Bunu yapan baz\u0131 \u015firketler var ancak Rusya ve Ortado\u011fu\u2019daki \u015firketlerin \u00e7o\u011fu yapm\u0131yor.<br \/>\nBaz\u0131 \u00fclkelerin fosil kaynaklara s\u00fcbvansiyonu yenilenebilir enerjiye darbe indiriyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar bunun kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz.<br \/>\nFatih Birol\u2019un son olarak bir de uyar\u0131s\u0131 var. \u201cEnerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi bu sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de etkileyecek. Zira artan hava s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 giderek daha gazla ani ve do\u011fal felaketlere yol a\u00e7acak.
