Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde Enerji ve \u00c7evre Dostu Tasar\u0131mda Liderlik (LEEDS) platin sertifikas\u0131na lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen binan\u0131n \u00f6zelli\u011fi, geleneksel ofislerle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda %90 oran\u0131nda enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flamas\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NuOffice binas\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131, yal\u0131t\u0131m, havaland\u0131rma ve ayd\u0131nlatma alanlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak 2012\u2019nin Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda tamamland\u0131. Binan\u0131n enerji planlamas\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten, Fraunhofer Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc uzmanlar\u0131ndan Michael Krause, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n olumlu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan s\u00f6z ediyor: \u201cBina tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve faaliyete ge\u00e7ti\u011finden beri enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerji verimlili\u011fini \u00f6l\u00e7ebiliyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Binan\u0131n hem i\u00e7 hem d\u0131\u015f k\u0131sm\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131 ve nem oran\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7en sens\u00f6rlerin sundu\u011fu veriler, i\u00e7 mekanda \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 ayarlamay\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Krause, y\u0131l sonu i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen enerji t\u00fcketiminin geleneksel binalar\u0131nkine k\u0131yasla \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fundan s\u00f6z ediyor: \u201cY\u0131l sonunda bekledi\u011fimiz esas enerji t\u00fcketimi ortalama metrekare ba\u015f\u0131na 30 kilovat saat.
