Bu <strong>&#8220;Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri&#8221;<\/strong>ni yeni<strong> kurulmakta\/kurulacak<\/strong> olanlarla birlikte <strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri<\/strong> hedefli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek, sistemli bir \u015fekilde <strong>yap\u0131lan\/yap\u0131lacak planlama<\/strong> da etkili ad\u0131mlar at\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in <strong>Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri<\/strong>&#8216;ni karma ve ihtisas olarak ay\u0131r\u0131p de\u011ferlendirmek gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu mevcut <strong>325<\/strong> OSB&#8217;nin <strong>42<\/strong>&#8216;si <strong>\u0130htisas<\/strong> geriye kalan <strong>283 OSB karma \/ karma-ihtisast\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurulmas\u0131 planlanan <strong>Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri<\/strong>&#8216;nin net say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 vermek do\u011fru olmamakla beraber, genelde y\u0131ll\u0131k hedef <strong>3-5 aras\u0131nda<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eehirler<\/strong> yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman ise Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eehirler i\u00e7in ger\u00e7eklenebilir 16 ba\u015fl\u0131k olan <em>\u2018Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u0130nsan, \u0130leti\u015fim Teknolojileri, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u00c7evre, Co\u011frafi Bilgi Sistemleri, Bilgi Teknolojileri, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Mekan y\u00f6netimi, Bilgi G\u00fcvenli\u011fi, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Ula\u015f\u0131m, Afet ve Acil Durum Y\u00f6netimi, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Enerji, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Y\u00f6neti\u015fim, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Ekonomi, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Yap\u0131lar, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 G\u00fcvenlik, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Sa\u011fl\u0131k, Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Alt Yap\u0131&#8217;<\/em> ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n bir \u00e7o\u011funun<strong>\u00a0Ak\u0131ll\u0131 OSB (Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri)<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00e7in de ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilece\u011fini de g\u00f6rmekteyiz&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bu ba\u015fl\u0131klardan yola \u00e7\u0131karak kurulma a\u015famas\u0131ndaki <strong>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 OSB uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">neler olabilece\u011fine g\u00f6z atal\u0131m:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u00c7evre<\/h2>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Ak\u0131ll\u0131 At\u0131k Ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve Bertaraf Edilmesi, Geri D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><br \/>\nHi\u00e7bir insan m\u00fcdahalesi olmadan at\u0131klar\u0131n sens\u00f6r tabanl\u0131 ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ve bertaraf edilmesidir. Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri i\u00e7in at\u0131k ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6nemli bir yer tutmaktad\u0131r. Suyun da belli say\u0131daki \u00e7evrimi ile Kaynak Y\u00f6netiminin \u00f6nemi vurgulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Uygulama \u00f6rne\u011fi;<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em>Sens\u00f6rler vas\u0131tas\u0131 ile baca gazlar\u0131n\u0131n ve at\u0131k su miktar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi suyu kirleten sanayiciden kirletti\u011fi oran baz\u0131nda \u00fccretlendirilmi\u015f bir bedel al\u0131nmas\u0131 -karbon ayak izinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi \u2013 kontrols\u00fcz yer alt\u0131 kaynak sular\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi; b\u00f6ylece \u00fcretenlerin \u00e7evreye kar\u015f\u0131 olan maddi ve manevi sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenmeli ,teknolojik bir \u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcn bu tarz yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde desteklemekte uygun yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar ile bu sens\u00f6rlerden gelen veriler anl\u0131k olarak takip edilmekte hava karard\u0131\u011f\u0131nda derelere sal\u0131nan zehirli at\u0131klar art\u0131k takip edilebilmektedir. Ya\u011fmur suyunun depolanarak tekrar sulama ya da \u00fcretimde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmektedir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Yenilenebilir Enerji Uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong><br \/>\nFosil yak\u0131tlar yerine g\u00fcne\u015f enerji panelleri, r\u00fczgar trib\u00fcnleri gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla enerji \u00fcretimidir. Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri&#8217;nde g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri kullan\u0131m\u0131 olduk\u00e7a etkili olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Kat\u0131 At\u0131ktan Enerji \u00dcretimi<\/strong><br \/>\nD\u00fczenli depolama alanlar\u0131nda at\u0131klar\u0131n toplanarak enerji \u00fcretilmesi i\u015flemidir. Depolama Alanlar\u0131n\u0131n ortak da olmas\u0131 at\u0131k yo\u011funlu\u011funu azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Ortaya \u00c7\u0131kan Fazla Is\u0131n\u0131n Kullan\u0131m\u0131 (At\u0131k D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Esnas\u0131nda Olu\u015fan Is\u0131, Veri Merkezlerinde \u00dcretilen Is\u0131 vb.)<\/strong><br \/>\nTesislerde \u00fcretilen \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcretilen \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n; \u00e7evredeki sistemler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131m\u0131, bir yap\u0131y\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tma i\u00e7in s\u0131cak su \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6rnekleridir.<\/p>\n<h2>Ak\u0131ll\u0131 Enerji<\/h2>\n<p>Enerji ve kaynak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde verimli ve giderek artan bir \u015fekilde yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 ile desteklenen, maliyet ve enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flayan; stratejik planlama i\u00e7in entegre ve esnek kaynak sistemlerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra i\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fcye dayal\u0131, kamusal de\u011feri olan ve yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlara dayanan \u015febekeler ile enerjinin y\u00f6netimidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Ye\u015fil Hidrojen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015fil Hidrojen, b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir yenilenebilir elektrik \u00fcretimi ile elektrifikasyonu zor sekt\u00f6rler aras\u0131nda bir birle\u015fik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunar. Depolama potansiyeli, enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fine katk\u0131, hava kirlili\u011fi azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lard\u0131r ve d\u00fcnyada da \u00f6rnekleri yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eebeke \u0130stasyonlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Veri toplama ve y\u00f6netim sistemiyle bilgisayar ve a\u011f teknolojisi entegre ederek elde edilen \u015febeke sisteminde, g\u00fc\u00e7 fakt\u00f6r\u00fc performans\u0131, kesici, trafo ve ak\u00fc durumunun izlenmesi, kritik ve kritik olmayan i\u015flem kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayan istasyonlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Elektrikli \u015earj \u00fcniteleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ile elektrik istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131labilirli\u011fi artmakta ve geli\u015fen teknoloji ile daha uzak mesafeler seyahat etmeyi sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.
