Ostrovets, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan<strong> VVER -1200 3+ nesil reakt\u00f6re<\/strong> sahip ilk n\u00fckleer santraldir.\u201d ifadelerini kuland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Rosatom Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc ayr\u0131ca, <strong>daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kapasiteli<\/strong> iki reakt\u00f6re sahip olan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n <strong>ilk y\u00fczen n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrali<\/strong>nin <strong>May\u0131s ay\u0131nda<\/strong> i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na da de\u011findi. Likhachev, \u201cPevek\u2019teki<strong> y\u00fczen NGS<\/strong>, uzak ve ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131 zor olan b\u00f6lgelerde y\u00fczen g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitelerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n benzersiz f\u0131rsatlar yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor. <strong>Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck reakt\u00f6rlerin in\u015faat\u0131<\/strong> gelecekte d\u00fcnya n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstrisinde ba\u015flayacak olan yeni bir d\u00f6neme i\u015faret ediyor. Bu anlamda \u00f6nerim; <strong>IAEA\u2019n\u0131n destekleri<\/strong>yle <strong>daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck n\u00fckleer enerji santralleri<\/strong> ile ilgili var olan uluslararas\u0131 kurallar ve d\u00fczenlemelerin g\u00fcncellenmesidir. Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kapasiteli \u00fcretimin etkileri ilk kez<strong> \u2018\u0130novatif N\u00fckleer Reakt\u00f6rler ve Yak\u0131t D\u00f6ng\u00fcleri (INPRO)\u2019<\/strong> konulu uluslararas\u0131 projede ke\u015ffedildi. Bu y\u0131l bu projenin \u00fczerinden <strong>20 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mi\u015f<\/strong> durumda.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201c\u0130\u015e\u0130M\u0130Z YA\u015eAM STANDARTLARINI GEL\u0130\u015eT\u0130RMEK\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>IAEA<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131n bu y\u0131lki Genel Kurulu\u2019nun <strong>Rus N\u00fckleer End\u00fcstrisi<\/strong>\u2019nin <strong>75\u2019nci y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> denk geldi\u011finin de alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Likhachev, \u201cT\u00fcm bu y\u0131llar boyunca k\u00fcresel sorunlara e\u011filmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. <strong>Rosatom<\/strong>\u2019un misyonu <strong>y\u00fcksek teknolojileri insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n<\/strong> hizmetine sunmakt\u0131r. Di\u011fer \u00fclkelere <strong>ileri teknoloji geli\u015ftirmeleri<\/strong> ve <strong>n\u00fckleer altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturmalar\u0131<\/strong> konusunda yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Likhachev<\/strong>,<strong> Rusya\u2019da<\/strong> kapsaml\u0131 bir <strong>n\u00fckleer bilim<\/strong> ve <strong>teknoloji geli\u015ftirme program\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n tasarland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da belirtti.
