Borusan da <strong>FEM sertifikas\u0131na<\/strong> hak kazanan \u015firketler aras\u0131na girdi.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131llard\u0131r toplumsal <strong>cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini<\/strong> destekleyen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcleri aras\u0131nda yer alan Borusan Holding <strong>i\u015fe al\u0131m, e\u011fitim, kariyer planlama, ileti\u015fim<\/strong> gibi alanlarda cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini g\u00f6zeten uygulamalar\u0131yla da dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>KAG\u0130DER Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Emine Erdem: \u2018T\u00fcm \u015firketleri FEM sertifikas\u0131 almaya davet ediyorum\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>KAG\u0130DER<\/strong> Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Emine Erdem Borusan<\/strong>\u2019\u0131 FEM sertifikas\u0131na lay\u0131k bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle tebrik etti. Bu y\u0131l uygulamaya koydu\u011fumuz <strong>Cinsiyet G\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc program\u0131<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda<strong> kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n<\/strong> ve<strong> y\u00f6neticilerimizin<\/strong> say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak y\u00f6n\u00fcnde somut hedefler koyduk. Ba\u015fta CEO\u2019muz <strong>Erkan Kafadar<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere b\u00fct\u00fcn genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerimiz bu politikalar\u0131 uygulayacaklar\u0131n\u0131 taahh\u00fct ettiler. Bu bak\u0131mdan i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda <strong>\u00f6nemli<\/strong> ve <strong>\u00f6nc\u00fc<\/strong> bir ad\u0131m att\u0131k. Son derece titiz bir de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7tikten sonra hak kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>FEM sertifikas\u0131<\/strong>, <strong>f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini<\/strong> g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren <strong>kurumsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong> i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir destek olu\u015fturuyor. \u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc destekleyen bu program\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iren <strong>KAG\u0130DER<\/strong>\u2019e te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim. Bu alandaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kararl\u0131l\u0131kla s\u00fcrd\u00fcrece\u011fiz.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>FEM s\u0131k\u0131 bir denetim s\u00fcrecinden sonra al\u0131nabiliyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>FEM sertifikas\u0131 <em>i\u015fe al\u0131m, e\u011fitim, kariyer planlama<\/em> ve <em>geli\u015ftirme<\/em> gibi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerdeki e\u015fitsizlikleri saptamay\u0131 ve i\u015f ya\u015fam\u0131nda <strong>cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayal\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlara son vermeyi<\/strong> ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.
