Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Enerji Y\u00f6neticisinin G\u00f6revleri Nelerdir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Enerji Y\u00f6neticisinin<\/strong>\u00a0genel olarak g\u00f6revleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0yer almaktad\u0131r:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1- Yakma sistemlerinde yanma kontrol\u00fc ve optimizasyonu ile yak\u0131tlar\u0131n dikkat edilerek se\u00e7ilmesi,<\/p>\n<p>11- \u0130stenmeyen \u0131s\u0131 kay\u0131plar\u0131 veya \u0131s\u0131 kazan\u00e7lar\u0131 en alt d\u00fczeyde olacak \u015fekilde projelendirilmesi ve uygulaman\u0131n projeye uygun olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>12- \u0130n\u015faat ve montaj a\u015famas\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011fi ile ilgili \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n temin ve monte edilmesi,<\/p>\n<p>13- Yenilenebilir enerji, \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 ve\u00a0kojenerasyon\u00a0uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n analiz edilmesi,<\/p>\n<p>14- Ayd\u0131nlatmada y\u00fcksek verimli armat\u00fcr ve lambalar\u0131n, elektronik balastlar\u0131n, ayd\u0131nlatma kontrol sistemlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha fazla yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>15- Enerji t\u00fcketen veya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren ekipmanlar i\u00e7in ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanan asgari verimlilik kriterlerinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p>16- Camlama da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yay\u0131n\u0131ml\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 kontrol kaplamal\u0131 \u00e7ift cam zorunludur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; End\u00fcstriyel \u0130\u015fletmelerde;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Y\u0131ll\u0131k enerji t\u00fcketimi 1.000 <strong>Ton E\u015fde\u011fer Petrol (TEP)<\/strong> ve \u00fczeri olan i\u015fletmeler (1 TEP =10.000.000 kCal))<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<strong>OSB b\u00f6lgeleri<\/strong>nde en az<strong> 50 i\u015fletme<\/strong> bulunan <strong>1.000\u00a0TEP<\/strong>\u2019ten\u00a0daha az enerji t\u00fcketimi bulunan end\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelere hizmet vermek \u00fczere enerji y\u00f6netim birimi kurulur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Kamu alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan End\u00fcstriyel \u0130\u015fletmeler;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;Y\u0131ll\u0131k toplam enerji t\u00fcketimleri<strong>\u00a050.000\u00a0TEP<\/strong> ve \u00fczeri olan <strong>i\u015fletmelerde enerji y\u00f6netim birimi<\/strong> kurulur,<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Ticari ve Hizmet Y\u00f6neticisi bulundurma zorunlulu\u011fu<\/strong> yoktur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi G\u00f6revlendirilmeyen \u0130\u015flemelerde Cezai Yapt\u0131r\u0131m Var m\u0131?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>5627 Say\u0131l\u0131<\/strong> Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Kanunu&#8217;nun\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>10.(1)-a\/8 maddesi gere\u011fi;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>End\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmeler<\/strong> ve <strong>bina sahipleri<\/strong> veya <strong>y\u00f6netimler<\/strong>, <strong>Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi<\/strong> g\u00f6revlendirmemeleri durumunda ilgili <strong>i\u015fletmeye<\/strong> veya <strong>y\u00f6netime<\/strong> ihtar yap\u0131l\u0131r. T\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesine ve\u00a0<strong>israf\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nlemleri ve prosed\u00fcrleri belirlemek, tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapmak ve gerekti\u011finde e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemek,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00a0<strong>Enerji t\u00fcketen sistemler, s\u00fcre\u00e7ler veya ekipmanlar<\/strong> \u00fczerinde yap\u0131labilecek tadilatlar\u0131 belirlemek ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 koordine etmek,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00a0Enerji et\u00fctlerinin ve\u00a0<strong>VAP<\/strong>\u2019 lar\u0131n (Verimlilik Art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Proje)<strong> haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131<\/strong> ile ilgili pazar ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 yapmak, <strong>anla\u015fmalar\u0131 haz\u0131rlamak ve uygulamay\u0131 kontrol etmek<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00a0<strong>Enerji t\u00fcketen ekipmanlar\u0131n verimlilikleri<\/strong>ni izlemek,\u00a0<strong>bak\u0131m ve kalibrasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n<\/strong>\u00a0zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 koordine etmek,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;
