Kovid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131 nedeniyle, Sepa\u015f Enerji M\u00fc\u015fteri Hizmetleri Merkezleri\u2019nde abonelikle ilgili t\u00fcm i\u015flemler, HES kodu sorgulamas\u0131 ile yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Sepa\u015f Enerji<\/strong>\u2019ye ait Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bolu<\/strong> ve D\u00fczce\u2019de<\/strong> bulunan toplam 26 m\u00fc\u015fteri hizmetleri merkezi<\/strong>nde art\u0131k Hayat Eve S\u0131\u011far (HES) kodu<\/strong> ile i\u015flem yap\u0131lacak. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan<\/strong> ve toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in Kovid-19 salg\u0131n\u0131<\/strong>na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6nlem amac\u0131yla, m\u00fc\u015fteri hizmetleri merkezlerine giri\u015flerde HES kodu \"\"sorgulamas\u0131<\/strong> yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Sepa\u015f Enerji\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda, toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruma<\/strong>y\u0131 hedefleyen yeni uygulaman\u0131n ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na yer verildi. Buna g\u00f6re, Sepa\u015f Enerji<\/strong>\u2019nin m\u00fc\u015fteri hizmetleri merkezleri<\/strong>ne m\u00fcracaat eden t\u00fcm aboneler<\/strong>den, giri\u015f noktas\u0131ndaki g\u00f6revlilere HES kodlar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 g\u00f6stermeleri istenecek. M\u00fc\u015fteri temsilcisiyle i\u015fleme ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce sistemden HES kodu sorgulamas\u0131<\/strong> yap\u0131lacak olmas\u0131 nedeniyle, m\u00fc\u015fteri hizmetlerine herhangi bir nedenle ba\u015fvuran abonelere HES kodlar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 temin etmeleri \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca, aboneliklerle ilgili<\/strong> bir\u00e7ok i\u015flemin, Sepa\u015f Enerji<\/strong> web sitesinde bulunan online i\u015flemler<\/strong> ve 444 5 186<\/strong> numaral\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi<\/strong> arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla da yap\u0131labildi\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n

HES kodu nas\u0131l \u00f6\u011frenilir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel olan HES kodu<\/strong>, ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefonlar<\/strong> arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla kolayca \u00f6\u011frenilebiliyor. Cep telefonlar\u0131na indirilebilen \u201cHayat Eve S\u0131\u011far\u201d<\/strong> ve E-Devlet \u00fczerinden ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmlere girilerek k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede kod olu\u015fturulabiliyor. Ayr\u0131ca SMS<\/strong> yoluyla da HES kodu<\/strong> al\u0131nabiliyor.
