Solar fotovoltaik (FV) sistemlerin maliyeti son y\u0131llarda \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. FV mod\u00fcllerinin piyasa fiyatlar\u0131 son 10 y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k % 90 ve sistem fiyatlar\u0131 % 80 azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r… Seviyelendirilmi\u015f Elektrik Maliyeti (LCOE) kavram\u0131, elektrik fiyatlar\u0131 ve di\u011fer enerji \u00fcretim teknolojilerinin maliyetlerini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu bilgi notunda, LCOE, \u00fcretim maliyeti olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r, yani \u015febekeye ba\u011flant\u0131 noktas\u0131na kadar olan FV enerjinin tedarik edilmesiyle ilgili t\u00fcm maliyetleri i\u00e7erir.<\/h1>\n

FV LCOE, FV sistem<\/strong> sermayesi (CAPEX)<\/strong> ve operasyonel (OPEX) harcamalar\u0131<\/strong> temel al\u0131r ve finansman, proje geli\u015ftirme, \u00fcretim, kurulum, i\u015fletme<\/strong> ve bak\u0131m<\/strong> dahil t\u00fcm de\u011fer zincirinin maliyetlerini<\/strong> ve kar marjlar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7erir. FV sistem<\/strong> CAPEX<\/em> 2 b\u00f6l\u00fcme ayr\u0131labilir: mod\u00fcller ve \"\"sistem dengesi<\/strong>. 10 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcredir mod\u00fcl fiyatlar\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenme e\u011frisini, – k\u00fcresel FV \u00fcretim kapasitesi<\/strong> her 2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, mod\u00fcllerin fiyat\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %25<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtir – \u00e7ok yak\u0131ndan takip etti (son 10 y\u0131lda \u00f6\u011frenme oran\u0131 (LR) % 40<\/strong> olmu\u015ftur).<\/p>\n

Avrupa Fotovoltaik Teknoloji <\/strong>ve \u0130novasyon Platformu<\/strong>‘nun (ETIP FV)<\/strong> temel senaryosuna g\u00f6re, toplam k\u00fcresel FV kapasitesi<\/strong> 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu olan 0.634 TWp<\/strong>‘den 2030’da<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 TWp<\/strong>‘ye ve 2050<\/strong>‘de 20 TWp<\/strong>‘ye y\u00fckselecektir. Bu art\u0131\u015f, % 25 LR<\/strong> ve ortalama %0,4<\/strong>‘l\u00fck y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama verimlilik<\/strong> art\u0131\u015f\u0131, FV LCOE 2020<\/strong>‘den 2030<\/strong>‘a kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k %35<\/strong> ve 2050<\/strong>‘ye kadar yakla\u015f\u0131k % 60<\/strong> azalacakt\u0131r. \u015eekil 1-4, Avrupa 6 farkl\u0131 yerindeki, 4 farkl\u0131 sistem boyutu<\/strong> ve farkl\u0131 nominal A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 Ortalama Sermaye Maliyetleri (WACC)<\/strong> oranlar\u0131 ile FV LCOE<\/strong>‘yi g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n

4’\u00fcnc\u00fc grafikten de<\/strong> anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi 2019’daki<\/strong> ortalama toptan sat\u0131\u015f (spot piyasa) elektrik fiyatlar\u0131<\/strong> ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kamu hizmeti<\/strong> \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde FV, Almanya<\/strong> ve Finlandiya’<\/strong>da %7<\/strong>‘nin \u00fczerinde nominal WACC<\/strong> ve di\u011fer d\u00f6rt \u00fclkede %10<\/strong>‘un \u00fczerinde WACC<\/strong> ile zaten rekabet halindeydi. Malaga<\/strong>‘da,% 7<\/strong> nominal WACC’ye<\/strong> sahip \u015febeke \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011findeki PV LCOE<\/strong> \u015fu anda 22 \u20ac \/ MWh<\/strong>‘dir ve 2030<\/strong>‘da 14 \u20ac \/ MWh<\/strong>‘ye ve 2050<\/strong>‘de 9 \u20ac \/ MWh<\/strong>‘ye d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerinde, enerji sat\u0131n alma anla\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> (PPA’lar) 15 \u20ac<\/strong> \/ MWh<\/strong>‘nin alt\u0131nda imzalanm\u0131\u015f olup, makul bir faiz oran\u0131<\/strong> ger\u00e7ekten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck teknolojik<\/strong> ve \u00e7evresel riski<\/strong> yans\u0131t\u0131yorsa, PV<\/strong>‘nin halihaz\u0131rda en ucuz elektrik formu<\/strong> oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
