a02020 y\u0131l\u0131nda,\u00a0Covid-19 krizine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla hava kirlili\u011finin azalmas\u0131 sonucunda 376 erken \u00f6l\u00fcm \u00f6nlenmi\u015f durumda.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>T\u00fcrkiye, \u00f6nlenen erken \u00f6l\u00fcm rakamlar\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rmada incelenen 37 \u00fclke aras\u0131nda 20.s\u0131rada.<\/strong> Al\u0131nan \u00f6nlemler sonucunda en fazla \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn engellendi\u011fi \u00fclkeler ise <strong>5.546 ile Almanya ve 4.706 ile Polonya. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AB \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde, toplam elektrik \u00fcretiminde yenilenebilir enerji, \u00fcretimin <strong>%37<\/strong>\u2019sini sa\u011flayan fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131 ilk kez ge\u00e7erek <strong>%38<\/strong>\u2019lik paya ula\u015ft\u0131. Avrupa\u2019da k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn pay\u0131 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2019&#8217;a k\u0131yasla <strong>%20<\/strong> azald\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki petrol talebi <strong>2020<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n <strong>Ocak<\/strong> ve <strong>Kas\u0131m aylar\u0131<\/strong> aras\u0131nda<strong> %13<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. <strong>K\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> ve<strong> petrol kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>, <strong>NO<sub>2<\/sub> kirlili\u011fi<\/strong>nin ana kaynaklar\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Avrupa&#8217;daki <strong>partik\u00fcl madde kirlili\u011finin<\/strong> temel nedenini olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise kirlili\u011finin ana kaynaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda\u00a0<strong>30 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n<\/strong> s\u00fcredir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve ekonomik \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc doldurmu\u015f, ancak \u00e7evre yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 hala tamamlamam\u0131\u015f\u00a0k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santraller yer al\u0131yor.\u00a0Tan\u0131nan muafiyetler, ge\u00e7ici izinler ve ek s\u00fcreler sayesinde\u00a0<strong>\u00c7anakkale, K\u00fctahya, Manisa, Mu\u011fla, Zonguldak, Kahramanmara\u015f, Sivas ve Mu\u011fla<\/strong> illeri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin pek \u00e7ok yerindeki termik santraller\u00a0havay\u0131 kirletmeye devam ediyor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de <strong>her g\u00fcn 13 ki\u015finin \u00f6lmesine<\/strong> sebep olan bu santrallere kar\u015f\u0131\u00a0bahsi ge\u00e7en illerdeki \u00e7evre kurulu\u015flar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan muafiyetlerin uzat\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> ba\u015flat\u0131lan ve <strong>105 bin ki\u015fiye<\/strong> ula\u015fan imza <strong>kampanyas\u0131<\/strong>,\u00a0santraller hala \u00e7evre yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in\u00a0devam ediyor.
