Ben <strong>16 y\u0131ld\u0131r<\/strong> Bosch T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deyim ve<strong> t\u00fcm s\u00fcreci bizzat ya\u015fad\u0131m<\/strong>. 2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda ICF\u2019e akredite kurumlardan ko\u00e7luk e\u011fitimi al\u0131nmas\u0131, bu e\u011fitimi alacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n y\u00f6netici olmas\u0131 ve bu e\u011fitime g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olmalar\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. <strong>Hem ko\u00e7luk e\u011fitimi<\/strong> karar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>hem de e\u011fitimi alacak<\/strong> <strong>ki\u015filerin<\/strong> se\u00e7imindeki kriterlerin b\u00fcnyemize ne kadar uygun oldu\u011funu bug\u00fcn \u00e7ok daha iyi g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta performans g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u00f6nlendirmelerle ba\u015flayan bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 \u015fu an da \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc i\u015fliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar da talep edebiliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc buradaki<strong> temel hedef, kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc<\/strong>m\u00fcz\u00fcn <strong>pozitif ruhunu<\/strong> s\u00fcrekli beslemektir.\u201d \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ko\u00e7luk ve mentorluk ayr\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bosch T\u00fcrkiye olarak, organizasyon a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan <strong>\u201cmentorluk\u201d<\/strong> ve <strong>\u201cko\u00e7luk\u201d<\/strong> alanlar\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan <strong>Arda Arslan\u00a0<\/strong>ise, \u201cS\u0131kl\u0131kla birbiri yerine kullan\u0131lma hatas\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclse de, her iki alan da ayr\u0131 uzmanl\u0131k alanlar\u0131. Bizde tersinden <strong>mentorluk<\/strong> olarak tan\u0131mlanabilecek bir uygulama daha var. <strong>Ya\u015f\u0131<\/strong>, organizasyon i\u00e7indeki yeri ne olursa olsun, <strong>g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc<\/strong> olan her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, <strong>kendi uzmanl\u0131k<\/strong> alan\u0131yla ilgili <strong>mentorluk hizmeti<\/strong> verebiliyor.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pandemi ile birlikte y\u00fckseli\u015fe ge\u00e7en Tak\u0131m Ko\u00e7lu\u011fu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bosch T\u00fcrkiye olarak ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta bu iki alan\u0131n \u00e7ok kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan <strong>Avdel\u00a0<\/strong>ise, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: <em>\u201c\u015eu anda oturmu\u015f durumda. Biz Alman k\u00f6kenli bir firmay\u0131z, bu nedenle bizde prosesler h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde oturur, \u015fu anda <strong>sistem t\u0131k\u0131r t\u0131k\u0131r i\u015fliyor<\/strong> ama ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta iki alan birbirine kar\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f durumdayd\u0131. \u00a0Bu iki alan, profesyonel olarak farkl\u0131 olmakla birlikte, bir \u2018<strong>puzzle\u2019\u0131n par\u00e7alar\u0131<\/strong> gibi birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Birinin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131s\u0131, di\u011ferinin devreye girmesini sa\u011flayabiliyor. Hem t\u00fcm kurum hem de tek tek bireyler ba\u011flam\u0131nda <strong>b\u00fct\u00fcnsel bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131<\/strong> \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Kurum i\u00e7i <strong>ko\u00e7luk<\/strong> ya da <strong>mentorluk<\/strong> faaliyetlerinde baz\u0131 kritik noktalar var. Bunlar aras\u0131nda belki de en \u00f6nemlilerinden birisi, <strong>ko\u00e7<\/strong> ya da <strong>mentor<\/strong> ile <strong>dan\u0131\u015fan<\/strong> aras\u0131nda en uygun e\u015fle\u015fmeleri bulabilmektir.
