You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h1>Hanhikivi-1 N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali\u2019nin (NGS) tedarik\u00e7i \u015firketi olan Rusya Devlet Atom Enerjisi Kurumu Rosatom\u2019un b\u00fcnyesinde bulunan RAOS Project Oy, Hanhikivi-1 NGS&#8217;nin teknik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini i\u00e7eren 1&#8217;inci Temel Tasar\u0131m A\u015famas\u0131 Proje Dok\u00fcmantasyonu\u2019nu al\u0131c\u0131 Fennovoima \u015firketine teslim etti. Proje dok\u00fcmantasyonu, Fennovoima uzmanlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilerek ilerideki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar i\u00e7in kabul edildi.<\/h1>\n<p>Dok\u00fcmantasyon Paketi, <strong>NGS projesi<\/strong>ne y\u00f6nelik teknik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in projeye ait belgelerin temel a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor. <strong>EPC s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi<\/strong> gerekliliklerine g\u00f6re teslim edilen pakette ayr\u0131ca, NGS\u2019nin <strong>konseptik<\/strong> ve<strong> i\u015flevsellik<\/strong> projesi, <strong>3D modeli<\/strong>, NGS\u2019ye ait <strong>sistem<\/strong> ve <strong>bina<\/strong> <strong>projeleri<\/strong> gibi temel haz\u0131rl\u0131k a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131n da tan\u0131m\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-125625\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/rosatom-hanhikivi-1-ngsnin-temel-tasarim-belgelerini-teslim-etti-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"191\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/rosatom-hanhikivi-1-ngsnin-temel-tasarim-belgelerini-teslim-etti-2.jpg 730w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/rosatom-hanhikivi-1-ngsnin-temel-tasarim-belgelerini-teslim-etti-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/rosatom-hanhikivi-1-ngsnin-temel-tasarim-belgelerini-teslim-etti-2-500x282.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/rosatom-hanhikivi-1-ngsnin-temel-tasarim-belgelerini-teslim-etti-2-80x45.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/>Finlandiya H\u00fck\u00fcmeti<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan NGS\u2019ye y\u00f6nelik <strong>in\u015faat lisans\u0131n\u0131n verilebilmesi<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>Radyasyon<\/strong> ve <strong>N\u00fckleer G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (STUK)<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan projenin g\u00fcvenli\u011fiyle ilgili bilgileri i\u00e7eren <strong>\u00d6n G\u00fcvenlik Analizleri Raporu<\/strong>&#8216;nun da<strong> (PSAR)<\/strong> kabul edilmesi gerekiyor. Teslim edilen bu dok\u00fcmantasyon, <strong>PSAR\u2019\u0131n temelini<\/strong> olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15 b\u00f6l\u00fcmden<\/strong> olu\u015fan g\u00fcvenlik gerek\u00e7esiyle ilgili bu<strong> PSAR<\/strong>, <strong>lisans ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcreci<\/strong>nin temel belgesi olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yor. PSAR, <strong>n\u00fckleer santrallerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong>ni etkileyen t\u00fcm y\u00f6nlerini ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. PSAR i\u00e7erisinde, saha se\u00e7imi, NGS\u2019nin yerle\u015ftirilmesi,<strong> proje temelleri<\/strong> ile <strong>teknik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler, g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemleri<\/strong> ve ayr\u0131ca <strong>g\u00fcvenlik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan projenin denetim sonu\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong> da yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu ana kadar, g\u00fcvenlik ile ilgili <strong>PSAR<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n <strong>5 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong> incelenmek \u00fczere i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan<strong> STUK<\/strong>\u2019a sunuldu. Bu kapsamda i\u015fverene<strong> 2020 y\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> sonuna kadar<strong> iki b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn<\/strong> daha teslim edilmesi,<strong> 2021 y\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> bahar d\u00f6neminde de <strong>\u00f6n g\u00fcvenlik analizleri raporuyla<\/strong> ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>STUK\u2019un <strong>lisans verme s\u00fcreci<\/strong>ndeki belgelerin detayland\u0131rma seviyesine <strong>ili\u015fkin \u015fartlar\u0131<\/strong>, bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeye k\u0131yasla daha y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde. Proje belgelerinin fazlaca <strong>detay i\u00e7ermesi, in\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131<\/strong>nda herhangi bir \u015feyi de\u011fi\u015ftirme ihtiyac\u0131 ile ilgili gecikmeleri \u00f6nlemek ad\u0131na, <strong>projenin<\/strong> sonraki hayata ge\u00e7irilme a\u015famalar\u0131nda avantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dok\u00fcmantasyon<\/strong>, Finlandiya yasal gerekliliklerine, <strong>Finlandiya Cumhuriyeti yasalar\u0131<\/strong>na ve <strong>STUK<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen <strong>n\u00fckleer<\/strong> ve<strong> radyasyon g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/strong> alan\u0131ndaki<strong> norm<\/strong> ve <strong>y\u00f6netmeliklere<\/strong> uygun olarak haz\u0131rland\u0131. Bu pakette ayr\u0131ca, <strong>Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Ajans\u0131 (IAEA)<\/strong> ve <strong>Bat\u0131 Avrupa N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleyiciler Birli\u011fi (WENRA)<\/strong> gibi uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131n ge\u00e7erli uygulamalar\u0131 da dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fennovoima \u015eirketi Kamu Hizmetleri Operasyonlar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>Janne Liuko<\/strong>, \u00d6n G\u00fcvenlik Analizleri Raporu\u2019na ili\u015fkin <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015fu de\u011ferlendirmelere yer verdi:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBelgeleri STUK\u2019a teslim etmeden \u00f6nce, projenin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan gerekli inceleme ve de\u011ferlendirmeleri yap\u0131yoruz. Sorumlu bir \u015firket, i\u015f sahibi ve n\u00fckleer santralin gelecekteki operat\u00f6r\u00fc olarak, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denetimin her a\u015famada gerekli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>RAOS Project \u015firketi<\/strong> Hanhikivi-1 NGS M\u00fchendislik Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc<strong> Ivan Doshchuk<\/strong> ise konuya ili\u015fkin \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<strong>Birinci Temel Tasar\u0131m A\u015famas\u0131\u00a0Dok\u00fcmantasyonu<\/strong>, projenin teknik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerini tan\u0131mlayan ana belgeleri kaps\u0131yor. Dok\u00fcmantasyon, bu y\u0131l i\u015fverene teslim edildi, g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irildi ve \u00f6n kabul\u00fc ald\u0131. Fazlaca detay i\u00e7eren <strong>bu belgelerin<\/strong> ve projenin tamamen<strong> dijital \u015fekilde<\/strong> teslim edilmesi gerekiyordu. Bu sebepten i\u015fverene teslim edilen belgelerin i\u00e7eri\u011fine <strong>NGS projesi<\/strong>nin <strong>3D modeli<\/strong> ve <strong>bilgilendirme modeli<\/strong> de dahil edildi.
