O tarihe kadar k\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol ve do\u011falgaz gibi fosil kaynaklar yo\u011fun \u015fekilde kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu. 1970 y\u0131l\u0131nda petrol sava\u015flar\u0131 ve daha sonra n\u00fckleer kazalar ya\u015fand\u0131. 1950\u2019li y\u0131llarda fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu hava kirlili\u011finden dolay\u0131 Londra\u2019da 10 bin ki\u015fi hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti.<\/h1>\n<p>T\u00fcm bu trajik olaylar sonras\u0131nda t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015f\u0131na girdi. Uzun vadeli gelece\u011fi planlama ve bu kapsamda <strong>daha az enerji t\u00fcketmek<\/strong> ve geri kalan enerjiyi de t\u00fcm\u00fcyle <strong>% 100<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerjiden sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in perspektifler olu\u015fturulurken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de dahil oldu\u011fu <strong>Avrupa Ye\u015fil Plan\u0131<\/strong> kabul edildi. Fosil yak\u0131tlardan vazge\u00e7erken bu sekt\u00f6rdeki firmalar\u0131n iflas\u0131yla beraber ya\u015fanacak sorunlara da \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirmeliyiz. \u00d6rne\u011fin sekt\u00f6r \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 ma\u011fdur etmeden onlar\u0131n <strong>\u201cye\u015fil i\u015flere\u201d<\/strong> adil bir \u015fekilde ge\u00e7i\u015f yapmalar\u0131na mutlaka destek olmal\u0131y\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avrupa Birli\u011fi<\/strong>\u2019ne aday bir \u00fclke olarak <strong>AB<\/strong>\u2019nin<strong> 28<\/strong> \u00fclkesinin geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi standartlara ve onlar\u0131n direktiflerine uyman\u0131n bir sorun oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fcyorum. <strong>2050<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>\u201ckarbon n\u00f6tr\u201d<\/strong> hedefleyen &#8216;<strong>Avrupa Ye\u015fil Plan\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;na uyum i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de<strong> 20 farkl\u0131 konuda<\/strong> \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bunun i\u00e7in <strong>1 milyar euro<\/strong> kaynak ayr\u0131ld\u0131. \u00d6rne\u011fin<strong> yenilenebilir enerji<\/strong>den yeterince yararlanabilmek i\u00e7in mutlaka ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015febeke gerekiyor. \u00dclkemizin de kendi <strong>ye\u015fil plan\u0131n\u0131 uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> ve bir an \u00f6nce <strong>\u201ckarbonsuzla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131\u201d<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi laz\u0131m. Bug\u00fcn asl\u0131nda bu ge\u00e7i\u015fin sanc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zetle en <strong>ucuz<\/strong>, en <strong>temiz<\/strong> ve <strong>salg\u0131nlar\u0131n kesin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerjidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc salg\u0131nlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in geli\u015ftirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan<strong> ila\u00e7, a\u015f\u0131<\/strong> gibi \u015feyler<strong> kal\u0131c\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm<\/strong> sa\u011flamaz.
