You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><strong>\u0130zmir Belediyesi, r\u00fczgar enerji santralleri kurabilmek \u00fczere harekete ge\u00e7ti. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1243\" title=\"ruzgar-enerjisi-izmir-belediyesi\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/ruzgar-enerjisi-izmir-belediyesi.bmp\" alt=\"\" \/>Ar\u0131tma tesislerinin enerji ihtiyac\u0131 i\u00e7in saha \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri yapt\u0131ran \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, G\u00f6rece ve Harmandal\u0131\u2019da r\u00fczgar enerji santralleri kurabilmek \u00fczere harekete ge\u00e7ti. 500 kilovatl\u0131k bir t\u00fcrbin ile y\u0131lda 1.5 milyon kilovat elektrik \u00fcretmeyi \u00f6ng\u00f6ren \u0130ZSU, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde amorti edecek.<\/p>\n<p>Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m atarak k\u00f6ylerdeki su depolar\u0131na g\u00fcne\u015f enerjili klorlama sistemi kuran \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi \u0130ZSU Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u015fimdi de r\u00fczgar enerjisinden elektrik \u00fcreten santraller kurmak i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7ti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de lisanss\u0131z r\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi \u00fcretiminin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak veren ve 21 Temmuz 2011 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren \u201cElektrik Piyasas\u0131nda Lisanss\u0131z Elektrik \u00dcretimine \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6netmelik\u201d \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flayan \u0130ZSU, Enerji ve Tabi Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan destek hizmeti ald\u0131. Mart ay\u0131nda saha \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra, May\u0131s ay\u0131nda gelen raporlar \u00fczerine, Tahtal\u0131 Baraj\u0131 suyunun ar\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 G\u00f6rece \u0130\u00e7me Suyu Ar\u0131tma Tesisi\u2019ne yak\u0131n ormanl\u0131k alan ile Harmandal\u0131 \u00c7\u00f6p Depolama Sahas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n r\u00fczgar enerji santrali i\u00e7in en uygun yerler oldu\u011fu belirlendi. \u0130ZSU Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilileri, Enerji Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131 m \u015eirketi ve \u0130l \u00d6zel \u0130daresi\u2019nden al\u0131nacak izinlerin ard\u0131ndan, proje ve ihale s\u00fcresi ile birlikte trib\u00fcnlerin bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde kurulabilece\u011fini belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Ortalama yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetinin her bir t\u00fcrbin i\u00e7in 850 bin ile 1 milyon dolar aras\u0131nda oldu\u011fu belirten \u0130ZSU yetkilileri, \u201c500 kilovatl\u0131k bir t\u00fcrbin, y\u0131lda 1 milyon 533 bin kilovat elektrik \u00fcretiyor. B\u00f6ylelikle 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc alabiliyoruz. Bu be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda yani yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetini kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131ktan sonra sadece bak\u0131m masraf\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ucuz, temiz ve yerli bir enerji kullanm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z. T\u00fckenmeyen bir enerji olmas\u0131, yenilenebilir olmas\u0131 \u00fczerinde durdu\u011fumuz en \u00f6nemli nokta\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00f6netmelik kapsam\u0131nda en fazla 500 kilovatl\u0131k \u00fcretim tesisi kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen yetkililer \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTesislerin r\u00fczgar durumuna bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinlerinin y\u0131l\u0131n y\u00fczde 35\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. 500 kilovatl\u0131k bir t\u00fcrbinin g\u00fcnde 4 bin 200 kilovat enerji \u00fcretmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. B\u00f6ylece G\u00f6rece\u2019ye kuraca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinin G\u00f6rece \u0130\u00e7me Suyu Ar\u0131tma Tesisi\u2019nin, Harmandal\u0131 \u00c7\u00f6p Depolama Sahas\u0131\u2019na kuraca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z t\u00fcrbinin ise in\u015faat\u0131 devam eden \u00c7i\u011fli \u00c7amur \u00c7\u00fcr\u00fctme Kurutma Tesisi\u2019nin enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilece\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ba\u015fkan\u2019dan \u00e7evreci mesajlar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019in \u00e7evre konusunda y\u00fcksek hassasiyetlere sahip ve bu alanda \u00f6rnek yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f \u00f6nc\u00fc bir kent oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Aziz Kocao\u011flu, \u201c\u0130zmir, havas\u0131n\u0131, su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 ve topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok iyi koruyan, gelece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen bir kent. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fimizin yan\u0131nda biliyoruz ki, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nmay\u0131 yakalam\u0131\u015f bir kent olabilmek i\u00e7in kat edece\u011fimiz daha \u00e7ok mesafeler var.
