Vatanda\u015f\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcndeki<strong> LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7 alg\u0131s\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 olumlu y\u00f6nde etkileyecek ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atan <strong>BRC<\/strong>\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye CEO\u2019su <strong>Kadir \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> giderek b\u00fcy\u00fcyen sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn d\u00fcn\u00fc, bug\u00fcn\u00fc ve gelece\u011fini de\u011ferlendirdi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018LPG D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015e\u00dcM\u00dcNDEK\u0130 BA\u015eARIMIZ D\u00dcNYA TARAFINDAN \u0130LG\u0130YLE \u0130ZLEN\u0130YOR\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>BRC T\u00fcrkiye CEO\u2019su Kadir \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bug\u00fcn geldi\u011fi noktay\u0131, <em>\u201c\u00dclkemizde <strong>1995\u2019den<\/strong> itibaren ara\u00e7larda<strong> LPG kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> h\u0131z kazand\u0131. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta hi\u00e7bir te\u015fvik olmadan, sadece ekonomik bir yak\u0131t oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan tercih edildi ve talep g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Artan talep pazar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fctt\u00fc ve Ar-Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Teknolojiyi yak\u0131ndan takip ederek verimlili\u011fi, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131n\u0131 birebir uygulayarak LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7lar\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fini garanti alt\u0131na ald\u0131k. Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131na otogaz\u00a0ekipmanlar\u0131 ihra\u00e7 ediyoruz. \u00dclkemizdeki sistemler, istasyonlar, LPG d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc D\u00fcnya LPG \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WLPGA) gibi uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flarca \u00f6rnek g\u00f6stermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan takip ediliyor ve raporlan\u0131yor\u201d<\/em> ifadeleriyle anlatt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018OTOMOT\u0130V F\u0130RMALARI LPG\u2019L\u0130 ARA\u00c7 AYRIMI YAPMIYOR\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn artan talep kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda y\u0131llar i\u00e7erisinde h\u0131zla geli\u015fti\u011fini ortaya koyan Kadir \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc, \u201cLPG\u2019li ara\u00e7lar\u0131n <strong>90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri<\/strong> herhangi bir standarda ayak uydurmayan, altyap\u0131s\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmam\u0131\u015f sistemlerle, halk aras\u0131nda \u2018t\u00fcpl\u00fc\u2019 dedi\u011fimiz ev tipi LPG t\u00fcplerin ara\u00e7lara uyarlanmas\u0131yla sa\u011fland\u0131. <strong>Artan talep standartlar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131<\/strong>na ve otomotiv firmalar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>LPG\u2019ye y\u00f6nelmesine<\/strong> neden oldu. Bug\u00fcn, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>ECE 67.01 standartlar\u0131<\/strong>na uygun d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ekipmanlar\u0131 \u00fcretiyoruz. Bu standart sayesinde <strong>LPG<\/strong>\u2019li ara\u00e7lar, <strong>benzinli ara\u00e7lardan<\/strong> daha g\u00fcvenli hale geldi. Otomotiv firmalar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>s\u0131f\u0131r ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong>nda <strong>LPG<\/strong>\u2019li ara\u00e7 se\u00e7eneklerini de pazara sunmas\u0131, LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7larla, benzinli ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ayn\u0131 garanti kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmesi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn g\u00fcvenilirlik kazanmas\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca akaryak\u0131t ve <strong>LPG \u015firketleri<\/strong>nin <strong>da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m a\u011f\u0131na<\/strong> yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>istasyon yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> bug\u00fcn her yerde <strong>LPG<\/strong>\u2019nin kolay bulunuyor olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak <strong>otogaz sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong>n\u00fcn h\u0131zla geli\u015fmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7t\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018T\u00dcRK\u0130YE D\u00dcNYANIN EN B\u00dcY\u00dcK OTOGAZ T\u00dcKET\u0130C\u0130S\u0130\u2019\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnya LPG \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WLPGA)<\/strong> verilerine de\u011finen Kadir \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc, <em>\u201c\u00dclkemiz 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda trafi\u011fe \u00e7\u0131kan LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7 say\u0131s\u0131yla otogaz t\u00fcketiminde G\u00fcney Kore\u2019yi ge\u00e7erek <strong>1&#8217;inci s\u0131raya<\/strong> oturdu. WLPGA\u2019n\u0131n 2020 de\u011ferlendirme raporuna g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>10 y\u0131lda<\/strong> otogaza olan talep <strong>% 46<\/strong> oran\u0131nda artt\u0131. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda s\u0131f\u0131r kilometre<strong> LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7 sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131<\/strong> bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la nazaran <strong>\u00fc\u00e7 kat artarak<\/strong> rekor k\u0131rd\u0131\u201d<\/em> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018OTOGAZ \u0130LE \u0130LG\u0130L\u0130 \u015eEH\u0130R EFSANELER\u0130 SEKT\u00d6RE ZARAR VER\u0130YOR\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Otogaz d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong>n\u00fcn belirli standartlara uymadan, merdiven alt\u0131 tamirhanelerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi y\u0131llardan kalma s\u00f6ylemlerin halen bas\u0131nda dile getirildi\u011fini bunun da <strong>LPG d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong>ne zarar verdi\u011fini belirten \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc, \u201c<strong>ECE 67.01<\/strong> standartlar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0uygulanmas\u0131yla, LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7lar\u0131n <strong>yak\u0131t tank\u0131n\u0131n patlamas\u0131, gaz s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ya\u015fanmas\u0131<\/strong>, teknik anlamda m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yak\u0131t tank\u0131 askeri ara\u00e7lar\u0131n z\u0131rh standard\u0131 olarak bilinen\u00a0<strong>DIN EN 10120 \u00e7elik sacdan<\/strong>\u00a0\u00fcretilirler. Yak\u0131t sistemindeki<strong> s\u0131zd\u0131rmazl\u0131k, multivalf<\/strong> ad\u0131 verilen bir ekipmanla sa\u011flan\u0131r. Fabrikasyon ara\u00e7lar\u0131n tercih etti\u011fi ve <strong>T\u00dcVT\u00dcRK<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan denetlenen yak\u0131t sistemlerinde<strong> yak\u0131t tank\u0131n\u0131n patlamas\u0131<\/strong> m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018AVRUPA LPG\u2019YE Y\u00d6NEL\u0130YOR\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>LPG\u2019nin bilinen en \u00e7evreci fosil yak\u0131t oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Kadir \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc, \u201c<em>Karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyan\u0131n tahamm\u00fcl seviyelerini a\u015fmas\u0131 <strong>k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya<\/strong>, <strong>k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma<\/strong> ise <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine<\/strong> sebep oluyor. Ne yaz\u0131k ki bug\u00fcn <strong>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkileri<\/strong> \u00fclkemizde de g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Ula\u015f\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131 karbon sal\u0131m\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir etkiye sahip. Bu nedenle Avrupa Birli\u011fi, <strong>2021 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren<\/strong> ara\u00e7lara kilometre ba\u015f\u0131na <strong>95 gram<\/strong> karbon emisyonu s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 getirdi. <strong>2030 y\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> hedefiyse <strong>60 gram<\/strong> olarak belirlendi. Bu nedenle Almanya\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>dizel yasaklar\u0131<\/strong> di\u011fer \u00fclkelerde de uygulanmaya ba\u015fland\u0131. Nihai hedef s\u0131f\u0131r emisyon olsa da, <strong>karbon emisyonunun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in h\u0131zla uygulanacak ilk \u00f6nlem <strong>LPG d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u2018OTOGAZ TE\u015eV\u0130K ED\u0130LMEL\u0130\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En \u00e7evreci fosil yak\u0131t olarak nitelendirilen LPG\u2019nin d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda te\u015fvik paketleriyle desteklendi\u011fini belirten Kadir \u00d6r\u00fcc\u00fc, <em>\u201cD\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda AB \u00fclkeleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda <strong>Cezayir, Japonya, G\u00fcney Kore, Avustralya<\/strong> ve <strong>\u0130ngiltere<\/strong>\u2019de LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7lara \u00e7evreci ve ekonomik oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in te\u015fvik uygulan\u0131yor. AB \u00fclkelerinde <strong>uygulanan emisyon de\u011ferlerine<\/strong> g\u00f6re vergilendirilme T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de uygulanabilir. <strong>Motorlu Ta\u015f\u0131tlar Vergisi\u2019<\/strong>nde \u00e7evreci ara\u00e7lara <strong>te\u015fvik uygulamas\u0131na<\/strong> gidilebilir. <strong>LPG\u2019li ara\u00e7lar\u0131n<\/strong> \u00fccretli<strong> otoyol<\/strong> ve <strong>k\u00f6pr\u00fclerden<\/strong> indirimli ge\u00e7mesi sa\u011flanabilir.
