Bu hibe projesinin nihai faydalan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ise; <strong>T\u00dcRKAK, Aile, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi<\/strong> alan\u0131nda <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fan e\u011fitmenler<\/strong> ve<strong> akademisyenler<\/strong>dir.<\/p>\n<p>Fotovoltaik ve g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131s\u0131l alan\u0131nda <strong>standart<\/strong> ve <strong>yeterliliklerin revizesi<\/strong> ile g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi teknolojilerine uyum sa\u011flanan bir <strong>mesleki standart<\/strong> ve <strong>yeterlili\u011fin<\/strong> ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 ve bu konuda fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131n hedef al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje kapsam\u0131nda, ilk standart olan<strong> \u201c4. Projedeki faaliyetler ile <strong>STK\u2019lar, kamu kurumlar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere sekt\u00f6rdeki di\u011fer kurumlar aras\u0131ndaki <strong>diyalog g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilecek<\/strong> ve <strong>yeterlilik becerisi<\/strong> ve<strong> yetkinli\u011fi<\/strong> olan \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ortak bir mekanizma olu\u015fturulacakt\u0131r. Proje, <strong>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir enerji \u00fcretimini, \u00e7evre korumay\u0131, yenilik\u00e7i ve iyi uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong> desteklemektedir. Yenilik\u00e7i ve iyi uygulamalar, se\u00e7ilen meslekler i\u00e7in nitelikler haz\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in <strong>at\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ziyaretleri<\/strong> yoluyla te\u015fvik edilecektir. Proje kapsam\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftaylar ile<strong> 4 standart<\/strong> ve <strong>4 yeterlilik<\/strong> g\u00fcncellenecektir.
