E\u011fitimlerinin ilk y\u0131l\u0131nda, \u00f6\u011frenciler haz\u0131rl\u0131k fak\u00fcltesinde okuyorlar, orada sadece Rus\u00e7a \u00f6\u011freniyorlar ve \u00f6zel disiplinlerde terminolojik temelde uzmanla\u015f\u0131yorlar. Sonras\u0131nda, <strong>1&#8217;inci<\/strong> ve <strong>2&#8217;inci<\/strong> senelerinde, <strong>m\u00fchendislik<\/strong> ve<strong> fen bilimleri, kimya, fizik, matematik derslerini<\/strong> i\u00e7eren temel program ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oluyor. \u00d6\u011frenciler 3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u0131lda <strong>n\u00fckleer enerji santralleri<\/strong>ndeki uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 se\u00e7iyorlar, olas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda <strong>&#8220;n\u00fckleer santrallerin tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve i\u015fletilmesi&#8221;, &#8220;n\u00fckleer santrallerin kontrol ve y\u00f6netim sistemleri&#8221;, &#8220;n\u00fckleer santrallerin radyasyon g\u00fcvenli\u011fi&#8221;<\/strong> yer al\u0131yor. \u00d6\u011frenciler modern<strong> n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinde staj<\/strong> yap\u0131yorlar. E\u011fitim program\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra, T\u00fcrk uzmanlar AKKUYU N\u00dcKLEER A.\u015e. b\u00fcnyesinde i\u015fe ba\u015flamak \u00fczere teklif al\u0131yorlar. \u015eu anda \u015firkette program\u0131 tamamlayan <strong>140&#8217;tan fazla<\/strong> mezun istihdam etmi\u015ftir\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc de projenin <strong>gen\u00e7 uzmanlar\u0131na<\/strong> ayr\u0131ld\u0131. Uzmanlar, e\u011fitimlerini ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir uluslararas\u0131 projenin ekibine nas\u0131l kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 <strong>canl\u0131 yay\u0131nda<\/strong> anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve Onar\u0131m Birimi Uzman\u0131 <strong>Yusuf K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7:<\/strong> <em>\u201cYakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 2 y\u0131ld\u0131r<\/strong> haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve onar\u0131m biriminde <strong>n\u00fckleer fizik uzman\u0131<\/strong> olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. Ne t\u00fcr onar\u0131mlardan bahsetti\u011fimize \u015fa\u015f\u0131rabilirsiniz. Sonu\u00e7ta n\u00fckleer santral hen\u00fcz i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nmad\u0131, ancak t\u00fcm n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinde planlama birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinden yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130stisnas\u0131z t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7ler \u00f6nceden <strong>modellenir<\/strong> ve <strong>hesaplan\u0131r<\/strong>. \u015eu anda, en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na kadar, sahaya teslim edilen ekipman\u0131n t\u00fcm parametrelerini <strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131 (UAEA)<\/strong>, <strong>Rusya<\/strong> ve <strong>T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong> standartlar\u0131na uygunluk a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ve bu ekipman\u0131n gelecekte tam olarak <strong>servis<\/strong> ve <strong>onar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in <strong>tasar\u0131m belgelerini<\/strong> kontrol ediyoruz. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hepsini tamam\u0131yla biliyor olaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dok\u00fcman Y\u00f6netim ve Kontrol Birimi Ba\u015f Uzman\u0131 <strong>Polina Kasal<\/strong> ise yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, <em>\u201cDok\u00fcman y\u00f6netimi ve kontrol\u00fc, \u00f6nemli ve sorumlulu\u011fu y\u00fcksek olan bir i\u015f. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015firketimiz devlet kurumlar\u0131, y\u00fckleniciler, d\u00fczenleyici kurumlar gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da kurulu\u015fla resmi yaz\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor, bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u015firketin \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri aras\u0131ndaki i\u00e7 yaz\u0131\u015fmalar da mevcut. Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki farkl\u0131 alanlar\u0131n geli\u015fimini takip ediyordum ve bu b\u00fcy\u00fck projede yeti\u015febilece\u011fim ve <strong>n\u00fckleer enerjinin<\/strong> \u00fclkemin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayabilece\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi bana ilham verdi. Proje \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde e\u011fitim program\u0131na kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in <strong>ba\u015fvuruda bulundum<\/strong>, <strong>s\u0131navlar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla ge\u00e7tim<\/strong>, <strong>m\u00fclakat\u0131 ge\u00e7tim<\/strong> ve <strong>gelecekte proje \u00fczerinde<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in Rusya&#8217;da \u00f6\u011frencilik hayat\u0131ma ba\u015flad\u0131m. Staj\u0131m\u0131 tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra <strong>AKKUYU N\u00dcKLEER A.\u015e.<\/strong>&#8216;de i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131m.
