T\u00fcrkiye, <strong>OECD \u00fclkeleri<\/strong> aras\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ilk s\u0131rada ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki <strong>10 sene<\/strong> i\u00e7erisinde <strong>% 50<\/strong> art\u0131\u015f bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyesi Prof. Dr. Beliz \u00d6zorhon\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde devam etmekte olan ve<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 2011 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 mezunu, halen Sakarya Uygulamal\u0131 Bilimler \u00dcniversitesi \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019nde Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi olarak g\u00f6rev yapan <strong>Sedat Semih \u00c7a\u011flayan<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n da katk\u0131 sundu\u011fu ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00fclkemizdeki <strong>81 kentte<\/strong> binalar i\u00e7in gerekli <strong>optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> analiz edilerek <strong>enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fini<\/strong> art\u0131racak uygulamalar\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>12 ay s\u00fcrecek<\/strong> proje sonucunda<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki her bir \u015fehir i\u00e7in <strong>optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> olas\u0131l\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m grafi\u011finin olu\u015fturulacak. Her \u015fehrin en olas\u0131<strong> optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> g\u00f6steren bir optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 haritas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak ve <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n finansal analizleri<\/strong> yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren<strong> Prof. Dr. Beliz \u00d6zorhon<\/strong> ve<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Dr. \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi <strong>Sedat Semih \u00c7a\u011flayan<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>Ulusal Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Eylem Plan\u0131<\/strong>\u2019na g\u00f6re <strong>2023\u2019e<\/strong> dek enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funun <strong>2015 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> k\u0131yasla <strong>% 20<\/strong> azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011funu; bu kapsamda ilk \u00f6nlemin <strong>binalarda enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak<\/strong> oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131.\u00a0<strong>\u00d6zorhon<\/strong> ve<strong> \u00c7a\u011flayan<\/strong>, ara\u015ft\u0131rma hakk\u0131nda <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131lar:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00dcRK\u0130YE\u2019N\u0130N 81 KENT\u0130NDEK\u0130 B\u0130NALAR \u0130\u00c7\u0130N OPT\u0130MUM YALITIM KALINLI\u011eI<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda bir <strong>bina prototipinin<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>81 \u015fehri<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 belirlemeyi hedefliyoruz. Bu ba\u011flamda, belirli <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> (1-20 cm) alternatifler olarak de\u011ferlendirecek ve her bir \u015fehir i\u00e7in<strong> optimum alternatifi<\/strong> <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m maliyeti<\/strong> ile y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 temel alan <strong>ya\u015fam d\u00f6nemi maliyet analizine<\/strong> g\u00f6re belirleyece\u011fiz. Y\u0131ll\u0131k kazan\u00e7lar ise <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z<\/strong> ve <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131<\/strong> binan\u0131n <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimlerinin<\/strong> fark\u0131n\u0131 alarak elde edilecek.<strong> Ya\u015fam d\u00f6nemi maliyet analizi<\/strong> sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 her bir \u015fehir i\u00e7in optimum kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n (bir olas\u0131l\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m grafi\u011fi \u015feklinde) belirlenmesi ve T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in bir <strong>optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> haritas\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131nda kullanaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>K\u00dcRESEL ISINMANIN KENTLER\u0130N SICAKLIK DE\u011eERLER\u0130NE YANSIMASI TAK\u0130P ED\u0130LECEK<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Her bir \u015fehrin ayl\u0131k ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011ferleri i\u00e7in <strong>\u0130klimBU (Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve Politikalar\u0131 Uygulama ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi<\/strong>) ile ortak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapaca\u011f\u0131z. Binalar\u0131n ne kadar enerji harcayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hesaplarken ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n \u015fehirlerin ayl\u0131k ortalama s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011ferlerine nas\u0131l yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren verileri sa\u011flayacak bu sayede <strong>k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nman\u0131n<\/strong> bu hesaplamalara nas\u0131l yans\u0131yabilece\u011fini g\u00f6recek olmam\u0131z bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir avantaj\u0131 olacak. Her \u015fehir i\u00e7in hesaplamay\u0131 i\u00e7erecek, hem de <strong>ayn\u0131 iklim b\u00f6lgesinde<\/strong> yer alan <strong>Ankara<\/strong> ile <strong>Elaz\u0131\u011f<\/strong> aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 g\u00f6sterece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130skonto\/faiz oranlar\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>Merkez Bankas\u0131, enflasyon\/do\u011fal gaz fiyatlar\u0131<\/strong>ndaki <strong>art\u0131\u015f oranlar\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in de <strong>\u0130GDA\u015e<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan verileri kullanaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>YALITIM DA TIPKI D\u00d6V\u0130Z VEYA ALTIN G\u0130B\u0130 B\u0130R YATIRIM ARACI\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada <strong>t\u00fcketicilerin maddi a\u00e7\u0131dan<\/strong> en \u00e7ok tasarrufu sa\u011flayacaklar\u0131, bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle kazan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 maksimize edecekleri <strong>optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> bilgisini sunmu\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. Zira bu konunun <strong>t\u0131pk\u0131 d\u00f6viz, alt\u0131n, faiz<\/strong> gibi bir<strong> yat\u0131r\u0131m alternatifi<\/strong> olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmek istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ENERJ\u0130 VER\u0130ML\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130 \u0130LE \u00dcLKE EKONOM\u0130S\u0130NE DE KATKI\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Uygulamaya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda <strong>bina yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapma karar\u0131<\/strong> t\u00fcketicilerin tasarrufuna kalmakla birlikte devletin <strong>TSE 825 standartlar\u0131<\/strong> ile \u015fartnamelerde belirlenmi\u015f kurallar var. Di\u011fer yandan<strong> optimum yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> asl\u0131nda devletin g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi <strong>standartlar\u0131n<\/strong> ve<strong> \u015fartnamelerin<\/strong> de \u00f6tesinde. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130zmir\u2019de <strong>4-5 cm<\/strong> bir <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> ile \u015fartnamenin gereksinimleri sa\u011flanabilirken bizim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131m kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131<\/strong> halinde daha fazla para kazan\u0131labilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.
