Kesintisiz ileti\u015fim avantaj\u0131 sa\u011flayan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerimiz, Marmaray gibi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli projelerde de kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerin ar\u0131za oran\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015flatan <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131\u00a0PLC&#8217;ler<\/strong>, \u00f6zellikle senkronize olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gereken tesislerde \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak b\u00fcy\u00fck bir avantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor. <strong>Marmaray projesinde<\/strong> ayn\u0131 zamanda<strong> elektrik<\/strong> ve <strong>otomasyon<\/strong> odalar\u0131 da <strong>bizim klimalar\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan so\u011futuluyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cYapay zek\u00e2 destekli kolaboratif robotlar\u0131m\u0131z, insan eline yak\u0131n hassasiyetle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Robotlar\u0131n \u00fcretimdeki rol\u00fcn\u00fcn h\u0131zla artaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki gelecek\u00a0vizyonundan\u00a0hareketle, ileri robot teknolojileri alan\u0131nda\u00a0da\u00a0yeni nesil \u00fcr\u00fcn ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirdiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Sara\u00e7o\u011flu; \u201cEnd\u00fcstriyel alandaki \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc 1980\u2019lerden bu yana robotik alanda da s\u00fcrd\u00fcren markam\u0131z; daha hassas, h\u0131zl\u0131, dar alanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilen ve y\u00fcksek kuvvetlerde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kald\u0131rabilecek robotlara odaklan\u0131yor. \u00a0\u00dcretim\u00a0band\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok i\u015fi yapabilen\u00a0insan kolu ve eline yak\u0131n hassasiyete sahip robotlar\u0131m\u0131z,\u00a0\u00f6zellikle riskli\u00a0alanlarda\u00a0<strong>i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong> ve<strong> i\u015f\u00e7i sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan\u00a0fabrikalara\u00a0\u00f6nemli bir katk\u0131da bulunuyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015fubat ay\u0131 itibar\u0131yla t\u00fcm robotlar\u0131m\u0131z, <strong>yapay zek\u00e2 (AI-Artificial Intelligence)<\/strong> destekli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u015eirketlere yapay zekada en fazla fayday\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in; tescilli AI (Artifical Inteligence) markam\u0131z <strong>\u201cMAISART\u201d teknolojisi<\/strong>ni kullan\u0131yoruz. Mitsubishi Electric\u2019in AI\u2019s\u0131 ile en yeni teknoloji (<strong>M<\/strong>itsubishi Electric\u2019s <strong>AI<\/strong> creates the <strong>S<\/strong>tate-of-the-<strong>ART<\/strong> in technology.) ifadesinin k\u0131saltmas\u0131 olan \u201cMAISART\u201d markas\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplanan yapay zek\u00e2 teknolojimizle geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz robotlar\u0131m\u0131zla beklenmedik ar\u0131zalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7iyor ve \u015firketlerimize maksimum verimlilik sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Teknolojiye yat\u0131r\u0131m yaparken gelecekte \u00fcretimde <strong>insanlar\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>robotlar\u0131n<\/strong> i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fcyle \u00fcniversitelerde <strong>robot e\u011fitim merkezleri<\/strong> kurulmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. \u015eu anda <strong>21 \u00fcniversitede<\/strong> laboratuvarlar\u0131m\u0131z ve<strong> 7 \u00fcniversitede<\/strong> robotlar\u0131m\u0131z yer al\u0131yor.<strong> 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> da gelece\u011fin m\u00fchendis adaylar\u0131na\u00a0vizyoner\u00a0bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 sunmaya devam edece\u011fiz\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cEnerji \u0130zleme Sistemlerimiz ile, enerji tasarrufu ve verim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Mitsubishi Electric<\/strong>\u2019in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc olan<strong> MAPS SCADA<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji izleme<\/strong> alan\u0131ndaki yetkinliklerinden bahseden Sara\u00e7o\u011flu, <em>\u201cVeri toplama ve kontrol merkezi olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan <strong>SCADA;<\/strong> fabrikadaki t\u00fcm sistemi tek bir yerden <strong>izleme, kontrol, raporlama<\/strong> ve <strong>analiz etme, ar\u0131zalara<\/strong> an\u0131nda m\u00fcdahale edilmesine imk\u00e2n tan\u0131yor. MAPS\u2019in alarm fonksiyonu sayesinde ise hangi ar\u0131zadan ve hangi s\u0131kl\u0131kta alarm\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 takip edilebiliyor. Bu sayede ar\u0131zalara an\u0131nda m\u00fcdahale edilerek enerji kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7iliyor ve fabrikada<strong> b\u00fcy\u00fck tasarruf sa\u011flanarak<\/strong> \u00f6nemli bir <strong>verimlilik art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> elde ediliyor\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cKamu alan\u0131nda ve \u00f6zel i\u015fletmelerde \u00e7ok say\u0131da projede yer al\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Mitsubishi\u00a0Electric<\/strong> olarak\u00a0<strong>kamu sistemleri faaliyetleri<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda <strong>u\u00e7u\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131rmak<\/strong> amac\u0131yla da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bulundu\u011fu s\u00f6yleyen Sara\u00e7o\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cHavalimanlar\u0131 i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilen radar teknolojimiz<strong> \u2018Terminal Doppler Lidar Sistemi\u2019<\/strong>, <strong>Antalya Havaliman\u0131\u2019nda<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Sistem, havalimanlar\u0131nda <strong>r\u00fczg\u00e2r de\u011fi\u015fiminden kaynaklanan<\/strong> kazalar\u0131n daha etkin bir bi\u00e7imde \u00f6nlenebilmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Uzay ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve geli\u015ftirme sistemleri alan\u0131nda da d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen \u00fcreticilerinden biriyiz. \u00dcreticisi oldu\u011fumuz\u00a0<strong>T\u00fcrksat\u00a04A<\/strong> ve<strong> 4B<\/strong> uydular\u0131yla \u00fclkemiz ve kom\u015fular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ileti\u015fim altyap\u0131s\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunuyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kamu projelerinin<\/strong> yan\u0131 s\u0131ra <strong>h\u0131zl\u0131, konforlu, emniyetli<\/strong> ve <strong>y\u00fcksek enerji verimlili\u011fine<\/strong> sahip asans\u00f6r ve y\u00fcr\u00fcyen merdivenlerimizle d\u00fcnya genelinde oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de \u00e7ok say\u0131da\u00a0prestijli\u00a0projede dikkat \u00e7ekiyoruz. \u00d6zel tasarlanm\u0131\u015f <strong>yapay\u00a0zek\u00e2\u00a0denetleme sisteminin<\/strong> kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 asans\u00f6rlerimizdeki <strong>\u2018Back-up Sistemi\u2019<\/strong> ile \u00fclkemizin \u00f6nemli bir ger\u00e7e\u011fi olan deprem durumunda asans\u00f6r\u00fcn en yak\u0131n katta durmas\u0131na ve yolcular\u0131n g\u00fcvenle tahliye edilmesine imkan sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cKlimalar\u0131m\u0131zda <\/strong><strong>teknoloji, dizayn ve \u00fcretimde m\u00fckemmellik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm alan\u0131nda ciddi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Sara\u00e7o\u011flu; \u201cManisa Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde ev tipi klima \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren fabrikam\u0131z,\u00a0<strong>e-F@ctory\u00a0<\/strong>konseptimizle ak\u0131ll\u0131 ve dijital bir fabrika olarak tasarland\u0131.
