\u00dccretler 2021<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131nda 2020\u2019de<\/strong> oldu\u011fu gibi T\u00fcrkiye Elektrik \u0130letim A.\u015e.<\/strong>\u2019nin iletim tarifesi<\/strong>nin % 0,5\u00a0<\/em>‘i<\/strong> oran\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurulunun 24\/09\/2020<\/strong> tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda; 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> uygulanacak iletim ek \u00fccretine ili\u015fkin olarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki Karar al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Madde 1 \u2013 a)<\/strong> 4628 say\u0131l\u0131 Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumunun Te\u015fkilat ve G\u00f6revleri Hakk\u0131nda Kanunu\u2019nun 5 inci maddesinin 7 inci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (h) bendi ve 10 uncu<\/strong> maddesinin (A) f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (e) bendi uyar\u0131nca 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> uygulanacak iletim ek \u00fccreti,<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye Elektrik \u0130letim Anonim \u015eirketi<\/strong>nin iletim tarifesinin % 0,5 (binde be\u015fi)<\/strong> olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir,<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

b) \u0130letim ek \u00fccretleri<\/strong>, T\u00fcrkiye Elektrik \u0130letim Anonim \u015eirketi<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan ayl\u0131k<\/strong> olarak hesaplan\u0131r ve takip eden ay\u0131n 25\u2019ine<\/strong> kadar Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu<\/strong> hesab\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Madde 2 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Karar 01.01.2021<\/strong> tarihinden ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere yay\u0131m tarihinde<\/strong> y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
