Ancak bug\u00fcn \u00fclke genelinde milyonlarca konutta <strong>halen su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> bulunmuyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong>nde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir eksikli\u011fi gidererek, binalara<strong> dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, kalite<\/strong> ve<strong> konfor<\/strong> kazand\u0131racak <strong>\u2018Binalarda Su Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong>\u2019, <strong>1 Haziran 2018<\/strong>\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi. <strong>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan, \u0130ZODER\u2019in de destek ve giri\u015fimleriyle <strong>mevzuattaki eksikleri gidermek<\/strong> \u00fczere haz\u0131rlanan yeni y\u00f6netmelikle,<strong> su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n <strong>yeni binalarda uygulanmas\u0131<\/strong> zorunlu hale getirildi. T\u00fcrkiye <strong>in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/strong> ve kullan\u0131c\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir ad\u0131m olan <strong>bu y\u00f6netmelik,<\/strong> su yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir eksikli\u011fi giderecek. Yeni yap\u0131lan binalarda bu y\u00f6netmelikte \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen esaslara uyulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespit edilmesi halinde, bu eksiklikler giderilinceye kadar <strong>binaya yap\u0131 kullanma izin belgesi<\/strong> verilmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de <strong>sadece yeni binalar\u0131n de\u011fil<\/strong> mevcutlar\u0131n da <strong>enerji verimli hale getirilmesi<\/strong>, \u00fclke ekonomisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00c7ok ciddi seviyede eski bina stokuna sahip olan \u00fclkemizde mevzuatlara uygun olarak yap\u0131lacak \u00a0ile enerji verimli, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve konforlu yap\u0131lara kavu\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt<strong>\u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>\u0131r, bunun i\u00e7in de <strong>yal\u0131t\u0131mda seferberlik<\/strong> ilan etmeliyiz. Mevcut binalar\u0131n enerji verimli hale getirilebilmesi i\u00e7in <strong>vatanda\u015flar\u0131n te\u015fvik edilmesi<\/strong> gerekli.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, Avrupa k\u0131tas\u0131nda en h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyen bina stokuna sahip \u00fclkedir. AB\u2019de<strong> s\u0131f\u0131r enerji binalara ge\u00e7i\u015f<\/strong> ba\u015flam\u0131\u015fken, mevcut standartlar\u0131m\u0131za bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda \u00fclkemizde halen bir metrekarelik bir alan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in harcanmas\u0131na izin verilen <strong>y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji miktar\u0131<\/strong>, geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin \u00e7ok \u00fczerindedir. Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f <strong>U de\u011ferleri<\/strong> ile \u00fclkemizde tavsiye edilen <strong>U de\u011ferlerini mukayese<\/strong> etti\u011fimizde, \u00fclke olarak daha <strong>verimli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere y\u00f6nelmemiz<\/strong> gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki binalar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn, <strong>daha az enerji harcayan<\/strong> <strong>\u00e7evre dostu<\/strong> bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6ncelikli hedefimiz olmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde binalarda en \u00f6nemli sorunlardan biri de <strong>g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc<\/strong>. <strong>Ses yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z konutlara hitap eden ve toplumu direkt ilgilendiren, \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir konu. Bug\u00fcn \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerde ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n her alan\u0131nda, fark\u0131nda olmadan <strong>g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fcye maruz<\/strong> kal\u0131yor ve bu durumun olumsuz etkilerini g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e daha fazla hissediyoruz. G\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc insanlarda sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece y\u00f6netmelikle,<strong> ses yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yeni binalarda uygulanmas\u0131<\/strong> zorunlu hale getirildi.
