Ancak 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u00fclkemizin artan enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve \u015fehirlerimizde artan <strong>hava kirlili\u011fine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm<\/strong> olmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla<strong> temiz enerji kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> olan <strong>do\u011fal gaz\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve ticaretine ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>BOTA\u015e T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>\u2019nin 81 iline <strong>temiz yak\u0131t do\u011fal gaz\u0131<\/strong> ula\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do\u011falgaz, petrol<\/strong> ve<strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcrle<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>s\u00fclf\u00fcrl\u00fc bile\u015fik i\u00e7ermemesi<\/strong>nden ve yand\u0131ktan sonra daha az <strong>CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131; daha temiz bir yak\u0131tt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Literat\u00fcr \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>1970-1980\u2019lerde<\/strong> insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit edecek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ciddi bir hava kirlili\u011fi oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ancak<strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> yerine <strong>do\u011fal gaz\u0131n<\/strong> enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla birlikte, <strong>hava kirlili\u011fi sorununda<\/strong> zamanla ciddi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6zlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada; <strong>konutlarda, elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong>nde ve sanayide kullan\u0131lan<strong> do\u011fal gaz\u0131n, karbon emisyonu<\/strong> \u00fczerindeki etkileri <strong>teorik hesaplamalar<\/strong> yap\u0131larak de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. Mevcut durumda (k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve do\u011fal gaz\u0131n birlikte kullan\u0131m\u0131) olu\u015fan ve <strong>do\u011falgaz<\/strong> olmadan sadece <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> durumunda olu\u015facak olan karbon emisyonlar\u0131,<strong> 2016 y\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> verilerine g\u00f6re kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mevcut durumdaki <strong>karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131 senaryosuna k\u0131yasla konut kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>%40<\/strong>, elektrik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131m i\u00e7in <strong>%51<\/strong> ve sanayi kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>%51,6<\/strong> <strong>daha az <\/strong>oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Bu da 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in toplamda <strong>100 milyar kg karbon<\/strong> sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n engellendi\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, <strong>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;n\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131yla <strong>AEM (Hava Emisyon Y\u00f6netimi) yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> kullan\u0131larak konutlarda do\u011fal gaz kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n <strong>SO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyonu<\/strong> \u00fczerindeki etkilerini de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonucuna g\u00f6re 2&#8217;inci senaryoda (do\u011fal gaz\u0131n hi\u00e7 kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, sadece k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 durum) 1&#8217;inci senaryoya (k\u00f6m\u00fcr ve do\u011fal gaz\u0131n birlikte kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mevcut durum) k\u0131yasla <strong>%50<\/strong> oran\u0131nda daha fazla <strong>SO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyonu<\/strong> oldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, <strong>do\u011fal gaz<\/strong> kullan\u0131m\u0131 toplam <strong>SO<sub>2<\/sub> emisyonunu<\/strong> yar\u0131 yar\u0131ya azaltmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>BOTA\u015e&#8217;ta \u00c7evresel \u0130yi Uygulamalar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>BOTA\u015e, faaliyetlerinden kaynaklanan olumsuz \u00e7evresel etkilerin minimize edilmesi ve <strong>\u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe katk\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bu kapsamda;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; BOTA\u015e, \u00e7evre y\u00f6netimini sistematik bir hale getirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7evre performans\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftirilmesi temeline dayanan <strong>TS EN ISO 14001 \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netim Sistemi<\/strong>ni uygulamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c7evre y\u00f6netiminin en \u00f6nemli payda\u015f\u0131 olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bilin\u00e7lendirilmesi amac\u0131yla e\u011fitimler verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>At\u0131k y\u00f6netimi, At\u0131k Y\u00f6netimi Hiyerar\u015fisi<\/strong>\u2019ne g\u00f6re yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu sayede \u00fcretilen at\u0131klar\u0131n \u00e7evreye olan etkilerinin minimize edilmesi ve ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Enerji y\u00f6netimini sistematik bir hale getirmek i\u00e7in <strong>TS EN ISO 50001 Enerji Y\u00f6netim Sistemi<\/strong> uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Emisyonlar\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>izleme, raporlama<\/strong> ve do\u011frulama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>korunmas\u0131<\/strong> amac\u0131yla s\u00fcrekli olarak a\u011fa\u00e7land\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.
