You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h1>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere fosil bazl\u0131 enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kullan\u0131m s\u00fcresine sahip olmalar\u0131 ve \u00e7evreye verdi\u011fi zararlar nedeniyle temiz ve yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na olan ihtiya\u00e7 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e artmakta olup bu alanda uygulamalar h\u0131zla yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/h1>\n<p>Bir enerji santrali yer se\u00e7imi i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli unsurlar aras\u0131nda se\u00e7ilecek b\u00f6lgedeki enerji kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n potansiyeli yer almaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131<strong> yenilenebilir enerji potansiyeli atlaslar\u0131<\/strong> aras\u0131nda <strong>G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Potansiyel Atlas\u0131 (GEPA)<\/strong> da bulunmakta olup s\u00f6z konusu atlas internet \u00fczerinden \u00fccretsiz olarak kullan\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Potansiyel Atlaslar kullan\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bilgiler sa\u011flamakla beraber <strong>detayl\u0131 yer se\u00e7imi<\/strong> analizi i\u00e7in yetersiz <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-125437\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/yenilenebilir-enerjide-cografi-bilgi-sistemleri-cbs-uygulamalari-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/yenilenebilir-enerjide-cografi-bilgi-sistemleri-cbs-uygulamalari-2.jpg 691w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/yenilenebilir-enerjide-cografi-bilgi-sistemleri-cbs-uygulamalari-2-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/yenilenebilir-enerjide-cografi-bilgi-sistemleri-cbs-uygulamalari-2-500x353.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/yenilenebilir-enerjide-cografi-bilgi-sistemleri-cbs-uygulamalari-2-71x50.jpg 71w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/>kalmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin <strong>G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Santralleri (GES)<\/strong> i\u00e7in gerekli olan yer se\u00e7imi s\u00fcreci fiziksel, ekonomik, sosyal ve \u00e7evresel analizleri i\u00e7eren karma\u015f\u0131k bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olup bu analiz s\u0131ras\u0131nda b\u00f6lgenin <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi potansiyeli<\/strong> hakk\u0131nda fikir veren <strong>GEPA<\/strong>\u2019dan yararlan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fakat bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere en y\u00fcksek g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi potansiyeline sahip b\u00f6lgeler GES i\u00e7in her zaman uygun yerler olmamakta; <em>arazinin e\u011fimi, toprak yap\u0131s\u0131, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f oran\u0131<\/em> gibi <strong>bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 kriter<\/strong> de de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk yat\u0131r\u0131m kurulumu maliyeti y\u00fcksek olan bu projelerde <strong>do\u011fru<\/strong> <strong>yer se\u00e7imi<\/strong> projenin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkilemektedir. Proje i\u00e7in etkin yer se\u00e7imi, maliyet ve zaman tasarrufu sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla s\u0131kl\u0131kla<strong> Co\u011frafi Bilgi Sistemleri (CBS)<\/strong> tercih edilmektedir. CBS\u2019nin temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma prensibi belli bir co\u011frafi b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in <strong>konumsal<\/strong> (-\u00f6rn:harita) ve <strong>konumsal olmayan<\/strong> (-\u00f6rn:haritaya ait bilgiler tablosu) verilerin ili\u015fkilendirilerek <strong>istenilen analizlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na<\/strong> dayanmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>\u0130stanbul, Konya, \u0130zmir<\/strong> ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok \u015fehirde CBS kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f <strong>GES yer se\u00e7imi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> mevcuttur. <strong>Yer se\u00e7imi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda<\/strong> s\u0131kl\u0131kla tercih edilen <strong>CBS yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131na<\/strong> \u00f6rnek olarak <strong>QGIS<\/strong> ve <strong>ArcGIS<\/strong> verilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir enerji santrali in\u015fa edilip edilmeyece\u011fine ve nerede in\u015fa edilece\u011fine karar verilirken, kriter ve taraf say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131 sebebiyle <strong>\u00e7ok kriterli karar analizi (\u00c7KKA)<\/strong> kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u00c7KKA y\u00f6ntemi bulunmakta olup s\u0131kl\u0131kla<strong> Analitik Hiyerar\u015fi Prosesi (AHP)<\/strong> kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. AHP; en iyi <strong>alternatif se\u00e7me, kaynak tahsisi, uygun saha se\u00e7imi gibi karar verme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri<\/strong>nde kullan\u0131lan bir y\u00f6ntemdir. AHP y\u00f6nteminde, kriterler a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kland\u0131r\u0131larak tercihler aras\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arazi tipi<\/strong> bir <strong>GES<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>santral elektrik \u00fcretim maliyetlerini<\/strong> do\u011frudan etkileyen en \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6r yer se\u00e7imi kriterleridir. <strong>GES yer se\u00e7imi<\/strong> kriterlerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi <em>potansiyeli\/ g\u00fcne\u015flenme s\u00fcresi, arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131, arazinin e\u011fimi, elektrik iletim hatlar\u0131na uzakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (ENH\/Trafo), bak\u0131, arazinin jeolojik yap\u0131s\u0131, topo\u011frafik yap\u0131s\u0131, ana yollara uzakl\u0131k<\/em> olarak say\u0131labilir. GES yer se\u00e7imi i\u00e7in k\u0131s\u0131tlar ise <strong>koruma alan\u0131<\/strong> (ku\u015f g\u00f6\u00e7 yollar\u0131, arkeolojik alanlar, milli parklar vb.), <strong>maden, petrol, do\u011falgaz vb. arama alan\u0131 ve yerle\u015fim alan\u0131 olmamas\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>1. derece deprem b\u00f6lgelerindeki fay hatlar\u0131<\/strong> \u00fczerinde bulunmamas\u0131 ve <strong>ana karayollar\u0131na<\/strong> ve<strong> k\u0131y\u0131 \u015feridine<\/strong> en az <strong>100 metre uzakl\u0131kta<\/strong> olmas\u0131 olarak s\u0131ralanabilir. Yukar\u0131da say\u0131lan kriterler ve bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak mevzuat ve literat\u00fcr dahilinde belirlenen k\u0131s\u0131tlar se\u00e7ilerek <strong>AHP \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in bir liste haz\u0131rlan\u0131r ve bu kriterlere <strong>ba\u011fl\u0131 haritalar<\/strong> ve <strong>bilgiler kullan\u0131larak<\/strong> yap\u0131lan analiz sonucunda bir saha uygunluk haritas\u0131 elde edilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CBS \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen <strong>\u00c7KKA<\/strong> ve <strong>AHP y\u00f6ntemleri<\/strong>; se\u00e7ilen kriterler ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kland\u0131rmalar baz\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren ki\u015filere g\u00f6re \u015fekillenmekte ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in gereken <strong>verilere (enerji nakil hatlar\u0131 (ENH) verisi vb.) ula\u015fmak<\/strong> her zaman m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamaktad\u0131r.
