Analizde b\u00f6lgede faaliyet g\u00f6steren <strong>ziraat odalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n konuyla ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 da dikkate al\u0131n\u0131rken, <strong>tarla e\u011fimi<\/strong> ve <strong>hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> gibi b\u00f6lge \u015fehirleri aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6stermeyen de\u011fi\u015fkenler ise model d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Dicle Elektrik\u2019in <strong>100 d\u00f6n\u00fcm arazi<\/strong>yi veri kabul ederek, bir<strong> hasat mevsimi<\/strong> i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 maliyet analizine g\u00f6re, <strong>Mardin<\/strong>\u2019de <strong>pamuk<\/strong> veya ve<strong> m\u0131s\u0131r tar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan sulamada, <strong>y\u00fczey sulama y\u00f6ntemi<\/strong> kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k<em> elektrik t\u00fcketimi<\/em> <strong>217 bin kWh (kilovatsaat)<\/strong> olurken, ayn\u0131 miktardaki arazinin sulamas\u0131nda damla tekni\u011fi kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda enerji t\u00fcketimi <strong>% 44<\/strong> azalarak <strong>121 bin kWh<\/strong>\u2019ye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. <strong>Y\u00fczey sulama<\/strong>da \u00e7ift\u00e7inin <strong>enerji faturas\u0131<\/strong> devletin <strong>% 45<\/strong> oran\u0131ndaki deste\u011fiyle birlikte hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>94 bin lira<\/strong> olurken, <strong>damla sulamada<\/strong> bu fatura <strong>% 44<\/strong> azalarak yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>53 bin liraya<\/strong> geriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eanl\u0131urfa \u00f6rne\u011finde de yine <strong>100 d\u00f6n\u00fcm arazi<\/strong> ve bir hasat mevsimi veri kabul edilerek hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>pamuk<\/strong> veya <strong>m\u0131s\u0131r tar\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in y\u00fczey sulama yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>195 bin kWh<\/strong> elektrik harcan\u0131rken, <strong>damla sulama tercih edildi\u011finde<\/strong> enerji t\u00fcketimi yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 44<\/strong> azalarak <strong>109 bin kWh\u2019ye<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Y\u00fczey sulamada \u00e7ift\u00e7inin <strong>elektrik faturas\u0131 devlet deste\u011fi<\/strong>yle birlikte hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>85 bin lira<\/strong> olurken, damla sulamada bu rakam yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>48 bin liraya<\/strong> geriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki ildeki <strong>maliyet fark\u0131<\/strong> sulama i\u00e7in kaz\u0131lan <strong>kuyular\u0131n derinli\u011finden<\/strong> kaynaklan\u0131yor. \u00d6rne\u011fin Mardin\u2019de ortalama <strong>500<\/strong>, \u015eanl\u0131urfa\u2019da ise <strong>350<\/strong> <strong>metreden<\/strong> su \u00e7ekiliyor. Model analizin sonucuna g\u00f6re, tar\u0131msal sulamada damla y\u00f6nteminin uygulanmas\u0131 Mardinli \u00e7ift\u00e7iye <strong>100 d\u00f6n\u00fcmde<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>42 bin lira<\/strong>, <strong>\u015eanl\u0131urfal\u0131<\/strong> \u00e7ift\u00e7iye ise <strong>yakla\u015f\u0131k 37 bin<\/strong> lira tasarruf sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cSULAMA VER\u0130M\u0130 \u0130\u00c7\u0130N DAMLA SULAMA \u00d6NER\u0130YORUZ\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Analiz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendiren <strong><em>Dicle Elektrik Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m A.\u015e.<\/em> <\/strong>Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc <strong>Ya\u015far Arvas<\/strong>, tar\u0131msal sulama abonelerinin girdi maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmelerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak istediklerini belirterek, \u201cBunu bir <strong>hizmet<\/strong> ve<strong> sosyal sorumluluk<\/strong> olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z <strong>saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar<\/strong> sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan tablodan hareketle, \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerimizin <strong>sulama verimini y\u00fckseltmek<\/strong> ve <strong>enerji maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek<\/strong> i\u00e7in y\u00fczey sulama yerine <strong>damla sulama y\u00f6ntemini kullanmalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6lgenin<strong> s\u0131cak<\/strong> ve<strong> kurak<\/strong> yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck zorlukla y\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan suyun <strong>h\u0131zl\u0131ca buharla\u015fmas\u0131na<\/strong> ve <strong>sulama veriminin d\u00fc\u015fmesine<\/strong> neden oldu\u011funu belirten Arvas, s\u00f6zlerine <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span> \u201cDamla sulamada, bitkinin k\u00f6kleri do\u011frudan suya kavu\u015ftu\u011fu i\u00e7in buharla\u015fmadan minimum oranda etkileniyor ve olabildi\u011fince fazla miktarda su bitki ve toprakla bulu\u015fuyor. Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m b\u00f6lgemizdeki tar\u0131msal faaliyetlerin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan <strong>pamuk<\/strong> ve <strong>m\u0131s\u0131r\u0131n<\/strong> su ihtiyac\u0131 <strong>di\u011fer tar\u0131msal \u00fcr\u00fcnlere g\u00f6re<\/strong> \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek. <strong>Suya eri\u015fmek i\u00e7in<\/strong> kullan\u0131lan kuyular\u0131n derinli\u011fi <strong>\u015eanl\u0131urfa\u2019d<\/strong>a ortalama <strong>350 metre<\/strong> iken, Mardin\u2019de ortalama <strong>500 metre<\/strong>. Bu durum hem <strong>kuyu a\u00e7ma maliyeti<\/strong>ni hem de <strong>suyu y\u00fczeye \u00e7\u0131karmak<\/strong> i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan <strong>elektrik maliyetini<\/strong> ciddi oranda art\u0131r\u0131yor.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u201cB\u00d6LGEDE Y\u00dcZEY SULAMALAR A\u011eIRLIKTA\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan b\u00f6lgede kuyu sular\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda <strong>Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;ndan temin edilen sularla yap\u0131lan <strong>tar\u0131msal sulamalarda<\/strong> \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin <strong>su \u00fccretlendirmeleri<\/strong>, kulland\u0131klar\u0131 suyun miktar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fil, sulanan arazinin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6re yap\u0131l\u0131yor. <strong>Harran \u00dcniversitesi<\/strong> Ziraat Fak\u00fcltesi Tar\u0131msal Yap\u0131lar ve Sulama B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Do\u00e7. Dr. Ali Fuat Tar\u0131<\/strong>\u2019ya g\u00f6re bu fakt\u00f6r, y\u00fczey sulaman\u0131n yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedenini olu\u015fturuyor. <strong>Dicle Elektrik<\/strong>\u2019in g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu Tar\u0131, konuya ili\u015fkin <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7ift\u00e7i ne kadar su kullan\u0131rsa kullans\u0131n birim alan i\u00e7in <strong>\u00f6deyece\u011fi \u00fccret<\/strong> de\u011fi\u015fmiyor. Bu durum, \u00fcreticilerin daha \u00e7ok<strong> su tasarrufu sa\u011flayan<\/strong> modern sulama y\u00f6ntemlerine y\u00f6nelmelerinde engel olu\u015fturuyor.\u00a0B\u00f6lgede daha \u00e7ok <strong>y\u00fczey sulama y\u00f6ntemleri<\/strong> a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kta. <strong>Ya\u011fmurlama<\/strong> ve<strong> damlama<\/strong> gibi verimli y\u00f6ntemler ise daha az tercih ediliyor.\u00a0\u00d6rne\u011fin <strong>\u015eanl\u0131urfa\u2019da<\/strong> yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>% 80<\/strong> y\u00fczey sulama, <strong>% 20<\/strong> <strong>damla sulama y\u00f6ntemi<\/strong>, Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da <strong>% 60-65<\/strong> y\u00fczey sulama, <strong>% 35-40<\/strong> damla tekni\u011fi kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.
