Birinci Ba\u015f Departman, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 hala \u00f6rnek olarak g\u00f6sterilen efsanevi Orta Makine Yap\u0131m\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n 1953&#8217;te kurulmas\u0131 ad\u0131na bir temel olu\u015fturdu. End\u00fcstriyel n\u00fckleer enerji santrali in\u015fa eden ve n\u00fckleer buzk\u0131ran filosu kuran ilk biz olduk. Enerji santralleri, gemi ve u\u00e7aklar i\u00e7in n\u00fckleer enerji \u00fcniteleri kurma fikri ilk kez Nisan 1947&#8217;de ortaya at\u0131ld\u0131. 1954\u2019te Obninsk \u015fehrinde ilk n\u00fckleer enerji santrali devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. N\u00fckleer enerjinin bar\u0131\u015f\u00e7\u0131l kullan\u0131m\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131ca geli\u015fti. Obninsk \u015fehrinden 10 y\u0131l sonra, 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda, <strong>Novovoronej NGS<\/strong>\u2019de ilk <strong>bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 su reakt\u00f6r\u00fc (VVER)<\/strong> devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki standartlara g\u00f6re reakt\u00f6r fazla b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fildi (sadece 210 MW), ama n\u00fckleer enerji i\u00e7in \u00f6nemi \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fc. <strong>VVER teknolojisi<\/strong> farkl\u0131 kapasitelere sahip reakt\u00f6rlerden olu\u015fan alt\u0131 model g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin geli\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flad\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda, \u015fuanda Rosatom&#8217;un en \u00f6nemli ihracat \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada tan\u0131nan en yeni <strong>3+ nesil reakt\u00f6r\u00fc VVER-1200<\/strong> de bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>YERL\u0130 N\u00dcKLEER TEKNOLOJ\u0130LER DI\u015e PAZARA \u00c7IKTI<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1973 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kazakistan&#8217;da d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ilk h\u0131zl\u0131 n\u00f6tron enerji reakt\u00f6r\u00fc BN-350 devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. 1974 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise Leningrad N\u00fckleer Enerji Santralinde <strong>y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kanal tipi reakt\u00f6r (RBMK)<\/strong> devreye al\u0131nd\u0131. 1980&#8217;lerin ortalar\u0131nda, Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019ne ait n\u00fckleer santrallerin toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc <strong>37 GW&#8217;l\u0131k<\/strong> rekor d\u00fczeye ula\u015ft\u0131. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, <strong>yerli n\u00fckleer teknolojilerini<\/strong> d\u0131\u015f pazara sokma \u00e7abalar\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. SSCB geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi teknolojileri dost ve ortak \u00fclkelerle c\u00f6mert\u00e7e payla\u015ft\u0131. 1971 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>Novovoronej NGS\u2019<\/strong>de <strong>VVER-440 tipi reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn<\/strong> ana g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan, Macaristan&#8217;daki <strong>Paks NGS<\/strong>\u2019de ayn\u0131 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn in\u015fas\u0131na kadar <strong>3 y\u0131ldan az<\/strong> bir s\u00fcre ge\u00e7ti. <strong>Sovyetler Birli\u011fi d\u00f6neminde, \u00c7ekoslovakya, Macaristan, Bulgaristan, Do\u011fu Almanya ve Finlandiya olmak<\/strong> \u00fczere yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda toplamda<strong> 31 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi<\/strong> in\u015fa edildi. \u0130lk Sovyet n\u00fckleer denizalt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 meydana getirme deneyimi, n\u00fckleer buz k\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n yap\u0131m\u0131nda yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu. Navigasyonu geni\u015flettiler ve Kuzey Denizi Rotas\u0131 boyunca<strong> ta\u015f\u0131nan kargo hacmini<\/strong> art\u0131rd\u0131lar. Bu, <strong>Kuzey Kutbu&#8217;nun geli\u015fiminde<\/strong> yeni bir a\u015fama kaydetmesini sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cG\u00dcVENL\u0130K MUTLAK B\u0130R \u00d6NCEL\u0130K\u201d <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00dcz\u00fcc\u00fc sayfalar\u0131m\u0131z da oldu elbet. Kazan\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla<strong> santralde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan<\/strong> en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede dayanakl\u0131 bir in\u015faat taban\u0131 olu\u015fturuldu ve devam eden g\u00fcnlerde <strong>10 bin metrek\u00fcp<\/strong> beton d\u00f6\u015fendi. Patlama sonucu <strong>y\u0131k\u0131lan blo\u011fun<\/strong> \u00fczerinde <strong>7 ay<\/strong> gibi rekor bir s\u00fcrede koruyucu lahit in\u015fa edildi. \u00c7ernobil kazas\u0131n\u0131n verdi\u011fi en \u00f6nemli ders, <strong>g\u00fcvenli\u011fin n\u00fckleer enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131nda mutlak bir \u00f6ncelik<\/strong> oldu\u011funun idrak edilmesidir. Bizler bu dersi iyice anlad\u0131k. Sonraki 20 y\u0131l boyunca bilim adamlar\u0131m\u0131z, tasar\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z ve m\u00fchendislerimiz <strong>insan fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rakan g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerini<\/strong> geli\u015ftirdi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, aktif ve pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerinin e\u015fsiz bir kombinasyonuna sahip Rus yap\u0131m\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniteleri, <strong>12<\/strong> \u00fclkede <strong>36<\/strong> adet g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesinin in\u015faat\u0131 konusunda imzalanan anla\u015fma paketinin de g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi gibi, d\u00fcnyada en \u00e7ok ra\u011fbet g\u00f6ren g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniteleridir. <strong>90&#8217;l\u0131<\/strong> y\u0131llarda, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve profesyonellik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir kez daha s\u0131nand\u0131. Ancak t\u00fcm zorluklara ra\u011fmen sekt\u00f6r ayakta kalmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131. O y\u0131llarda, Slovakya&#8217;daki <strong>Mochovce NGS<\/strong>&#8216;nin g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcniteleri faaliyete ge\u00e7irildi, <strong>Rostov NGS<\/strong>&#8216;nin birinci g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi ve <strong>\u00c7in<\/strong>&#8216;deki <strong>Tianwan NGS projesi<\/strong>nin birinci etab\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamland\u0131. Bizler <strong>n\u00fckleer end\u00fcstrinin e\u015fsiz bilimsel, teknolojik ve insani potansiyelini<\/strong> korumay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131k.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201c2007 YEN\u0130DEN DO\u011eU\u015e YILIMIZ OLDU\u201d <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rusya Federasyonu Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131<\/strong>\u2019n\u0131n 2007&#8217;de <strong>n\u00fckleer kaynaklar\u0131n y\u00f6netilmesi<\/strong> amac\u0131yla bir devlet \u015firketi kurma y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki tarihi karar\u0131yla sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn geli\u015fmesine g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ivme kazand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Likhachev, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n <strong>n\u00fckleer enerjideki \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f tarihinin<\/strong> bu kararla ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Likhachev, \u201cYeniden do\u011fu\u015f d\u00f6nemimiz o andan itibaren ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu. <strong>90&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llara<\/strong> da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f i\u015fletmeler tekrar bir araya getirildi ve bunun sayesinde teknoloji zincirinin t\u00fcm halkalar\u0131 ortak bir y\u00f6netim sistemi ve stratejik hedeflerle beraber yeniden toparlanabildi. Daha sonra \u2018m\u00fchendislik\u2019 ve \u2018makine yap\u0131m\u0131\u2019 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri de olu\u015fturuldu. <strong>2007 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana<\/strong> Rusya&#8217;da ve Rusya d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 16 adet yeni n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesi in\u015fa ettik. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda <strong>Leningrad ve Novovoronej n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralleri<\/strong>ndeki en yeni +3 nesil \u00fcniteler ve gelece\u011fin teknolojisi olarak de\u011ferlendirilen kapal\u0131 yak\u0131t d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 n\u00f6tron reakt\u00f6r\u00fc<strong> BN-800<\/strong> de var. Filo \u015fu anda yenileniyor. Yeni serinin \u00f6nc\u00fc buzk\u0131ran gemisi Arktika bu sene devreye al\u0131nacak. Ayn\u0131 zamanda <strong>Sibirya, Ural<\/strong> ve <strong>Yakutia<\/strong> adl\u0131 buzk\u0131ranlar\u0131n da yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerdeki uranyum projelerine kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geni\u015fleterek uranyum madencili\u011fini \u00e7e\u015fitlendirdik. \u015eu anda y\u0131lda en az 8 bin ton uranyum \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz. \u00c7in, Hindistan, Fransa, Macaristan, Finlandiya gibi uzun s\u00fcreli ortaklarla i\u015fbirli\u011fimizi geli\u015ftirerek <strong>T\u00fcrkiye, Banglade\u015f, Beyaz Rusya, \u00d6zbekistan, M\u0131s\u0131r<\/strong> gibi yeni ortaklar kazand\u0131k. 2000&#8217;li y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda k\u0131smen kaybedilen Do\u011fu Avrupa&#8217;daki santrallere y\u00f6nelik n\u00fckleer yak\u0131t tedarik pazar\u0131n\u0131 geri kazand\u0131k. Bug\u00fcn Rusya ve <strong>15 \u00fclkede<\/strong> bulunana<strong> 75 g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcnitesine<\/strong> yak\u0131t sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz ki bu, d\u00fcnyadaki alt\u0131 reakt\u00f6rden biri anlam\u0131na geliyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Likhachev, <strong>SSCB d\u00f6neminde<\/strong> n\u00fckleer enerji alan\u0131nda <strong>19 \u00fclke<\/strong> ile y\u00fcksek teknoloji i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bug\u00fcn ise bu say\u0131n\u0131n <strong>50\u2019yi a\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n<\/strong>\u0131 da belirtti. \u201cYeni alanlar \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.\u201d diyen Rosatom Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc, \u201cAd\u0131ge Cumhuriyeti&#8217;nde r\u00fczgar enerji santralini kurduk, <strong>\u2018Ak\u0131ll\u0131 \u015eehir\u2019 yaz\u0131l\u0131m program\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 uygulamaya koyuyoruz, katmanl\u0131 teknolojiler \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz ve <strong>enerji depolama cihazlar\u0131<\/strong> \u00fcretiyoruz. <strong>Dijital \u00fcr\u00fcnler, kompozit ve polimer malzemeler, n\u00fckleer t\u0131pta<\/strong> etkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. N\u00fckleer bilim ve teknolojinin geli\u015fmesi ad\u0131na kapsaml\u0131 bir program geli\u015ftirdik.
