Buna g\u00f6re, <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de faaliyet izin belgesi almayan<\/strong> firma art\u0131k <strong>elektrikli scooter<\/strong> kiralayamayacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130zin belgesi almak<\/strong> i\u00e7in de firmalarda <strong>500 bin TL<\/strong> sermaye, en az <strong>2 bin adet elektrikli scootera<\/strong> sahip olma, <strong>internet sitesi<\/strong> ve <strong>mobil uygulama<\/strong> bulundurma, sunucular\u0131n <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bulunmas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>kalite belgesi gibi \u015fartlar<\/strong> aranacak. Yerlilik oran\u0131 <strong>% 30<\/strong> olan firmalarda ise en az <strong>1000 adet<\/strong> scooter bulundurma \u015fart\u0131 aranacak.
