Bu hak, toplu olarak kullan\u0131labildi\u011fi gibi, maksimum <strong>4 blok halinde<\/strong> de planlanabiliyor. B\u00f6l\u00fcnme durumunda her blokta minimum <strong>2 hafta izin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> gerekiyor. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z, i\u015fe d\u00f6nd\u00fckleri tarihten sonraki ilk 6 ayda haftada 4 g\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p tam \u00fccretini alabiliyorlar. <strong>Global Ebeveyn \u0130zninden<\/strong> \u015fu ana kadar \u015firketimiz b\u00fcnyesinde <strong>25 baba<\/strong> faydaland\u0131. \u00c7o\u011funlu\u011fu, izni b\u00f6lerek kullanmay\u0131 tercih etti. \u0130zin kullan\u0131m\u0131nda sunulan esneklik, babalar i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131. Y\u0131l sonuna kadar <strong>100\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n<\/strong> baban\u0131n bu izinden faydalanmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyoruz. Bu vesileyle, t\u00fcm babalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n <strong>Babalar G\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong>n\u00fc kutluyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>24 \u00fclkede uygulanacak<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Vodafone Grubu, Nisan 2020<\/strong> itibar\u0131yla devreye al\u0131nan <strong>yeni ebeveyn izni uygulamas\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131, <strong>Mart 2021 sonu itibar\u0131yla Afrika, Ortado\u011fu, Avrupa ve ABD\u2019yi kapsayan 24 Vodafone \u00fclkesinde<\/strong>, cinsiyet, cinsel y\u00f6nelim ya da hizmet s\u00fcresi fark etmeksizin, do\u011fum yapmam\u0131\u015f t\u00fcm ebeveynlere sunacak. Vodafone Grubu\u2019nun yeni uygulamas\u0131, ilk kez Vodafone T\u00fcrkiye taraf\u0131ndan hayata ge\u00e7irildi.
