You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h1>Artan enerji ihtiyac\u0131 ve gaz emisyonunun engellemesi i\u00e7in yenilenebilir enerji sistemlerinin \u00f6nemi ve ihtiyac\u0131 katlanarak artmaya devam etmektedir. Yenilenebilir enerji sistemleri deyince akl\u0131m\u0131za genel olarak; g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar ve jeotermal enerji sistemleri gelmektedir. \u00dclkemizde kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc en y\u00fcksek olan yenilenebilir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 barajlard\u0131r. Ancak toplumda ki \u00e7o\u011fu ki\u015fi de yanl\u0131\u015f alg\u0131dan dolay\u0131, yenilenebilir enerji santrali olarak g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar enerji sistemleri ilk iki s\u0131rada gelmektedir. Bu yaz\u0131m\u0131z da \u00fclkemizde ki y\u00f6netmeliklerin ve olu\u015ftuklar\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 inceleyerek g\u00fcne\u015f enerji sistemlerinin ilerleme a\u015famalar\u0131na bakaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/h1>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015ften gelen \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f panellerinde<\/strong> so\u011furularak,<strong> P-N tipi malzemeler<\/strong> aras\u0131nda elektron ge\u00e7i\u015fi meydana gelerek <strong>voltaj fark\u0131 olu\u015fur<\/strong> ve bu sayede elektrik \u00fcretilmi\u015f olur. <strong>G\u00fcne\u015f paneli<\/strong> ve di\u011fer ekipmanlar\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye ile tan\u0131\u015fma tarihi <strong>2005<\/strong> olarak bilinmektedir. O tarihte \u00e7o\u011fu Avrupa \u00fclkesi <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerji sistemlerinden \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131nda<\/strong> enerji \u00fcreterek faydalanmaktayd\u0131lar. Ancak T\u00fcrk <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-113355\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/makro-gunes-tarlalarindan-mikro-cati-uygulamalarina-gecis.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/makro-gunes-tarlalarindan-mikro-cati-uygulamalarina-gecis.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/makro-gunes-tarlalarindan-mikro-cati-uygulamalarina-gecis-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/makro-gunes-tarlalarindan-mikro-cati-uygulamalarina-gecis-500x275.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/makro-gunes-tarlalarindan-mikro-cati-uygulamalarina-gecis-80x44.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/>toplumunun yenili\u011fi kabulleni\u015f s\u00fcreleri di\u011fer \u00fclkelere g\u00f6re daha uzun oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f panelinden enerji \u00fcretimi<\/strong> teknolojisini de <strong>2014 y\u0131l\u0131na<\/strong> kadar k\u0131smi olarak kabullenmi\u015ftir. <strong>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong> ve ilgili kurumlar\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile haz\u0131rlanan <strong>Lisans\u0131z Elektrik \u00dcretimi Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong> ile \u00fcretilen enerji do\u011frudan \u015febekeye sat\u0131larak gelir elde edilebilirdi. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ilk <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerji tarlas\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131n verimli oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra bir\u00e7ok <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santrali kurulumu<\/strong> i\u00e7in talep de bulunulmu\u015ftur. <strong>2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 0 olarak nitelendirilen g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santrallerinde<strong> 2017-2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> bir patlama d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fanarak <strong>5 GW<\/strong> seviyelerine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>TE\u0130A\u015e<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santralleri<\/strong> i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan kotalar bir an da dolarak yeni ba\u015fvurular reddedilmi\u015ftir. Yenilik\u00e7i sekt\u00f6rde ilk giren her zaman kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Evet g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santralleri T\u00fcrkiye ile ilk tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetleri y\u00fcksekti<\/strong> ve <strong>yabanc\u0131 bir teknoloji<\/strong> oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bir endi\u015fe s\u00f6z konusuydu. Ancak o zaman risk alarak bu yat\u0131r\u0131ma giren ki\u015fi belki<strong> 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k<\/strong> gibi uzun vadeli en do\u011fru yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <strong>Dolar kuru<\/strong> \u00fczerinden <strong>enerji sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren<\/strong> yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, gelirin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011funu ve karl\u0131 bir yat\u0131r\u0131m oldu\u011funu anlay\u0131nca \u00e7evresine de bu <strong>yat\u0131r\u0131m i\u00e7in tavsiyelerde<\/strong> bulundu. Bu sayede <strong>5 y\u0131lda<\/strong> doldurulmas\u0131 planlanan <strong>trafo g\u00fc\u00e7 tahsisleri<\/strong> <strong>2 y\u0131l<\/strong> gibi k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede <strong>yo\u011fun talep<\/strong> ile dolmu\u015f oldu. \u00c7ok iyi bir yat\u0131r\u0131m oldu\u011fu ile yayg\u0131nla\u015fan <strong>g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santrallerin yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak<\/strong> isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131 <strong>5 kat\u0131na<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131karken, bu g\u00fczel yat\u0131r\u0131m treninin ka\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha sonradan idrak ettiler. <strong>Yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fct\u00e7esi ve yat\u0131r\u0131m arazileri<\/strong> olsa da, yat\u0131r\u0131ma risk alarak ilk girenler kazan\u00e7l\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arazi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc<\/strong> artan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, <strong>2018<\/strong> y\u0131l\u0131ndan <strong>2019 May\u0131s ay\u0131na<\/strong> kadar G\u00fcne\u015f enerji santrallerinde <strong>\u2018fetret d\u00f6nemi\u2019<\/strong> ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ara s\u00fcre\u00e7te sadece <strong>\u00f6z t\u00fcketim ve ak\u00fcl\u00fc uygulama piyasas\u0131<\/strong>nda ki firmalar gelir elde edebilmi\u015ftir. <strong>\u015eebeke ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 hizmet<\/strong> veren \u00e7o\u011fu firma kepenk kapatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <strong>5 May\u0131s 2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> kabul edilen<strong> \u201c\u00c7at\u0131 ve Cephe Uygulamal\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u201d<\/strong> ile birlikte <strong>\u00e7at\u0131 ve cephe kurulumlar\u0131<\/strong>na izin \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu kanun ile gelen bir\u00e7ok avantaj vard\u0131r. \u201c\u00dcretti\u011fin fazla enerjiyi \u015febekeye satabilirsin ve s\u00f6zle\u015fme g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santrali kurabilirsin\u201d olarak k\u0131s\u0131tlanan y\u00f6netmelikten, <strong>elektrik aboneli\u011fi<\/strong> olan her insan faydalanabilir. Bu sayede vatanda\u015flar\u0131n hepsinin kolayca faydalanaca\u011f\u0131; <strong>y\u00fcksek elektrik faturalar\u0131<\/strong>ndan kurtulup, \u00fcrettikleri fazla enerjiyi de \u015febekeye satarak gelir elde etmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak <strong>tarla arazi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131<\/strong> sadece <strong>kamu, kurumu kurulu\u015flar\u0131na ve belediyelere<\/strong> sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcne\u015f Enerji Sistemleri politikalar\u0131<\/strong>n\u0131 bir <strong>enerji m\u00fchendisi<\/strong> olarak de\u011ferlendirdi\u011fimde, asl\u0131nda <strong>2019 May\u0131s<\/strong>\u2019ta kabul edilen y\u00f6netmelik<strong> 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> kabul edilseydi ve vatanda\u015f \u00e7at\u0131lar\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, <strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli g\u00fcne\u015f enerji sistemleri<\/strong>nin avantajlar\u0131n\u0131 daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede fark edebilirdi. Ayr\u0131ca getirilen <strong>yeni y\u00f6netmelik<\/strong> ile alakal\u0131 ilgili kurumlar taraf\u0131ndan<strong> projelendirme a\u015famalar\u0131<\/strong>nda zorluklar \u00e7ekilmi\u015f ve bazen de hatalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. <strong>K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7at\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>ndan <strong>b\u00fcy\u00fck arazi uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong>na ge\u00e7i\u015f sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131, ilgili kurumlar\u0131nda gerekli belge ve projeleri daha do\u011fru ve h\u0131zl\u0131 idrak edece\u011fi de a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r.
