30 Aral\u0131k 2020<\/em><\/strong> tarihli ve 31350<\/strong> say\u0131l\u0131 Resmi Gazete<\/strong>\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan 7261 say\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye \u00c7evre Ajans\u0131n\u0131n Kurulmas\u0131 ile Baz\u0131 Kanunlarda De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Kanun<\/em> ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmi\u015ftir. An\u0131lan yasa<\/strong> ile son d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinde yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaya ba\u015flayan elektrikli scooterlar<\/strong> ve bunlar\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131m hizmetlerine<\/strong> yasal d\u00fczenleme getirilmi\u015ftir. E-scooter<\/strong>lar\u0131n 15 ya\u015f\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck<\/strong> ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan kural olarak bisiklet yolu<\/strong> ve bisiklet \u015feritlerinde<\/strong> kullan\u0131labilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ara\u00e7 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011fa\/sola d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerde<\/strong>, bisiklet yolu<\/strong> veya \u015feridindeki e-scooter<\/strong> kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na ilk ge\u00e7i\u015f hakk\u0131 verilmesi<\/strong> zorunludur.<\/p>\n

E-SCOOTER KULLANIMININ YASAK OLDU\u011eU YERLER NERES\u0130?<\/strong><\/h1>\n

E-scooter<\/strong>lar\u0131n ayr\u0131 bisiklet yolu<\/strong> veya bisiklet \u015feridi<\/strong> varsa ta\u015f\u0131t yolunda; yayalar\u0131n kullanmas\u0131na ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yerlerde; otoyol, \u015fehirleraras\u0131 karayollar\u0131<\/strong> ve azami h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 50 km\/s<\/strong> \u00fczerinde olan karayollar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ise yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde ikiden fazla e-scooter<\/strong>in ta\u015f\u0131t yolunun bir \u015feridinde yan yana s\u00fcr\u00fclmesi<\/strong> yahut s\u0131rtta ta\u015f\u0131nabilen ki\u015fisel e\u015fya harici y\u00fck<\/strong> ve yolcu ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Kullan\u0131c\u0131lara k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli e-skuter kiralama imk\u00e2n\u0131 veren payla\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 e-scooter<\/strong> hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n 2464 say\u0131l\u0131 Belediye Gelirleri Kanunu<\/strong> uyar\u0131nca i\u015fgal harc\u0131 \u00f6demesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
