You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h1>Rusya Devlet Atom Enerjisi Kurumu Rosatom ve Yakutistan h\u00fck\u00fcmeti, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck mod\u00fcler reakt\u00f6r (SMR) in\u015fa projesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde elektrik tarifesi belirleme ilkelerini d\u00fczenleyen bir anla\u015fma imzalad\u0131. Konuya ili\u015fkin saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemlerde tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <strong>Ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> ise, halen devam ediyor.<strong> Yakutistan<\/strong>&#8216;da yap\u0131lacak SMR\u2019nin in\u015faat\u0131n\u0131n <strong>2028 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SMR projesi<\/strong>nin temeli, <strong>Rus atomik buz k\u0131rma filosu<\/strong> gemilerinde kullan\u0131lan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck reakt\u00f6rlerin i\u015fletilmesinde uzun y\u0131llar deneyimlenen <strong>RITM-200 serisi reakt\u00f6rlere<\/strong> dayan\u0131yor. Bu reakt\u00f6rler <strong>Rosatom<\/strong>&#8216;un <strong>referans teknolojilerinden<\/strong> biri olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda olan<strong> \u201822220\u2019 buz k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 projesi<\/strong>ne de,<strong> 6 RITM-200 \u00fcnitesi<\/strong> yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015fti. <strong>21 Ekim 2020<\/strong>&#8216;de, yeni nesil Arktika&#8217;n\u0131n amiral gemisi <strong>lider buz k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> resmen <strong>Rus n\u00fckleer filosu<\/strong>nun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RITM-200 reakt\u00f6rleri<\/strong>ne dayanan <strong>SMR projesi<\/strong>, 60 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fan hizmet \u00f6mr\u00fc ile kompakt tasar\u0131m, mod\u00fclerlik, k\u0131sa in\u015faat s\u00fcresi ve y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131na sahip olu\u015fuyla dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Ayr\u0131ca gelecekte, <strong>ula\u015f\u0131m<\/strong> ve <strong>end\u00fcstri ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>SMR kapasiteleri<\/strong>ni kullanarak <strong>\u00e7evre dostu hidrojen \u00fcretmek<\/strong> de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn.<\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr projeler, hem <strong>yeralt\u0131 kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131<\/strong> hem de <strong>izole<\/strong> bir<strong> g\u00fc\u00e7 \u015febekesine<\/strong> sahip uzak b\u00f6lgelerin sakinleri i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenilir, temiz bir <strong>\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>elektrik kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> olarak hizmet veriyor. <strong>Ust-Yansky b\u00f6lgesi<\/strong>nde <strong>eski k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> ve <strong>dizel \u00fcretim kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n <strong>SMR enerjisi<\/strong> ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi, b\u00f6lgedeki <strong>karbondioksit emisyonu<\/strong>nu y\u0131lda <strong>10 bin tona<\/strong> kadar azaltacak. <strong>Ust-Yansky<\/strong>\u2019deki <strong>SMR projesi<\/strong>nin uygulanmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k<strong> 800 ki\u015filik<\/strong> bir istihdam da yarat\u0131lacak. Buna ek olarak, Yakutistan&#8217;da bir n\u00fckleer enerji santralinin in\u015fas\u0131, Yakutya&#8217;n\u0131n <strong>Verkhoyansk b\u00f6lgesi<\/strong>nin kuzeyinde yer alan <strong>Kyuchus alt\u0131n yata\u011f\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi projesine de <strong>istikrarl\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>temiz bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Yakutistan Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Aisen Nikolaev<\/strong>, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerjili bir <strong>n\u00fckleer santralin<\/strong>, Yakutistan\u2019\u0131n Arktik b\u00f6lgelerinin kalk\u0131nmas\u0131na niteliksel bir ivme kazand\u0131raca\u011f\u0131na vurgu yaparak, <em>\u201cProjenin Ust-Yansky il\u00e7esinde sanayinin geli\u015fimini te\u015fvik edece\u011fine ve yerel halk\u0131n ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirece\u011fine inan\u0131yorum\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc <strong>Alexey Likhachev<\/strong> ise konuya <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ili\u015fkin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u201cBug\u00fcn Rusya&#8217;da ilk yeni nesil yer tabanl\u0131 <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir n\u00fckleer santral in\u015fas\u0131<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m at\u0131yoruz. Akademik Lomonosov sadece birka\u00e7 ay sonra, yer istasyonunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flayacak.
