Ta bu nedenle Bu\u015fehr n\u00fckleer santali 4-5 y\u0131l de\u011fil yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 y\u0131l in\u015fa ediliyordu.<\/p>\n<p>But\u00fcn bu zorluklara ra\u011fmen b\u00fcg\u00fcnlerde ilk \u0130ran n\u00fckleer santrali tam kapasite ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ama Tahran\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ok say\u0131da n\u00fckleer planlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u0130ran yetkilileri s\u00f6zc\u00fclerinin s\u00f6zlerine g\u00f6re \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 15 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde Hazar Denizi, Basra K\u00f6rfezi, Umman Denizi, \u00fclkenin kuzeybat\u0131s\u0131nda ve Huzestan eyaletinde 16 n\u00fckleer santralin in\u015faat\u0131 i\u00e7in alanlar art\u0131k se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir. Say\u0131n Davani, \u2018\u00fclkenin atom enerjisinin geli\u015fmesinin iki yol ile ilerleyece\u011fini\u2019 belirtti. S\u00f6zlerine g\u00f6re, \u2018birinci yol, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6nde gelen atom enerji \u00fcreticileri ile yeni n\u00fckleer santral \u00fcnitelerinin in\u015faat\u0131 ile ilgili s\u00f6zle\u015fme ve anla\u015fmalar yapma, ikinci yol ise yerli \u00fcreticilerin n\u00fckleer santraller i\u00e7in donat\u0131m tesislerini kurmas\u0131d\u0131r\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ama uzmanlar\u0131n tahminlerine g\u00f6re, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda n\u00fckleer santralleri kendi imkanlar\u0131 ile in\u015fa etme ihtimali konusunda belirli ku\u015fkular var. Bunun i\u00e7in onlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f yard\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131 olacak. Bu ba\u011flamda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ihtimalle \u0130ran topraklar\u0131nda \u00fcnitelerin in\u015faat\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri tabii ki n\u00fckleer silah yay\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik bir nitelik ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131yacak belirli teknolojilerin Tahran\u2019a teslim edilmesi ile ilgili zorunlu ko\u015fullar\u0131n \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclmesiyle yap\u0131lacak. Bu bak\u0131mdan bana g\u00f6re Rusya \u0130ran taraf\u0131n\u0131n ilgi duydu\u011fu teknolojileri \u0130ran\u2019a verdi\u011fi takdirde onun Bu\u015fehr n\u00fckleer santrali yan\u0131ndaki bo\u015f alanda n\u00fckleer \u00fcnite in\u015faat\u0131na ger\u00e7ek \u015fanslar\u0131 olacak\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tabii ki bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l atom enerjisi her \u00fclkenin UAEK taraf\u0131ndan korunan yasal bir hakk\u0131d\u0131r. Gelecekte yeni n\u00fckleer santrallerin in\u015fa edilmesi ve onlar\u0131n UAEK\u2019in s\u0131k\u0131 kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131nda i\u015fletilmesi Tahran\u2019a kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fikayetlere yol a\u00e7maz. Ama atom enerjisinin geli\u015fmesi yan\u0131s\u0131ra \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n n\u00fckleer program\u0131 \u00fclkenin tam uranyum \u00fcretimi s\u00fcrecini olu\u015fturmas\u0131 dahilinde birka\u00e7 y\u00f6n daha i\u00e7ermektedir. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada sorular meydana geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Onlardan en \u00f6nemlisi, Rusya\u2019dan getirilen yak\u0131t ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan tek Bu\u015fehr n\u00fckleer santraline sahip olan \u0130ran\u2019a uranyum zenginle\u015ftirme ve n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in gereken \u00e7ok pahal\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel altyap\u0131 ne i\u00e7in laz\u0131m? \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n n\u00fckleer projesinin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi halinde (ki yak\u0131n gelecekte bunun ihtimali d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck) \u0130ran\u2019da n\u00fckleer santraller in\u015fa eden \u00fclkeler onlara sadece kendi yap\u0131m\u0131 yak\u0131t teslim ediyor olacak. \u0130ranl\u0131lar, n\u00fckleer ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kendi zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015f uranyumuna ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011funu iddia edeiyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Ama \u0130ran\u2019daki uranyum rezervleri Bu\u015fehr n\u00fckleer santralinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan iki reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn 7-10 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yetecek.
