Energy efficiency constitutes one of the five dimensions of the European Commission&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/priorities\/energy-union-and-climate_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Energy Union<\/a>\u00a0Strategy, designed to enhance energy security, sustainability and competitiveness.
