Ancak bu hedeflere ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ancak kararl\u0131 ve ciddi ad\u0131mlarla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilece\u011fine ve enerjiye olan talebin iyi y\u00f6netilememesi ve azalt\u0131lamamas\u0131 durumunda enerji t\u00fcketiminin artaca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A\u011fa\u00e7lar ta\u015f\u0131nabilir, ama orman ekosistemi ta\u015f\u0131namaz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul&#8217;un kuzeyini yap\u0131la\u015fmaya a\u00e7acak olan 3.
