Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131 sonu itibar\u0131yla toplam br\u00fct elektrik \u00fcretimi<strong> 226,9 TWh<\/strong> olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti ve bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re <strong>%1,1<\/strong>\u2019lik bir azalma g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>YEKDEM\u2019e Ba<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>vuru S<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>resi 6 Ay Uzat<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>ld<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>18 Eyl\u00fcl 2020<\/strong> tarihinde <strong>Resmi Gazete\u2019de<\/strong> yay\u0131mlanan<strong> Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 karar\u0131<\/strong> ile <strong>Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131 Destekleme Mekanizmas\u0131\u2019ndan (YEKDEM)<\/strong> yararlanmak isteyen \u00fcretim tesislerinin <strong>31 Aral\u0131k 2020&#8217;ye<\/strong> kadar olan devreye girme \u015fart\u0131<strong> 30 Haziran 2021<\/strong>&#8216;e kadar uzat\u0131ld\u0131. Karara g\u00f6re,<strong> 1 Ocak 2021<\/strong>&#8216;den <strong>30 Haziran 2021<\/strong> tarihine kadar i\u015fletmeye girecek YEKDEM&#8217;e tabi elektrik santralleri i\u00e7in belirlenen fiyat deste\u011fi<strong> 31 Aral\u0131k 2030<\/strong>&#8216;a kadar uygulanacak.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>G\u00fcne<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong> ve R<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>zg<\/strong><strong>\u00e2<\/strong><strong>r Enerjisi Elektrik \u00dcretiminde Hakim Konuma Geliyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerjinin, \u00f6zellikle<strong> r\u00fczg\u00e2r<\/strong> ile <strong>g\u00fcne\u015fe<\/strong> dayal\u0131 elektrik santrallerinden \u00fcretilen elektrik enerjisinin toplam <strong>enerji arz\u0131ndaki pay\u0131 giderek<\/strong> art\u0131yor. Bu durumun arkas\u0131nda yatan ba\u015fl\u0131ca etkenler s\u00f6z konusu santrallerin<strong> \u00e7evre dostu<\/strong> olmas\u0131, \u00fcretim maliyetlerindeki artan <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f e\u011filimi<\/strong> ve <strong>yeni teknolojiler<\/strong> sayesinde bu tip santrallerin <strong>elektrik \u015febekesine uyumunun<\/strong> artmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Elektrik Piyasalar<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>nda <\/strong><strong>\u00dc<\/strong><strong>retim, Da<\/strong><strong>\u011f\u0131<\/strong><strong>t<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>m ve Ticarette Dijitalle<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>menin <\/strong><strong>\u00d6<\/strong><strong>nemi Art<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Elektrik piyasalar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 <strong>uzla\u015fmaya ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong> ile <strong>elektrik \u015febeke hizmetleri<\/strong>nde de\u011fi\u015fen t\u00fcketici talebine <strong>daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yan\u0131t verilerek k\u00e2r art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> sa\u011flan\u0131rken, nihai t\u00fcketicilerin ise kulland\u0131klar\u0131 elektrik maliyeti azal\u0131yor. <strong>Yenilenebilir enerji kaynakl\u0131 santrallerin<\/strong> \u015febeke entegrasyonu artt\u0131k\u00e7a<strong> ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131, r\u00fczg\u00e2r<\/strong> ve <strong>hava \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> \u00f6nceden do\u011fru tahmini ve daha g\u00fcvenilir bir elektrik \u015febekesi olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 giderek daha \u00f6nemli hale geliyor. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede <strong>dijitalle\u015fme, yapay zek\u00e2<\/strong> ile <strong>b\u00fcy\u00fck veri analizi<\/strong> konular\u0131na yap\u0131lacak yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n i\u015f modellerindeki belirsizlikleri azaltmas\u0131, \u00f6nceden manuel olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen i\u015flemleri otomatikle\u015ftirmesi ve elektrik ticaretinin verimini art\u0131rmas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Finansmanda Yenilenebilir Enerji Santralleri Yat<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>mlar<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>n <\/strong><strong>\u00d6<\/strong><strong>nemi Devam Ediyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerji projeleri, bir taraftan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik perspektifinden \u00e7evreye duyarl\u0131 projeler olarak kategorize edilirken, di\u011fer taraftan d\u00fc\u015fen MW ba\u015f\u0131na sabit yat\u0131r\u0131m tutarlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k mevcut YEKDEM tarifesinde ayn\u0131 fiyat seviyesinden sat\u0131\u015f imk\u00e2n\u0131 ile \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu sebeplerle, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 1-2 y\u0131lda mevcut <strong>YEKDEM tarifesi<\/strong>nden faydalanan projelerin finansman\u0131n\u0131n yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m finansman\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan sekt\u00f6r\u00fc domine etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde risklerini minimize eden projeler finansman anlam\u0131nda \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kacak. \u00c7evresel ve sosyal a\u00e7\u0131dan uluslararas\u0131 standartlar\u0131 sa\u011flayan ve riskleri aksiyon planlar\u0131 ile y\u00f6neten projeler son y\u0131llarda d\u00fcnyada h\u0131zla \u00f6rnekleri artan \u201cye\u015fil tahvil\u201d ihrac\u0131 yoluyla da finansmana eri\u015fim imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulabilecek.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A\u00e7<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>klanan Do<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>al Gaz Ke<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>ifleri T<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>rkiye<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>nin Do<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>al Gazda D<\/strong><strong>\u0131\u015f<\/strong><strong>a Ba<\/strong><strong>\u011f\u0131<\/strong><strong>ml<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>l<\/strong><strong>\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><strong>n<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong> Azaltacak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>21 A\u011fustos 2020\u2019de yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Karadeniz\u2019de 320 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup> do\u011fal gaz rezervi ke\u015ffedildi. 17 Ekim 2020 tarihinde ise ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgede 85 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup> daha do\u011fal gaz rezervi bulundu\u011fu, b\u00f6ylece bulunan do\u011fal gaz rezervinin 320&#8217;den 405 milyar m<sup>3<\/sup>\u2019e y\u00fckseldi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Son d\u00f6nemde g\u00fcndeme gelen ke\u015fifler ve devam eden sismik ve derin sondaj \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin do\u011fal gaz \u00fcretiminde art\u0131\u015f olabilece\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mini YEKA GES Yar<\/strong><strong>\u0131\u015f<\/strong><strong>malar<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>na Ba<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>vuru Tarihi 18-22 Ocak 2021 Olarak Belirlendi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine dayal\u0131 santraller i\u00e7in planlanan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynak Alanlar\u0131 (Mini YEKA GES) yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 36 ilde her biri 10 MW, 15 MW ve 20 MW olacak \u015fekilde planland\u0131. Toplam 1.000 MW ba\u011flant\u0131 kapasitesi i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecek yar\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015fvurular\u0131n 18-22 Ocak 2021 d\u00f6neminde yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Mini YEKA GES kapsam\u0131nda, her bir yar\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in yar\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tavan fiyat\u0131 kilovatsaat ba\u015f\u0131na 30 kuru\u015f ve elektrik enerjisi al\u0131m s\u00fcresi s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin imzaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 15 y\u0131l olarak belirlendi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7at<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong> <strong>\u00dc<\/strong><strong>st<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong> ve Cephe G<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>ne<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong> Sistemlerine Yat<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>mlar<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>n Artmas<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong> Bekleniyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>K\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, n\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen enerji t\u00fcketimindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n modern da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015febekeleri \u00fczerinde giderek daha fazla olumsuz etki yaratmas\u0131, alternatif ve temiz enerji kaynaklar\u0131 bulma, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u015febekelere daha fazla <strong>fotovoltaik (PV) kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> dahil etme ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 do\u011furdu. <strong>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong>, modern da\u011f\u0131t\u0131k elektrik \u015febekelerinde \u00f6zellikle \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor ve \u00e7at\u0131, cephe uygulamalar\u0131 yan\u0131nda, <strong>binalara entegre PV sistemler<\/strong> de geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye,<strong> g\u00fcne\u015flenme s\u00fcresi<\/strong> ve g<strong>\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131m \u015fiddeti<\/strong>nin mertebesiyle di\u011fer Avrupa \u00fclkelerine g\u00f6re avantajl\u0131 ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden en iyi yararlanan b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Kamu otoritesinin bu konudaki <strong>te\u015fvik edici tutumu<\/strong> da <strong>\u00e7at\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>cephe g\u00fcne\u015f sistemlerine<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n artaca\u011f\u0131 beklentisini do\u011furuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Elektrik Santrallerde <\/strong><strong>\u0130<\/strong><strong>\u00e7<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>ketim Hibrit Teknolojilerle Sa<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>lanabilir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak mevcut ve yeni kurulacak lisansl\u0131 elektrik \u00fcretim santrallerinde, birden fazla kaynaktan elektrik \u00fcretilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7an iki yeni d\u00fczenleme yay\u0131mland\u0131.
