REC T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong>‘nin y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc projelerinin geli\u015ftirme, uygulama ve de\u011ferlendirme a\u015famalar\u0131na liderlik eden Rifat \u00dcnal Sayman<\/strong>, s\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k alan\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye’nin en prestijli organizasyonlar\u0131ndan biri S\u0131f\u0131r At\u0131k Forumu’na konu\u015fmac\u0131 olarak gelecek.<\/h1>\n

\u00c7evre ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik<\/strong> alan\u0131nda 50’den fazla proje<\/strong> y\u00fcr\u00fcten Sayman, “Politika Analizi”<\/strong> ve “Etki Analizi”<\/strong> konular\u0131nda uzmanl\u0131k geli\u015ftirdi. Avrupa Birli\u011fi<\/strong> m\u00fcktesebat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda E-at\u0131k, \"\"At\u0131k Yakma, Seveso II, Yaban\u0131l Ku\u015flar, Habitat<\/strong> gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7evre direktiflerinin<\/strong> farkl\u0131 payda\u015flar \u00fczerindeki fayda ve maliyetleri konular\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bulunan Rifat \u00dcnal Sayman<\/strong>‘\u0131n haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok say\u0131da rapor, rehber kitap ve makalesi<\/strong> bulunuyor. Sayman, AB taraf\u0131ndan finanse edilen “T\u00fcrkiye’de \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netimi i\u00e7in Kurumsal Kapasitenin Geli\u015ftirilmesi” (\u00c7EKAP) projesi<\/strong> direkt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Avrupa Birli\u011fi \u00c7evre \u00d6d\u00fclleri (AB\u00c7\u00d6) program\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n Ulusal Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve REC T\u00fcrkiye<\/strong> ile Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi Ya\u015famboyu E\u011fitim Merkezi<\/strong>‘nin ortakla\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Kurumsal S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik Sertifika Program\u0131<\/strong>‘n\u0131n (KSSP)<\/strong> direkt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor. Rifat \u00dcnal Sayman<\/strong>, kamu y\u00f6netimi lisans e\u011fitimini Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi’nde, uluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkiler y\u00fcksek lisans\u0131n\u0131 ise ODT\u00dc’de<\/strong> tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n
