Devlet-\u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya yaln\u0131zca \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 olarak hangisinin daha uygun oldu\u011fu konusunda ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131yoruz&#8221; demi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAL\u0130YET FARKI B\u00dcY\u00dcK DE\u011e\u0130L<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SDS`nin Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130rfan Acar ise normal jeotermal santrallere g\u00f6re bu sistemin yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetinin ortalama y\u00fczde 20-30 daha pahal\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtti. Bu maliyet fark\u0131 i\u00e7in &#8220;fazla de\u011fil&#8221; diyen Acar, &#8220;\u0130lave maliyet y\u00f6nl\u00fc sondaj ve hidrolik stim\u00fclasyon i\u015fleminden kaynaklan\u0131yor. Birim kilometrede ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z verim ise konvansiyonel jeotermal sisteme g\u00f6re birka\u00e7 kat fazla. Normal jeotermalde en iyi sahada 100 MW`a ula\u015f\u0131yorsan\u0131z, EGS`de ayn\u0131 sahada 500 MW`l\u0131k verim almak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PEK \u00c7OK \u00dcLKE \u00dcZER\u0130NDE \u00c7ALI\u015eIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeralt\u0131ndaki k\u0131zg\u0131n kuru kaya ve geli\u015fmi\u015f jeotermal sistemler (EGS-Enhanced Geothermal Systems) \u00fczerinde 1970`lerden bu yana \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten Osman \u015een ise ilk olarak ABD`de ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n son d\u00f6nemde Almanya, \u0130ngiltere, Japonya, Avustralya gibi pek \u00e7ok \u00fclkede s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7ALI\u015eMALAR 5 YIL \u00d6NCE BA\u015eLADI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130rfan Acar, T\u00fcrkiye`de \u015firket olarak bu konudaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara be\u015f y\u0131l \u00f6nce ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve jeotermal potansiyelin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu Ege b\u00f6lgesindeki \u0130zmir, Ayd\u0131n ve Manisa`da hem konvansiyonel hem de EGS \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na uygun ruhsatlara sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131. \u0130rfan Acar, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte jeotermalden elektrik \u00fcretiminde 180 derecenin \u00fczeri rantabl say\u0131l\u0131rken, \u015fu anda 120 dereceden hatta baz\u0131 sahalarda 100-110 dereceden bile elektrik \u00fcretilebildi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BU TEKNOLOJ\u0130 D\u00dcNYADA \u0130SPAT ED\u0130LD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yeni teknolojinin d\u00fcnyada ispat edilmi\u015f bir teknoloji haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eden SDS orta\u011f\u0131 Osman \u015een, di\u011fer baz\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde de benzer yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. T\u00fcrkiye`de bu sistemi i\u015fletebilmek i\u00e7in 2-3 km derinli\u011fe inmenin yeterli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken \u015een, &#8220;Almanya ve Fransa`da ise 4-5 km`ye iniliyor. T\u00fcrkiye`de 2 bin &#8211; 2 bin 500 metrede 200-300 derece s\u0131cakl\u0131kta kayaya ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu da fazlas\u0131yla yeterli&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0130LOT UYGULAMA \u0130ZM\u0130R`DE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SDS Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130rfan Acar, bir prototip proje yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131 ve ilk etapta 10-20 MW`l\u0131k ticari yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftireceklerini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.
