Yeni metodolojinin \u00f6zellikle yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m olanaklar\u0131 ve istihdam\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde kurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/h1>\n<p>EPDK\u2019n\u0131n yeni d\u00fczenlemesi ile santrallerin bulundu\u011fu sahalarda yap\u0131lacak <strong>yenilenebilir enerji tesisleri<\/strong> ile yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m ve istihdam olanaklar\u0131\u00a0 art\u0131r\u0131lacak. Ayr\u0131ca <strong>k\u00f6m\u00fcr<\/strong> ve <strong>do\u011falgaz<\/strong> gibi <strong>konvansiyonel enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>na dayal\u0131 santral sahalar\u0131nda da <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f<\/strong> veya<strong> biyok\u00fctle<\/strong> gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n birlikte kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na imkan sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni metodoloji \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde <strong>elektrik santral sahalar\u0131<\/strong>, <strong>enerji kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve <strong>teknoloji<\/strong> tipine g\u00f6re belirlenecek, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131ndan fazla alan\u0131n kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecek. At\u0131l kalan &#8211;<strong>y\u00fczlerce d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck<\/strong> &#8211; alanlar <strong>elektrik \u00fcretimi<\/strong>nin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelecek.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczenlemeyle, <strong>\u00f6nlisans ve \u00fcretim lisanslar\u0131<\/strong>na der\u00e7 edilecek santral sahalar\u0131<strong> r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f, hidroelektrik, termik, biyok\u00fctle, jeotermal, n\u00fckleer enerji<\/strong> kaynaklar\u0131 ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilebilecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurulacak tesisin arazisi<\/strong>nin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc <em>kaynak ve teknoloji tipine g\u00f6re<\/em> de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterecek. <strong>EPDK<\/strong>, belirledi\u011fi kriterlere g\u00f6re yapaca\u011f\u0131 incelemenin ard\u0131ndan, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n sahas\u0131n\u0131n metodolojiye uygun hale\u00a0 getirilmesini sa\u011flayacak. B\u00f6ylece, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131ndan fazla alan\u0131n kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n, sat\u0131n <strong>alma<\/strong> veya <strong>kiralama yoluyla<\/strong> m\u00fclkiyet ya da kullan\u0131m hakk\u0131 elde edilmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecek. Ayr\u0131ca tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan <strong>ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ihtilaflar da<\/strong> ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n<p>EPDK s\u00f6z konusu d\u00fczenlemeyle santral sahalar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesinde bir <strong>kontrol mekanizmas\u0131<\/strong> olu\u015fturacak. B\u00f6ylece ihtiyaca g\u00f6re<strong> belirlenecek sahalarda<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n <strong>fazla maliyete katlanmas\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n da \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Konuyu de\u011ferlendiren EPDK Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Mustafa Y\u0131lmaz<\/strong> d\u00fczenlemenin <strong>at\u0131l alanlar\u0131n ekonomiye kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti. Y\u0131lmaz kurulacak yeni tesislerin, <strong>yeni i\u015f ve istihdam olanaklar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 da beraberinde getirece\u011fini vurgulayarak: &#8220;Bu d\u00fczenleme ile \u00fclkemizin <strong>yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong>ndan daha fazla\u00a0 yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yoruz. <strong>Mevcut tesislere ilave yat\u0131r\u0131m imkan\u0131<\/strong> ile yat\u0131r\u0131m ortam\u0131na h\u0131z veriyoruz.
