Her y\u0131l enerji ihtiyac\u0131 bir \u00f6nce ki y\u0131la g\u00f6re %5 oran\u0131ndan artarken, enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 fosil kaynak rezervlerinde de azalmalar g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00c7evre kirli\u011fi, karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 gibi bir \u00e7ok olumsuz etkiye sebep olan fosil kaynakl\u0131 rezervlerin kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131 ile de gelecek nesillere sorun olu\u015fturma ihtimali hayli y\u00fcksektir. Yine \u00fclkemiz de sadece <strong>kara \u00fcst\u00fc uygulamas\u0131<\/strong> bulunan ve hali haz\u0131rda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan <strong>196 r\u00fczgar enerji santrali<\/strong>nin toplam g\u00fcc\u00fc <strong>10000 MW seviyeleri<\/strong>ne ula\u015farak toplam enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%7<\/strong>\u2019sini kar\u015f\u0131lamaktad\u0131r. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin r\u00fczgar potansiyeli toplam\u0131 <strong>90000 MW<\/strong> olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir. E\u011fer bu potansiyelden faydalanabilirse \u00fclkenin neredeyse <strong>t\u00fcm enerji ihtiyac\u0131 r\u00fczgar enerji sistemlerinden<\/strong> kar\u015f\u0131lanabilir. Ancak bu y\u00fcksek potansiyelinin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc (offshore) r\u00fczgar enerji potansiyeli<\/strong> olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. <strong>\u0130ngiltere, \u00c7in ve Danimarka<\/strong> olmak \u00fczere bir \u00e7ok \u00fclkede <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji sistemleri<\/strong>nden faydalan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. <strong>Deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji sistemleri<\/strong>, r\u00fczgar potansiyeli daha y\u00fcksek ve daha stabil bir ak\u0131\u015fa sahip olan ayr\u0131ca daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck amorti s\u00fcrelerine sahip olan enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m t\u00fcrleridir. <strong>3 taraf\u0131 denizlerle<\/strong> \u00e7evrili olan ve \u015fuana kadar herhangi bir <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji sistemi<\/strong>ne sahip olmayan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu <strong>enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden faydalan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong> gerekmektedir. 2023 enerji hedefleri kapsam\u0131nda, T\u00fcrkiye enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n <strong>%30\u2019unu<\/strong> yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lamay\u0131 hedeflemektedir. Potansiyeli <strong>kara \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji santralleri<\/strong>ne g\u00f6re daha y\u00fcksek olan <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji santralleri<\/strong> ile bu hedef kolayca sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji<\/strong> potansiyel de\u011ferlendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 <strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de akademik anlamda<\/strong> yeni yeni yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda b\u00f6lgesel de\u011ferlendirmeler kimi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ise ulusal enerji potansiyel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131larak <strong>5-10 yat\u0131r\u0131m projesi<\/strong> aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji santralleri<\/strong> i\u00e7in uygun alanlar\u0131n tespiti yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bende, hem <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji santralleri<\/strong> hem de bir akademisyen olarak <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji sistemlerinin<\/strong> \u00fclkemize kataca\u011f\u0131 yenilik\u00e7i bir <strong>enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve y\u00fcksek istihdam alan\u0131ndan<\/strong> dolay\u0131 destekliyor \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyorum. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m analiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>deniz \u00fcst\u00fc r\u00fczgar enerji potansiyeli<\/strong>ni <em>teknik, \u00e7evresel, sosyal ve ekonomik<\/em> olarak taraf\u0131mca de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. De\u011ferlendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m sonucunda, <strong>T\u00fcrkiye denizleri i\u00e7in r\u00fczgar potansiyeli<\/strong> <em>y\u00fcksek, \u00e7evresel, sosyal ve ekonomik<\/em> y\u00f6nden yat\u0131r\u0131ma elveri\u015fli <strong>8 b\u00fcy\u00fck yat\u0131r\u0131m alan\u0131<\/strong> belirledim.
