End\u00fcstride kullan\u0131lan elektri\u011fin <strong>%70<\/strong>\u2019i ise elektrik motorlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan harcan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>End\u00fcstriyel enerjinin %30\u2019u pompalar taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcketiliyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>0.75 \u2013 375 kW<\/strong> gibi orta b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki motorlar <strong>%68<\/strong> ile en fazla g\u00fc\u00e7 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan teknolojiler oluyor. Ayr\u0131ca d\u00fcnyada ki toplam enerji t\u00fcketiminin <strong>%20<\/strong>\u2019si, end\u00fcstriyel enerjinin ise ortalama<strong> %30<\/strong>\u2019u pompalar taraf\u0131ndan t\u00fcketiliyor. Do\u011fru bir<strong> sistem tasar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>uygun pompa se\u00e7imi<\/strong> ile t\u00fcketilen enerjinin <strong>%30<\/strong>\u2019undan tasarruf edilebilmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu durum <strong>Amerikan Hidrolik Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong> ve <strong>EUROPUMP<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan da bildirilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6rne\u011fin <strong>kontrol vanalar\u0131<\/strong> yerine istenen <strong>bas\u0131nc\u0131 sa\u011flayan<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fken devirli pompalar kullan\u0131labilir.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pompa sistemlerine \u201cNesnelerin \u0130nterneti\u201d ( IoT ) teknolojisi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pompa teknolojileri<\/strong>nde kullan\u0131lan frekans kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn faydalar\u0131na da vurgu yapan <strong>AKAN, <\/strong>\u201cPompa sistemlerine, \u201c<strong>Nesnelerin \u0130nterneti\u201d ( IoT ) teknolojisi<\/strong>ni sunan frekans kontrol cihazlar\u0131, Mod-Bus veya Bacnet haberle\u015fme protokol\u00fc ile d\u0131\u015f \u00fcnitelere (bina otomasyon sistemi) anl\u0131k eri\u015fim imkan\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, kontrol avantaj\u0131 sunuyor. <strong>Uzaktan eri\u015fim \u00f6zelli\u011fi<\/strong> ile <strong>pompa a\u00e7ma-kapama<\/strong> gibi i\u015flemler kolayl\u0131kla yap\u0131labiliyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda sistemin ihtiyac\u0131 do\u011frultusunda verimli bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131 pompa teknolojileri<\/strong> ile hem sistem<strong> verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> hem de <strong>enerji tasarrufu<\/strong> sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Motorlar, frekans kontrol cihaz\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131nda her zaman yumu\u015fak kalk\u0131\u015f ve duru\u015f yapt\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in direkt yol verme, <strong>y\u0131ld\u0131z-\u00fc\u00e7gen<\/strong> veya<strong> soft starter uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>ndaki gibi \u015falt ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u0131pratan ani ak\u0131m s\u0131\u00e7ramalar\u0131 olu\u015fturmuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Enerjiden %51 tasarruf<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fazladan boyutland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir sistemde h\u0131z\u0131n <strong>%20<\/strong>\u2019sinin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi durumunda enerjiden <strong>%51<\/strong> tasarruf sa\u011flan\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece kontrol edilebilir <strong>ak\u0131ll\u0131 pompa teknolojileri<\/strong>yle sa\u011flanan <strong>sistem verimlili\u011fi<\/strong> ile i\u015fletmelerde ki<strong> enerji giderlerinden tasarruf<\/strong> sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Ar\u0131za hallerinde de ar\u0131zal\u0131 pompan\u0131n devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak<strong>,<\/strong> <strong>yedek pompan\u0131n otomatik<\/strong> olarak devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 ve sistemin herhangi bir aksakl\u0131\u011fa neden olmadan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
