R\u00fczgar enerjisi <strong>ayd\u0131nlatma<\/strong> ve <strong>sulamada<\/strong> \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karken hidrojen enerjisi u\u00e7ak ve otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<strong> Biyok\u00fctle enerjisi<\/strong> ise<strong> \u0131s\u0131nma<\/strong> ve<strong> \u0131s\u0131tma ihtiyac\u0131nda<\/strong> tercih ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6re<strong> T\u00fcrkiye, \u00c7in<\/strong> ve <strong>ABD<\/strong>\u2019nin ard\u0131ndan s\u0131cak alan\u0131nda en fazla yararlanan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u00fclke olurken <strong>200 milyon dolarl\u0131k enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> sa\u011flad\u0131. Yine ayn\u0131 kayna\u011fa g\u00f6re yerli ve yenilenebilir kaynaklar\u0131n elektrik \u00fcretimindeki pay\u0131n <strong>24 May\u0131s<\/strong>\u2019ta <strong>% 90<\/strong>\u2019a ula\u015farak yeni bir rekor k\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yerli ve yenilenebilir enerji cari fazlan\u0131n anahtar\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Elektrik tedarik\u00e7ileri <\/strong>kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma sitesi <a href=\"https:\/\/encazip.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">encazip.com<\/a>\u2019un kurucusu <strong>\u00c7a\u011fada K\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong>, yenilenebilir enerjiye ili\u015fkin olarak, \u201c\u00dcretimin artmas\u0131yla ve ekonominin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesiyle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131 da art\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin toplam y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik talebi <strong>2000<\/strong>&#8216;de <strong>128.276 GWh<\/strong>&#8216;den <strong>2011<\/strong>&#8216;de<strong> 209.390 GWh<\/strong>&#8216;ye y\u00fckseldi, <strong>2020<\/strong>&#8216;de ise <strong>301.982 GWh<\/strong> oldu. T\u00fcrkiye, <strong>yenilenebilir enerji <\/strong>konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyele sahip\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Yeterli miktarda <strong>r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f, nehir<\/strong> ve<strong> jeotermal potansiyeli<\/strong>nin var oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen \u00c7a\u011fada K\u0131r\u0131m \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cFarkl\u0131 yenilenebilir elektrik ve enerji \u00fcretimi t\u00fcr\u00fc olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin potansiyeline uygun yaln\u0131zca birka\u00e7 <strong>teknoloji<\/strong> ve<strong> alternatif<\/strong> bulunuyor. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman elektrik \u00fcretiminde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin potansiyeli <strong>475.000 GWh<\/strong>, r\u00fczgar enerjisinin <strong>150.000 GWh<\/strong>, jeotermal enerjisinin <strong>40.000 GWh<\/strong>, hidrolik enerjinin potansiyeli<strong> 560.000 GWh<\/strong> olarak g\u00f6ze \u00e7arp\u0131yor. Bu kaynaklar\u0131n <strong>% 30<\/strong>\u2019unun kullan\u0131m\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerjisinin tamam\u0131 yerli ve yenilenebilir kaynaklardan kar\u015f\u0131lanabilir. Yak\u0131n bir gelecekte elektri\u011fin tamam\u0131n\u0131 <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>ndan kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, mevcutta <strong>% 77<\/strong> oran\u0131nda olan<strong> enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k<\/strong> ciddi oranda d\u00fc\u015fecek ve ekonomi \u00f6nemli bir oranda cari fazla verebilecek. Bunun i\u00e7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetin yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131<strong> te\u015fvik etmesi<\/strong>, t\u00fcketicinin ise <strong>yenilenebilir enerjinin \u00f6nemi<\/strong> konusunda daha bilin\u00e7li olmas\u0131 gerekiyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Yenilenebilir enerjinin yay\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7a\u011fada K\u0131r\u0131m, <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131<strong> te\u015fvik etmek amac\u0131yla<\/strong> yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">8 maddede \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralad\u0131:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>R\u00fczgar<\/strong> ve <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f santralleri<\/strong> i\u00e7in saha et\u00fcd\u00fcne gerek kalmadan kolayl\u0131kla <strong>lisans<\/strong> verilebilir ve b\u00f6lgenin verimlili\u011fi ile ilgili nihai karar yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131larak <strong>b\u00fcrokratik i\u015flemler<\/strong> kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>yenilenebilir enerjiye yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> yapmaya <strong>te\u015fvik etmek<\/strong> amac\u0131yla<strong> lisanslama prosed\u00fcr\u00fc<\/strong> kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Elektrik tedarik\u00e7ileri, yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcreticileri<\/strong>nin \u00fcretti\u011fi elektri\u011fin daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 tedarik etmeleri i\u00e7in te\u015fvik edilmeli.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mevcut <strong>Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 Destekleme Mekanizmas\u0131 (YEKDEM)<\/strong> al\u0131m garantileri d\u00f6viz cinsi yerine T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131 ile verilerek sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi sa\u011flanmal\u0131 ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 g\u00fcveni art\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Mikro \u00fcretim teknolojileri<\/strong>nde <strong>sermaye yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 maliyetleri<\/strong> y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in lisanss\u0131z mikro enerji \u00fcretim tesisi kurmak isteyen ki\u015filere d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizle kredi verilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 <strong>te\u015fvik etmek<\/strong> i\u00e7in <strong>fosil yak\u0131tlara<\/strong> ve bu yak\u0131tlardan \u00fcretilen <strong>elektrik enerjisi<\/strong>ne<strong> ekstra vergilendirme<\/strong> getirilmeli.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u00fcketiciler, <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong> ile \u00fcretilmi\u015f <strong>elektrik tedari\u011fi<\/strong> yapan tedarik\u00e7ileri ve <strong>yenilenebilir enerji tarifeleri<\/strong>ni tercih etmeleri i\u00e7in te\u015fvik edilmeli ve bilin\u00e7lendirilmeli.<\/p>\n<p>Topluluk \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde bir <strong>mikro \u00fcretim program\u0131<\/strong> ba\u015flatmak i\u00e7in<strong> yerel y\u00f6netimler<\/strong> te\u015fvik edilmeli. \u00d6zellikle \u015fehirlerde <strong>10&#8217;dan fazla<\/strong> daireli binalarda ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in <strong>yerel y\u00f6netimler<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan bu <strong>binalara mikro jenerat\u00f6rlerin kurulmas\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rabilir hatta zorunlu hale getirilebilir.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
