Susuzluk nedeni ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hijyenik olmayan ko\u015fullar sonucunda ba\u015fta \u00e7ocuklar olmak \u00fczere her y\u0131l <strong>2 milyon insan<\/strong> hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybediyor. <strong>2025 y\u0131l\u0131na kada<\/strong>r d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun <strong>\u00fc\u00e7te ikisi su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 riskiyle<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalabilir. Bu durumun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi i\u00e7in ise \u00f6nce bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen su son 20 y\u0131lda %18 azald\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de su s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 halen barajlar\u0131n dolulu\u011funa bak\u0131larak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Barajlarda yeterli miktarda su oldu\u011funda sorun kalmayaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde yanl\u0131\u015f bir alg\u0131 var. Oysa <strong>son 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k<\/strong> s\u00fcre\u00e7te, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na su<\/strong> miktar\u0131 y\u0131lda <strong>%18<\/strong> azalarak <strong>1700 m\u00b3<\/strong>\u2019lerden <strong>1.400 m3<\/strong>\u2019lere d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> durumunu tan\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan <strong>Falkenmark indeksi<\/strong>ne g\u00f6re, ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen y\u0131ll\u0131k su miktar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>1000<\/strong> ile <strong>1700 m\u00b3<\/strong> aras\u0131nda olmas\u0131 <strong>\u201csu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131\u201d<\/strong> olarak ifade ediliyor ve bu indekse g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye su s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7eken \u00fclke konumunda. <strong>2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusunun 100 milyona ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131ndan hareketle ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fecek su miktar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda <strong>1.120 m\u00b3\u2019e<\/strong> inece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Toplam su t\u00fcketiminin y\u0131lda <strong>54 milyar m\u00b3<\/strong>\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu t\u00fcketiminin <strong>%73<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc tar\u0131m,<strong> %16<\/strong>\u2019s\u0131 haneler ve <strong>%11<\/strong>\u2019i sanayi taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>U\u011fur Bayar: \u201cOlumsuz gidi\u015fat\u0131 durdurmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnya Su G\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> nedeni ile bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan <strong>Do\u011fal Hayat\u0131 Koruma Vakf\u0131 (WWF-T\u00fcrkiye) \u00a0Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 U\u011fur Bayar<\/strong>, konuya ili\u015fkin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201cNehirler ve sulak alanlar ya\u015fam\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r ve bunlar\u0131 yitiriyoruz. 1970\u2019ten bu yana k\u00fcresel \u00f6l\u00e7ekte tatl\u0131 suda ya\u015fayan t\u00fcrlerin <strong>%84<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc kaybedildi. Belediyeler <strong>kentsel su temini<\/strong> planlar\u0131na ya\u011fmur suyu hasad\u0131, <strong>at\u0131k sular\u0131n geri kazan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> gibi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 da d\u00e2hil etmeli ve \u015febekelerdeki ka\u00e7ak ve kay\u0131plar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi konusunda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 art\u0131rmal\u0131 <strong>Kentsel, sanayi<\/strong> ve <strong>tar\u0131msal b\u00fcy\u00fcme<\/strong> planlar\u0131 haz\u0131rlan\u0131rken tatl\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n miktar\u0131 da entegre edilmeli; b\u00f6lgesel b\u00fcy\u00fcme planlar\u0131 mevcut suyun durumu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak tasarlanmal\u0131.
