Kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan sonra <strong>2100 ki\u015fiye<\/strong> istihdam sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Toplam <strong>100 bin metrekare<\/strong> kapal\u0131 alan\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>AR-GE<\/strong> dahil t\u00fcm \u00fcretim a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 <strong>tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda<\/strong> entegre olarak bir araya getiren bu b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki d\u00fcnyadaki tek fabrika.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>1000 Megavat AC (1300 MW DC)<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcce sahip olacak Karap\u0131nar G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali\u2019nin panelleri burada \u00fcretilecek. B\u00f6ylece T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yeni ve verimli teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi sa\u011flanacak. <strong>AR-GE Merkezi<\/strong>&#8216;nde <strong>100\u2019den fazla<\/strong> ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Temiz enerji \u00fcretimiyle her bir kilowat saatte<strong> 500 gram fosil karbondioksit emisyonu<\/strong> engellenecek. <strong>1000 megavatl\u0131k<\/strong> g\u00fcce sahip yenilenebilir enerji santrali ile her y\u0131l<strong> 1.5 milyon ton karbondioksit sal\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> da engellenmi\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00dcRET\u0130M A\u015eAMALARI<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>1&#8217;inci a\u015fama \u0130NGOT:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Yerli g\u00fcne\u015f panel \u00fcretimi<\/strong>nin ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 silindirik \u015fekildeki<strong> \u2018ingot\u2019<\/strong> ya da di\u011fer ifadeyle<strong> \u2018k\u00fct\u00fck\u2019<\/strong> \u00fcretimidir. Ingot\u2019u \u00fcretmeyen bir fabrikada, <strong>% 100<\/strong> <strong>yerli<\/strong> \u00fcretimden bahsetmek imkans\u0131z. Ingot \u00fcretiminde hammadde olarak, kumda bulunan<strong> silisyumun i\u015flenmesiyle<\/strong> elde edilen ve milyarda on safl\u0131k derecesine sahip olan <strong>poli-silisyum<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Poli-silisyum \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde <strong>1450 santigrat derecede<\/strong> eritiliyor. <strong>Czochralski y\u00f6ntemiyle<\/strong> kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan eriyik haldeki silisyum <strong>mono-kristal ingot<\/strong> haline getiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monokristal ingot \u00fcretimi<\/strong> \u00e7ok \u00f6zel ekipmanlar ve ileri m\u00fchendislik teknikleri kullan\u0131larak atmosfer kontroll\u00fc <strong>72 adet f\u0131r\u0131nda<\/strong> yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>350 kilo<\/strong> a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve\u00a0<strong>4-5 metre<\/strong> boyundaki bir ingotun \u00fcretimi dakikada sadece <strong>1,5 milimetre<\/strong> ilerlemeyle <strong>2 g\u00fcn<\/strong> s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. \u00dcretim a\u015famas\u0131nda elde edilecek safl\u0131k, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kalitesini do\u011frudan etkileyece\u011fi i\u00e7in \u00fcretim sahas\u0131n\u0131n sterilizasyonu da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Bu nedenle <strong>ingot \u00fcretim<\/strong> alan\u0131<strong> ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z<\/strong> ve <strong>korunakl\u0131<\/strong> bir yap\u0131 olarak kuruldu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2&#8217;inci a\u015fama WAFER: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Wafer, yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>16 santimetrekare<\/strong> ve <strong>180 mikron kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda<\/strong> dilim\/yaprak diyebilece\u011fimiz diyebilece\u011fimiz bir plaka olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor. \u00a0Bu i\u015flemde, \u00f6nce silindir \u015feklindeki ingotun u\u00e7lar\u0131 yani ba\u015f ve kuyruk ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 kesiliyor. \u00d6zelli\u011fine g\u00f6re <strong>30-75 cm<\/strong> boylarda bir kez daha kesilen ingot par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n yuvarlak kenarlar\u0131 da kareleme i\u015fleminde kesiliyor ve ortaya k\u00f6\u015feli bir k\u00fcl\u00e7e \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. \u00dcretilen k\u00fcl\u00e7eler, elmas kapl\u0131<strong> 55 mikron<\/strong> kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, saniyede <strong>15 metre<\/strong> h\u0131za sahip tel testereler ile <strong>180 mikron<\/strong> kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda dilimleniyor. Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle <strong>350 kilogram<\/strong> a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki k\u00fct\u00fck, yaprak kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kesilerek yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>15 bin adet<\/strong> dilim elde ediliyor. Bu i\u015flem s\u0131ras\u0131nda da ileri teknoloji ekipmanlar kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Elde edilen<strong> wafer<\/strong>, daha sonra \u00f6zel y\u00f6ntemler kullan\u0131larak temizlenip, ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015fama H\u00dcCRE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu a\u015famada, elde edilen <strong>wafer ileri teknoloji \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> haline getiriliyor. Yine <strong>\u00f6zel<\/strong> ve <strong>ileri teknoloji<\/strong> y\u00fczey i\u015fleme, nano kal\u0131nl\u0131kta <strong>y\u00fczey kaplama<\/strong> ve <strong>de\u011fi\u015fik kimyasal prosesler<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. H\u00fccre fabrikas\u0131nda silisyum dilimler <strong>10\u2019dan fazla<\/strong> kimyasal ve fiziksel yar\u0131 iletken \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7erek, fotovoltaik g\u00fcne\u015f h\u00fccresi \u00f6zelli\u011fi kazand\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00d6yle ki her iki y\u00fczeyi de g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 elektrik enerjisine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek yetene\u011fe kavu\u015fmu\u015f oluyor. \u00d6n y\u00fczey g\u00fcne\u015ften do\u011frudan gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 elektri\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcrken, arka y\u00fczey ise yans\u0131yan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131klar\u0131ndan elektrik \u00fcretiyor. \u00dcretilen her bir h\u00fccrenin verimlilik oran\u0131 <strong>% 22<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015fama PANEL:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Burada h\u00fccreler birle\u015ftirilerek g\u00fcne\u015f paneli \u00fcretiliyor. \u00dcretilecek panele g\u00f6re <strong>60<\/strong> ya da <strong>72<\/strong> adet h\u00fccre \u00f6zel bir zemin \u00fczerinde yine \u00f6zel teknikler kullan\u0131larak<strong> birbirlerine lehimlenerek<\/strong> birle\u015ftiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu \u00fcretim i\u015flemlerin sadece <strong>4&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015famas\u0131<\/strong> yap\u0131labiliyordu. Yani panel montaj\u0131. Bug\u00fcnden itibaren T\u00fcrkiye art\u0131k <strong>4 a\u015famaya<\/strong> da sahip. Hatta <strong>bu 4 a\u015famay\u0131<\/strong> entegre olarak d\u00fcnyada<strong> tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda<\/strong> toplayan <em>ilk ve tek fabrika\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>KARAPINAR G\u00dcNE\u015e ENERJ\u0130 SANTRAL\u0130<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Konya Karap\u0131nar G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali, <strong>1 milyar dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong>la 2 bin 600 futbol sahas\u0131na e\u015fit 20 milyon metrekare alanda kurulacak ve tek ba\u015f\u0131na <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k 2 milyon ki\u015finin<\/strong> evsel elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 denk enerji \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek.<\/p>\n<p>Santralin kuruldu\u011fu alan <strong>20 milyon metrekare<\/strong>, boyu <strong>12 kilometre<\/strong> eni ortalama <strong>1600 metre<\/strong>. Bu anlamda tek bir parsel \u00fczerinde, tek bir yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck santrallerinden biri. <strong>Konya Karap\u0131nar G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali<\/strong>\u2019nin kurulumu tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan ve uzaydan g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek ilk yap\u0131 olacak. <strong>G\u00fcvenlik sisteminde<\/strong> ve panellerin ar\u0131za tespitinde <strong>dronelar<\/strong> da kullan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Karap\u0131nar G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali\u2019nde toplam <strong>3.5 milyon adet panel<\/strong> kullan\u0131lacak. Her ay yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 100 bin adet panel kurulumu<\/strong> yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Paneller <strong>Ankara\u2019da<\/strong> \u00fcretilmeseydi yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan ithal edilmek durumunda kal\u0131nacakt\u0131 ve bu da yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>400 milyon dolara<\/strong> denk geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Karap\u0131nar G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Santrali g\u00fcne\u015fi takip eden bir sisteme sahip olup paneller do\u011fu\u015fundan bat\u0131\u015f\u0131na kadar<strong> g\u00fcne\u015fi takip<\/strong> edecek. B\u00f6ylece<strong> % 12<\/strong> daha fazla elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretecek.<\/p>\n<p>Kullan\u0131lacak <strong>panellerin iki y\u00fcz\u00fc de<\/strong> elektrik \u00fcretecek. Paneller <strong>\u00f6n y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 do\u011frudan<\/strong> ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi dolayl\u0131 yoldan gelen ve panelin <strong>arka y\u00fcz\u00fcne yans\u0131yan<\/strong> \u0131\u015f\u0131nlardan da elektrik \u00fcretecek.
