D\u00fcnya R\u00fczg\u00e2r Enerjisi Birli\u011fi\u2019nin (WWEA) verilerine g\u00f6re toplam 45 gigavat g\u00fcc\u00fcnde r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini dikildi. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda da 40 gigavatl\u0131k ek kapasite olu 2012 sonu itibar\u0131 ile k\u00fcresel r\u00fczg\u00e2r elektri\u011fi kapasitesi 282 milyar vata y\u00fckseldi. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l bu enerji bran\u015f\u0131na 60 milyar euroluk yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda \u00c7in ve ABD ba\u015f\u0131 \u00e7ekiyor. Her iki \u00fclkede de 13 milyon kilovat g\u00fcc\u00fcnde r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbini devreye girdi. R\u00fczg\u00e2rdan elektrik \u00fcretiminde \u00c7in 75 gigavatla ilk s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. ABD 60 milyon kilovatl\u0131k kapasitesiyle d\u00fcnyan\u0131n r\u00fczg\u00e2rdan en fazla elektrik \u00fcreten ikinci \u00fclkesi. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131radaki Almanya da elektrik \u00fcretiminin 31 milyon kilovatl\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc r\u00fczg\u00e2rdan elde ediyor. Romanya, Polonya, Estonya, Ukrayna, Brezilya ve Meksika r\u00fczg\u00e2r t\u00fcrbinlerinin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fczde 40 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131rd\u0131. D\u00fcnya R\u00fczg\u00e2r Enerjisi Birli\u011fi Genel Sekreteri Stefan Gsaenger bu ye\u015fil enerji kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyaya h\u0131zla yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n nedenlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ral\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHer \u015feyden \u00f6nemlisi, r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n yerli enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve ithal edilmesinin gerekmemesi. \u00c7evre dostu olmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6r. Bunlardan birincisi, a\u00e7\u0131k denizlerde 7 megavat g\u00fcc\u00fcne kadar varan b\u00fcy\u00fck t\u00fcrbinlerin birle\u015ftirilip r\u00fczg\u00e2r \u00e7iftlikleri kurulmas\u0131. En h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve en y\u00fcksek yat\u0131r\u0131mlar bu alanda. Birlik Genel Sekreteri Gsaenger karada ve a\u00e7\u0131k denizlerde \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor. Gsaenger, \u201cR\u00fcg\u00e2r elektri\u011finin kilovat\u0131 normal olarak be\u015f ila on sente mal oluyor. Di\u011fer enerji t\u00fcrleriyle rahat\u00e7a rekabet edebiliyor.
