Ekosfer Derne\u011fi konuya y\u00f6nelik bas\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yay\u0131nlayarken Japonya\u2019n\u0131n suda ve karada radyasyonla bo\u011fu\u015ftu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. Kaza sonras\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan g\u00fcne\u015f ise bug\u00fcn Japonya\u2019da n\u00fckleer santrallardan daha fazla elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor.<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Fuku\u015fima n\u00fckleer kazas\u0131ndan sonra <strong>28 milyar dolar\u0131<\/strong> bulan, kirlenen topraklar\u0131 temizleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen <strong>Radyasyondan Ar\u0131nd\u0131rma \u00d6zel B\u00f6lgesi<\/strong>\u2019nin <strong>% 85<\/strong>\u2019inin hala kirli oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Fuku\u015fima\u2019n\u0131n Namie kasabas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rma, kasaba halk\u0131n\u0131n sadece<strong> % 8<\/strong>\u2019inin geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<p>Santral sahas\u0131nda biriken <strong>1 milyon 200 bin ton radyasyon<\/strong> bula\u015fm\u0131\u015f suyun ise okyanusa b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor . Bu miktara her g\u00fcn <strong>150 ton trityum<\/strong> i\u00e7eren su daha ekleniyor. <strong>Bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011fa zarar verece\u011fi<\/strong> ve <strong>okyanusu kirletece\u011fi<\/strong> gerek\u00e7esiyle trityum i\u00e7eren<strong> suyun okyanusa bo\u015faltmas\u0131na<\/strong> hem Japonya\u2019daki sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131ndan hem de di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden itirazlar var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N\u00fckleer kazadan sonra<\/strong> Japonya\u2019n\u0131n g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine <strong>54 \u00fclke<\/strong> ithalat s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 getirmi\u015fti. \u0130\u00e7lerinde <strong>AB, Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k<\/strong> ve <strong>ABD<\/strong>\u2019nin de oldu\u011fu <strong>15 \u00fclke<\/strong> bu s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131 uygulamaya devam ediyor. T\u00fcrkiye ise s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131 kald\u0131ran \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Japonya\u2019da g\u00fcne\u015f n\u00fckleeri ge\u00e7ti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Fuku\u015fima n\u00fckleer kazas\u0131<\/strong>ndan \u00f6nce elektri\u011finin <strong>% 29<\/strong>\u2019unu n\u00fckleerden elde eden Japonya\u2019da <strong>54 adet<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r vard\u0131. <strong>10 y\u0131l sonra<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan reakt\u00f6r say\u0131s\u0131 <strong>9\u2019a<\/strong>, elektrik \u00fcretiminde n\u00fckleerin pay\u0131 ise <strong>% 7,5<\/strong>\u2019a geriledi. Kaza sonras\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan<strong> yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>ndan<strong> g\u00fcne\u015f<\/strong>, bug\u00fcn <strong>Japonya<\/strong>\u2019da <strong>n\u00fckleer santrallerden<\/strong> daha fazla elektrik \u00fcretiyor. Japonya\u2019da <strong>hidroelektrik hari\u00e7<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131 da <strong>2019<\/strong>\u2019da <strong>%19<\/strong>\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131. Baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler ise n\u00fckleerden tamamen \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f karar\u0131 almasalar da n\u00fckleer enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131 kademeli bir \u015fekilde azaltmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. <strong>N\u00fckleer enerji<\/strong> konusunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye \u00f6rnek g\u00f6sterilen Fransa,<strong> 2035\u2019e<\/strong> kadar elektrik \u00fcretiminde n\u00fckleer enerjinin pay\u0131n\u0131 <strong>% 78<\/strong>\u2019ten <strong>% 50<\/strong>\u2019ye indirmeye karar verdi ve <strong>2019 itibar\u0131yla<\/strong> n\u00fckleerin pay\u0131 <strong>% 70<\/strong>\u2019e geriledi. <strong>Fuku\u015fima, G\u00fcney Kore<\/strong> gibi kendi <strong>n\u00fckleer enerji teknolojisini geli\u015ftirmi\u015f<\/strong> bir \u00fclkeyi de n\u00fckleerden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. G\u00fcney Kore <strong>2030\u2019a kadar<\/strong> mevcut <strong>25<\/strong> rekt\u00f6rden <strong>11\u2019ini<\/strong> kapatmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor ve<strong> n\u00fckleer enerjiden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f<\/strong> karar\u0131 ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrkiye Fuku\u015fima\u2019y\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden geliyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ekosfer Derne\u011fi<\/strong> Kampanyalar Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>\u00d6zg\u00fcr G\u00fcrb\u00fcz<\/strong>, <em>\u201cN\u00fckleer enerji ger\u00e7ek y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc Fuku\u015fima\u2019da bir kez daha g\u00f6sterdi. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke bu kazadan ders \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131 ve <strong>daha ucuz<\/strong> ve<strong> sorunsuz<\/strong> enerji kaynaklar\u0131na y\u00f6neldi. T\u00fcrkiye ise <strong>\u201cinad\u0131na n\u00fckleer\u201d<\/strong> santral yapmaya devam ediyor. Fuku\u015fima n\u00fckleer felaketinin maliyetinin <strong>470<\/strong> &#8211;<strong> 660 milyar dolar<\/strong> aras\u0131nda olaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. Bu miktar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir y\u0131ll\u0131k <strong>GSY\u0130H<\/strong> demek. <strong>Elektrik \u00fcretmek<\/strong> i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle bir risk almam\u0131za gerek yok. Sadece <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi potansiyelimizi<\/strong> kullansak <strong>Akkuyu\u2019da kurulmak<\/strong> istenen n\u00fckleer santral\u0131n \u00fcretece\u011fi elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131r\u0131z. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi <strong>\u201cresmi potansiyelinin\u201d<\/strong> <strong>10<\/strong>\u2019da biri de bize n\u00fckleerden <strong>daha fazla<\/strong> ve <strong>ucuza elektrik<\/strong> sa\u011flar.<strong> Fuku\u015fima<\/strong>\u2019da <strong>10 y\u0131l<\/strong> sonra bile sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmedi\u011fi ortada.
