TVF, b\u00fcnyesindeki \u015firketlerden <strong>lisans, kar ve kira geliri<\/strong> elde ederek kendini finanse edebilen bir yap\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin vizyoner projelerine sermaye deste\u011fi sa\u011flamak<\/strong> ve <strong>gelecek nesillere ekonomisi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00fclke<\/strong> b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> kurulan <strong>TVF<\/strong>, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde <strong>8<\/strong> farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rden<strong> 20<\/strong> \u015firket, <strong>2 lisans<\/strong> ve <strong>ta\u015f\u0131nmazlardan<\/strong> olu\u015fan <strong>varl\u0131k portf\u00f6y\u00fcne<\/strong> sahiptir.<\/p>\n<h2>Yurt \u0130\u00e7indeki Stratejik Yat\u0131r\u0131mlara Sermaye Sa\u011flamak<\/h2>\n<p>TVF\u2019nin a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu <strong>Stratejik Ama\u00e7lar<\/strong>dan biri de, <strong>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti<\/strong>\u2019nin <strong>2023<\/strong> ve <strong>di\u011fer uzun vadeli hedefleri<\/strong> do\u011frultusunda <strong>cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltacak<\/strong> ve <strong>tasarruf baz\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131racak<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na <strong>sermaye deste\u011fi sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fanan<strong> ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme<\/strong> ve <strong>n\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131<\/strong> nedeniyle <strong>enerji ve do\u011fal kaynaklara<\/strong> olan talep giderek artmaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkenin artan ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in, mevcut kapasitenin<strong> 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar<\/strong> \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan devreye al\u0131nacak di\u011fer yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla birlikte <strong>110 GW<\/strong> seviyelerine ula\u015fmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Son <strong>20 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde<\/strong> <em>enerji \u00fcretimi, iletimi ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131<\/em> varl\u0131klar\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>100 milyar ABD dolar\u0131<\/strong> tutar\u0131nda yeni <strong>kamu <\/strong>ve <strong>\u00f6zel yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>Elektrik \u00fcretim varl\u0131klar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmesi ve daha fazla <strong>\u00f6zel yat\u0131r\u0131m<\/strong> yolunu a\u00e7ma stratejisi, \u00f6zel kurulu\u015flar\u0131n<strong> elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong>ndeki pay\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%85 seviyelerine<\/strong> ula\u015fmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>Yerli ve Yenilenebilir Enerji Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>% 73<\/strong>\u2019\u00fc i\u00e7in ithalata ba\u011fl\u0131 olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>enerji ithalat\u0131 faturas\u0131<\/strong> cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu sebeple <strong>ithalat ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, yerel<\/strong> ve <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 devreye almak i\u00e7in<strong> yeni politikalar\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>yat\u0131r\u0131m modellerinin<\/strong> olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131n ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131ndaki ana itici g\u00fc\u00e7 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<h2>Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye <strong>enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda<\/strong> da \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda kabul edilen <strong>Ulusal Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Eylem Plan\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;na g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye, <strong>2033 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar toplamda <strong>30,2 milyar ABD dolar\u0131<\/strong> tasarruf elde etmeyi hedeflemektedir.
