yurti\u00e7i ve yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 petrol ve do\u011fal gaz \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar\u0131 dahil yerli kaynak pay\u0131n\u0131n, 2018 sonunda y\u00fczde 35&#8217;e y\u00fckseltilmesi hedefleniyor.\u00a02012&#8217;de yakla\u015f\u0131k 39 milyar kilowatt\/saat olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen linyit kaynakl\u0131 elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretiminin ise 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda 60 milyar kilowatt\/saate \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve 10 bin megawattl\u0131k\u00a0ilave hidrolik kapasitenin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131 da program\u0131n hedefleri aras\u0131nda kaynaklar\u0131n elektrik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik potansiyel\u00a0tam olarak tespit edilecek, bu kapsamda jeotermal aramalar\u00a0h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji verimlili\u011finin geli\u015ftirilmesi program\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plan&#8217;da yer alan Enerji Verimlili\u011finin Geli\u015ftirilmesi Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda da se\u00e7ilmi\u015f baz\u0131 sekt\u00f6r ve alanlarda enerji verimlili\u011fini iyile\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi, mevcut baz\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6rnek uygulamalar\u0131n duyurularak kamuoyu bilincinin y\u00fckseltilmesi ve nihayetinde talep taraf\u0131 y\u00f6netimine katk\u0131da bulunulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar kamu binalar\u0131ndaki enerji t\u00fcketiminin, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131 baz al\u0131nmak suretiyle belirlenecek g\u00f6stergeler d\u00fczeyinde ve verimlilik art\u0131\u015f\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 ile y\u00fczde 10 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda, enerji verimlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik idari ve kurumsal kapasite\u00a0geli\u015ftirilecek.\u00a0Enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda istatistik, \u00f6l\u00e7me-de\u011ferlendirme ve izlemeye y\u00f6nelik bir mekanizma olu\u015fturulacak.<\/p>\n<p>Sanayide enerji verimlili\u011fi\u00a0art\u0131r\u0131lacak.\u00a0Sanayide harcanan
