Bayku\u015f konu ile ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: <em>\u201c<strong>Do\u011falgaz, linyit<\/strong> ve <strong>ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131tl\u0131 santrallerde<\/strong> ise kapasite daralmas\u0131 oldu ve baz\u0131 santraller devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kald\u0131.<strong> 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcce eklenen <strong>2900 MW<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131m yenilenebilir enerji santrallerinden geldi ve toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m <strong>4 milyar dolar\u0131n<\/strong> \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Bu santrallerin yap\u0131m\u0131na \u00f6nceki y\u0131llarda ba\u015fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla harcamalar\u0131n y\u0131llara yayg\u0131n olarak olu\u015ftu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na isabet eden toplam yat\u0131r\u0131m miktar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>1,8-2 milyar dolar<\/strong> civar\u0131nda oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn 2021\u2019de 96.000 MW\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 bekleniyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn <strong>2019<\/strong> boyunca ya\u015fanan <strong>%3.1<\/strong> kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla <strong>Aral\u0131k 2019<\/strong> sonu itibariyle <strong>91.270 MW<\/strong>\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Bayku\u015f, <em>\u201cPandemi ve di\u011fer olumsuz yat\u0131r\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131na ra\u011fmen kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 <strong>2020<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ilk <strong>10 ay\u0131<\/strong> sonunda ge\u00e7en y\u0131la oranla yine <strong>%3<\/strong> civar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>94.000 MW<\/strong>\u2019ye y\u00fckseldi. <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> tamamlanmas\u0131 beklenen projelerle birlikte kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn <strong>2021<\/strong> sonunda <strong>96.000 MW<\/strong>\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebiliriz. <strong>2019<\/strong> ile <strong>2020 y\u0131llar\u0131<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnden<strong> 357 MW<\/strong> termik kaynak azald\u0131, buna kar\u015f\u0131n kurulu g\u00fcce<strong> 2.227 MW<\/strong> yenilenebilir kaynak eklendi. Bu durum yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na verilen \u00f6nemin artarak devam etti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fosil yak\u0131t pay\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>2020\u2019de T\u00fcrkiye enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyaya paralel olarak pandeminin do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 etkileri sebebiyle<strong> operasyonel s\u00fcreklilik, nakit y\u00f6netimi<\/strong>,<strong> i\u015f s\u00fcreklili\u011fi planlamas\u0131<\/strong>,<strong> dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm<\/strong>, <strong>uzaktan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma<\/strong> ve <strong>e\u011fitim<\/strong> gibi konular\u0131n g\u00fcndemde oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlanan Bayku\u015f, <em>\u201c\u00dclkemizde fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n gerek birincil enerji arz\u0131ndaki \u00f6nde gelen pay\u0131n\u0131n, gerekse elektrik \u00fcretimindeki y\u00fcksek oranlar\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu do\u011frultuda<strong> 2021\u2019de<\/strong> de <strong>elektrik \u00fcretiminde<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik politikalar\u0131n devam edece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir\u201d<\/em> de\u011ferlendirmesini yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrkiye Enerji Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn F\u0131rsat ve Riskleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bayku\u015f,<strong> 2021\u2019de<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc bekleyen f\u0131rsat ve risklerle <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 2020\u2019de \u00fclkemizin enerji ithalat faturas\u0131n\u0131n <strong>30 milyar dolar<\/strong> d\u00fczeyinde olaca\u011f\u0131 hesaplanabilir. 2019 verileri esas al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00fclkemizde do\u011falgaz toplam t\u00fcketiminde konut ve i\u015fyerinin pay\u0131<strong> %42<\/strong>, sanayinin pay\u0131 <strong>%27<\/strong>\u2019dir. Senelik yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>40 milyar m\u00b3<\/strong> do\u011falgaz t\u00fcketiminin tamam\u0131n\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131yla ikame etme imk\u00e2n\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>Karadeniz<\/strong> ve <strong>Akdeniz\u2019de<\/strong> gaz aramalar\u0131, sondaj faaliyetleri ve ke\u015ffedilen<strong> gaz\u0131n \u00fcretimi<\/strong> hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>(Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynak Alan\u0131) YEKA<\/strong>\u2019larla ba\u015flayan <strong>yenilenebilir enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde<\/strong> yerli <strong>AR-GE<\/strong> ve yerli kaynaklarla \u00fcretilen <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f paneli<\/strong> ve<strong> r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini fabrikalar\u0131<\/strong> ve bunu takip edecek mini <strong>YEKA yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> 2021 ve sonras\u0131nda da<strong> yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong>nda yerli teknolojilerin pay\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. <strong>Karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131<\/strong> amac\u0131yla yenilenebilir teknoloji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik kriterlerine endeksli uzun vadeli ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli<strong> ye\u015fil sendikasyon kredileri<\/strong> ile finanse edilecek olmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsat olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>2021\u2019de<\/strong> sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda <strong>termal kaynakl\u0131 santraller<\/strong> geliyor. \u0130\u015fletmedeki yerli linyit santrallar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, yetersiz rezervler, geciken rehabilitasyon yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 nedeniyle ekonomik \u00f6m\u00fcrlerinin sonuna yakla\u015fmalar\u0131 ve emisyon s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na uyma konusundaki problemleri sebebiyle zorluk \u00e7ekiyorlar. Emisyon mevzuatlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layamayan yerli linyit santrallerinin, <em>baca filtresi, baca gaz\u0131 ar\u0131tma (de-s\u00fclf\u00fcrizasyon, azot oksit giderme), at\u0131k su ar\u0131tma, at\u0131k k\u00fcl-c\u00fcruf-al\u00e7\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131 depolama alan\u0131 vb.<\/em> yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 acilen tamamlamalar\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Termal kaynakl\u0131 santrallerde bu sorunlar ya\u015fan\u0131rken bir k\u0131sm\u0131 <strong>2021<\/strong> sonras\u0131nda <strong>YEKDEM destekleri<\/strong>nin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalacak olan <strong>yenilenebilir enerji santralleri<\/strong>nin g\u00fcn i\u00e7i piyasas\u0131nda elektrik satt\u0131klar\u0131nda sorunlar ya\u015famas\u0131 olas\u0131d\u0131r. Yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131ndaki <strong>yenilenebilir kaynakl\u0131 santralleri<\/strong>nin ise <strong>2021<\/strong>\u2019de lojistik ve tedarik zincirlerindeki k\u0131r\u0131lmalar vb. problemlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131 bir risk olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. <em>Mobilitenin k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131, yedek par\u00e7a tedarikinde gecikmeler ya\u015fanmas\u0131 ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi tedbirlerinin s\u0131k\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/em> sebebiyle devreye alma safhalar\u0131nda aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor.
