Salg\u0131n\u0131n bir di\u011fer yay\u0131lma \u015fekli ise <strong>enfekte olan<\/strong> bir ki\u015finin <strong>hap\u015f\u0131r\u0131k ve \u00f6ks\u00fcrmesi<\/strong> yoluyla, <strong>sosyal mesafe<\/strong>den (2-3 metre) daha yak\u0131nda olan ba\u015fka bir ki\u015fiye <strong>enfeksiyonu bula\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>s\u0131. <strong>3&#8217;\u00fcnc\u00fc<\/strong> yay\u0131lma \u015fekli ise <strong>vir\u00fcs\u00fcn<\/strong>, havada saatlerce <strong>as\u0131l\u0131 kalarak<\/strong> ve daha sonra <strong>havayla ta\u015f\u0131narak<\/strong> uzak mesafeden bula\u015fabilme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131. <strong>DS\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda <strong>Covid-19<\/strong>\u2019la ilgili b\u00f6yle bir <strong>bulguya rastland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmiyor<\/strong> ama reddedilmiyor da. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu durum <strong>hastaneler, oteller, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezleri, okullar, i\u015f merkezleri ve b\u00fcy\u00fck ofisler<\/strong> gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck hacimli olan ve kalabal\u0131klar\u0131n girdi\u011fi alanlar\u0131n <strong>iklimlendirme sistemlerinin dizayn\u0131<\/strong>nda ve uygulamas\u0131nda yeni \u00f6nceliklerimizin olmas\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>%100 Taze Hava Giri\u015fi En \u00d6nemli Konu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Burada en kritik konulardan birisi <strong>%100 taze hava giri\u015fi<\/strong>nin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gibi duruyor. Bunun sa\u011flanabilmesi i\u00e7in de b\u00fcy\u00fck <strong>klima santrallerinin %100 taze hava ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> gerekiyor. Yani do\u011frudan d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan al\u0131nan<strong> temiz havan\u0131n<\/strong> \u015fartland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra <strong>ortama g\u00f6nderilmesi<\/strong> \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.\u00a0<strong>% 100\u00a0<\/strong>taze haval\u0131 iklimlendirme sayesinde <strong>havada as\u0131l\u0131 kalan vir\u00fcs partik\u00fcllerin<\/strong> emilerek d\u0131\u015far\u0131 at\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. D\u0131\u015far\u0131dan <strong>al\u0131nan<\/strong> ve<strong> filtreden ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f<\/strong> havayla bula\u015f riskini azaltm\u0131\u015f oluyoruz. Bu arada <strong>% 100 taze havan\u0131n<\/strong> \u015fartland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda <strong>enerji t\u00fcketimi<\/strong>nin artaca\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fini g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edemeyiz.<\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli konu ise bu sistemlerde kullan\u0131lan <strong>geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f havas\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> da <strong>devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> laz\u0131m, aksi takdirde <strong>vir\u00fcsl\u00fc partik\u00fcllerin<\/strong> i\u00e7eriye ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olabilir. Ancak bu durumun sistemin <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma kapasitesini<\/strong> azaltaca\u011f\u0131 da bir ger\u00e7eklik olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde duruyor. Bu her hal\u00fckarda kabul edilmesi gereken bir durum, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan hayat\u0131, konfordan \u00e7ok daha \u00f6nemlidir. Bir de \u015fu noktaya de\u011finmek laz\u0131m <strong>%100<\/strong> taze hava dedi\u011finiz zaman i\u00e7 ortamdaki t\u00fcm havay\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131 at\u0131yorsunuz. Yani i\u00e7eride <strong>vir\u00fcsl\u00fc oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz<\/strong> havay\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131 atm\u0131\u015f oluyorsunuz. Bu durumun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015f havan\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131na<strong> hepa filtreler<\/strong> ve<strong> UV lambalar<\/strong> kullanarak bu etkiyi azaltabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar yapt\u0131klar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda as\u0131l hedefin ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen<strong> taze havan\u0131n miktar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> belli seviyenin \u00fczerinde tutmak oldu\u011funu belirtiyorlar. <strong>Pandemi s\u00fcreci<\/strong> boyunca binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kullan\u0131rken i\u00e7erideki<strong> insan yo\u011funlu\u011funu<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutmak \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck kapal\u0131 mahallerde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir alanda<strong> insan yo\u011funla\u015fmas\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131nma<\/strong>k gerekiyor.<strong> Sosyal mesafenin \u00f6nem<\/strong>i burada bir kez daha ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130klimlendirme Sisteminin Kendisi Kadar Operasyon S\u00fcreci de \u00d6nemli<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Merkezi sistem klimalar\u0131n<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma periyodlar\u0131 da olduk\u00e7a hassas bir konu. Klima Santrallerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 mahal a\u00e7\u0131lmadan <strong>en az 2 saat<\/strong> \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131 ve mahal kapand\u0131ktan sonra da en az 2 saat daha \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neriyoruz. M\u00fcmk\u00fcnse <strong>gece boyunca d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck devirde<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n <strong>ciddi fayda sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131<\/strong> y\u00f6n\u00fcnde fikir birli\u011fi var. <strong>Gece boyunca<\/strong> veya sabaha kar\u015f\u0131 <strong>d\u0131\u015f havan\u0131n so\u011fuklu\u011fu<\/strong> burada olumlu etken olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. B\u00f6ylelikle <strong>AVM<\/strong> gibi kapal\u0131 alanlarda <strong>klima sistemi devreye sokulmadan<\/strong> bir s\u00fcreli\u011fine de olsa ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontrol alt\u0131nda tutulabilir. Bununla birlikte <strong>y\u00fcksek hava h\u0131zlar\u0131<\/strong> <strong>enfeksiyon yay\u0131lma riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> i\u00e7in klima sistemleri olabildi\u011fince <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck hava debilerinde<\/strong> \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. Bunlar <strong>Merkezi Sistemlerin<\/strong> i\u015fletim safhas\u0131ndaki \u00f6nemli konular.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VRV, split<\/strong> veya <strong>multi sistemlerin<\/strong> i\u00e7erdeki <strong>havay\u0131 sirk\u00fcle etmesi<\/strong> \u00f6zelli\u011finden dolay\u0131 -biraz tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olsa da- \u00e7ok ciddi risk ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131na ihtimal vermiyorum. Herkesin birbirini tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve<strong> enfekte olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> az \u00e7ok bildi\u011fi ortamlarda <strong>ciddi risk te\u015fkil etmeyece\u011fini<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Ancak yine de bekleyip g\u00f6rmek gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yorum. <strong>VRV sistemleri<\/strong>nin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde de e\u011fer m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse <strong>pencerelerin s\u0131k\u00e7a a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>d\u0131\u015f havan\u0131n i\u00e7eriye sirk\u00fcle edilmesi<\/strong> gerekebilir. Ancak biz <strong>Merkezi Sistemlerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> yerlerde de <strong>ayn\u0131 uygulaman\u0131n \u00e7ok faydal\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>En hayati konulardan bir tanesi de <strong>cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong> ve <strong>filtre de\u011fi\u015fimlerinin<\/strong> zaman\u0131nda ve d\u00fczenli bir bi\u00e7imde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fidir. <strong>Bak\u0131m i\u015flemi<\/strong>nde g\u00f6rev alan teknisyenin ileri derecede koruma sa\u011flayan<strong> maske tak\u0131yor<\/strong> olmas\u0131na dikkat edilmeli. Talep edildi\u011finde rahatl\u0131kla \u00fcrettirilen <strong>\u00fcr\u00fcnlerde uygulanabilen<\/strong> opsiyonlar.
